  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

First time to PCB

The property as a whole was excellent. We loved being right on the gulf with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We were on the 4th floor of Tower III, just down from the hot tub. Noise was not a problem. The unit was beautiful and exceeded expectations. Only suggestion would be safety bars in the master shower

Spring Break 2025

This property was amazing!! We loved every moment. We stayed with two 16 year old boys that were able to roam and meet new friends. They each had their own beds and slept great! Plenty of storage and the amenities were wonderful.

Most beautiful property!

We loved the remodel! Most beautiful and well equipped unit we’ve stayed in at Edgewater! We have been coming for years and felt so lucky to find Tower 3, unit 412! The colors used of blues, grays, and orange were great. RealJoy was awesome to work with. Kept us informed throughout our stay. We will be back!

Loved our stay at Edgewater Resort. The location on the beach was perfection. We loved sitting on the balcony people watching after a day in the water. Our favorite bonus was watching the jets fky by from the local bases. The only con was the cleanliness of the space, could use a little better housekeeping between guests.

PCB spring break 24

Beautiful place. Lots of parking. Great views. Only draw backs were hot tub under balcony was loud at night even with doors closed, hard to get free chairs at pools, needed more dish towels/wash clothes and no blankets to cover up with on couch. Minor things a really nice place would recommend to anyone.

Condo was very comfortable, including bed which is unusual. Was nice having washer/dryer. Had all the amenities needed. View from balcony was amazing. Could definitely get used to it. We decided this was the perfect size unit when we retire.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was very homey and our kids cried when we left! Great location. Wonderful, friendly, and quick maintenance staff. Had two maintenance issues, but they were handled swiftly. We will be back!

Short 3 day family vacation before graduate students return to college courses.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat!❤️ Loved the beach-y decor in this rental. Property was very clean. Great location. Third week of August was perfect timing. No crowds at the resort, at the pools or on the pristine beach. The white powdery sand wasn’t too hot and the water was calm & warm❤️

It was great!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous and extremely comfortable. Our kids had a lot of fun in their own room and at all the amenities. Pools were clean and we had a blast swimming in almost every one of them. The ocean was beautiful to wake up to every morning. I would wake up early and lay there for 30 mins looking through my window from the bed just to watch the dolphins jump. Check in and check out was so easy. Definitely would recommend! Thanks for allowing us to stay! We will definitely return soon!

Beautiful Condo!!

A very beautiful condo. VERY CLEAN. Gorgeous furniture and furnishings. Very nice kitchen and living area. Wish there was a little more toilet paper and paper towels and dishwasher detergent. I know.. very nit-picky complaints if you could even call them that. I would definitely stay here again. The 4ths floor is high enough for a great view but not too high you can still use the stairs. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!

Perfect little getaway

This place was a gem. Great location in the heart of Front Beach Rd. The resort was beautiful, well maintained, and offered private beach access, several pools, and a splash pad for the kids. The condo itself had an amazing beach view with balcony access from the main bedroom and common area. The decor was so cute and kudos for the leather couch! Kitchen was well equipped and the washer/dryer was a plus! The place was decently clean considering it’s use, but it could really benefit from a nice deep clean and a few minor touch ups from normal wear and tear (lots of dust, dirty floors, loose faucets, and faulty toilet paper holder). The main bedroom was super comfy, but the double bedroom could really benefit from and upgraded mattress and bedding. There was an issue with the door not locking, but one 2-minute call to the property manager and someone walked me thru how to fix it by simply turning a knob to the correct position. No more issues. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

We had a great family vacation! Place was great, modern, well furnished. Only downside is you have to pay $12 per day for the gym or $50 per unit per week and that you have to pay to rent beach chairs. Other than those things, Edgewater is great! We will be back.

Great family getaway

We drove from Texas and it was storming when we arrived, then there was a cool front and lots of wind over the next couple days. Luckily there was a heated pool near my building, and a hot tub for us all to enjoy. The beach was beautiful and the sound of the waves was relaxing as I sat on the large patio. The food from the onsite restaurant was good, and there was a lot to do in the area. I took my kids to Wonderworks down the street and they loved it. Walgreens nearby was a great resource since many other places around closed really early. We would definitely stay here again.
