It is clear that the owner has tried to make this place appear nicer, but it still has major room for improvement. First, know that this is run by a management company, so for any issues, you're not talking to a middleman. There is a lengthy list of rules for the stay and procedures for check out, and threats of fines for broken rules. The unit didn't feel like it had been cleaned thoroughly; counters were sticky, dishes were dirty, and a lot of dust on appliances and surfaces. The blinds in the kitchen window don't close all the way, so anyone walking by could see into the unit, which is unsettling. The bathroom is poorly lit, and has stained ceilings/walls and paint coming off. Some decor was falling off the walls, and it was clear that decor was placed to cover certain eye sores around the unit. The window by the bed is too dirty to see out of, but they'd strategically left the blinds closed for check in, so its not noticeable immediately. The walls are thin in the building, so despite it being an "adults only" property, if there are kids in the neighboring units, you'll hear them when they're noisy.
If you need a last minute place to stay, this could be a roof over your head. The location is convenient and there is a shared pool behind the building. After fees and taxes, the total cost ended up being almost 200% of what the listed nightly price was. So considering all the factors, I won't be staying here again.
