  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Duped by online pictures

My husband and I were so excited for our kid free vacation. We chose this unit because it’s located in one of our favorite places to stay in PCB, but we’re duped by the pictures online. The decor isn’t the best, but is something that can be overlooked… this place needs a major upgrade. -The bed needs to be replaced -Major water damage to the cabinets and baseboards in the bathroom. The cabinet door wouldn’t even shut. -A fresh coat of paint to cover scuff marks on walls/trim. -The oven drawer doesn’t even match the rest of the oven and is rusty. -The outdoor furniture is rusty and the light cover is hanging off of the fixture. This unit is more like a cheap hotel room than a nice condo. It doesn’t belong in The Majestic Towers. Don’t stay in this unit. There are plenty of other places that you can stay for the amount of money we paid. We reached out to management regarding some of these issues and were told maintenance could come out. While that was appreciated, these things should have been fixed before our arrival-not during our stay.

Paradise away from home

This was the perfect getaway for our annual “bestie vacation.” The condo was clean for the most part- besides a dirty rag hanging on the back of the door. I’m not above cleaning though, so me and my best friend cleaned when we arrived regardless. The jacuzzi tub with jets were a huge bonus I didn’t know about, I enjoyed many bubble baths in there! The balcony view was amazing and we had everything we needed to cook. I really enjoyed that this condo had a floor fan, I’m accustomed to sleeping with the noise back home so it helped, especially since this condo is RIGHT next to the elevators. The air purifier would’ve been great had it worked- there was a sign not to turn it off but it never worked for us. The elevators at the condo constantly had issues but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay! Can’t wait to go back

Cute Place, Good management

Master bed needs replaced and dark curtains put up. Sun was up at 5 blaring in. And you can hear the elevator all night. DEFINITELY need to upgrade the door lock system but the place was very clean, well stocked and nice.

To start, we arrived at 4:30pm, which was 30 minutes after our check in time. The room wasn't ready, and we were told they needed at least 45 more minutes to finish cleaning. When we arrived there were 2 bags of trash and pizza boxes on the outside of the front door to the condo. The door was left unlocked. The condo appeared to be clean, but walking around barefoot proved the floors weren't mopped. Many of the wooden slats in the shutters were broken, which made it difficult to open. I sent an email to Real Joy about the issues, but never got a response. I would expect at least an apology from them. I will never book with Real Joy in the future. I will continue to use VRBO because we have used you for 2 Hawaii trips and had a wonderful experience.

Perfect beach view!

We loved everything about the condo! The view and condo are just as described and shown the pictures. We had an amazing view from sun up to sun down. Check in was easy and communication with the property manager was a breeze. Our room did not have parking passes upon arrival and the property manager had the issue solved before dinner time. We will be back :)

Could have been a 4 star

Most everything was good except for the digital door lock that worked sporadically. When it wasn't working you couldn't lock the door and couldn't even tell it wasn't locked unless checked from outside. One night had to baracade the door because never could get to lock. Wouldn't recommend unless they confirm lock replaced or repaired and would then recommend because everything else was good.

PCB Vacation

The picture are exactly what the listing shows. Very happy with this rental. Definitely do it again. They were a few cosmetic that needed updating. The bed needs to be replaced and squeaks. Perfect views.

Nice Unit With Great Ocean View

Unit was nice and a great size for two people. The decor was nice and I really liked the plantation shutters but the ones for the balcony were in dire need of repair. Much prettier than heavy drapes. Our room was next to the elevator which was convenient but you heard it going up and down all night and people talking while waiting and getting off and on most of the night. I liked that there was no carpet all tile flooring. Great views of the ocean!!!
