Modern, clean studio in a great location

The place is clean and tastefully decorated. The bathroom is updated and had everything we needed for a short stay. The location was great. We were able to walk like 3 minutes to Alys Beach and Seacrest Beach. Seacrest Beach was crowded, but the other towns (e.g., Seaside and Watersound) were close, so we went there and loved it.

Great condo, crowded beach

We had a fantastic 4-night stay at this condo! The management team was very accommodating and quick to respond. The condo was exceptionally clean, had a lovely view from the top floor, and was perfectly situated between Rosemary and Alys. It had everything we needed, though a freezer for ice would have been nice, so we went out daily for fresh ice for our beach coolers. We highly recommend renting bikes to explore the area for dinner, shops, and public beaches. The pool was clean, and we often had it almost to ourselves when we were there. The deeded beach access was about a 5-minute walk but very crowded, so we opted to bike 15 minutes to a less crowded public beach. Overall, we loved this condo and would definitely stay again for another getaway.

Total Disappointment

This was unfortunately not a good experience for us. The address was Rosemary beach but it is actually Seacrest. When we approached the parking lot, first thing that comes to mind is an old dirty motel that had very poor upkeep including the elevator. Our room we open the door to a musty smelling motel room, NOT a CONDO! Roaches and other bugs in bathroom. We were up most of the night. Did not feel safe ended up leaving Friday night - 1am having very little sleep 3rd night in a row.

Perfect beach vacation rental for a couple's getaway

Before the trip started, the host was very responsive to my questions about beach access and directions. The room itself looked exactly like the pictures, and had all the things we needed to be comfortable for a few days. The location is nestled nicely in between a few shopping/food spots, only a few blocks in either direction. The beach access is also only a 5 minute walk. We rented chairs with the suggested company and that made everything easy. Would book with this host again in the future!

Incredible Lovation and Stay!

We had the best weekend getaway to the Inn at Seacrest! This condo was clean and the perfect place for us to relax. Location is prime for great food, biking, and beach/pool access. We will be back!

Amazing!

My husband and I booked this unit for a quick getaway and we were so pleased with everything! The condo itself was very clean and stocked with everything that we needed. The location was perfect! There are amenities in both directions within a 5-10 minute walk. The beach access was also great. my husband and I packed super light so we didn’t mind the short walk across the street. Overall, we would definitely stay here again, and definitely recommend it to others!

Weekend getaway

Perfect place for a weekend getaway. We were able to walk to several local shops and restaurants. The management team was very accommodating and gave great recommendations (Thanks Dustin!) The room was very clean and actually had a really comfortable bed.

Room was beautiful and clean. Location was convenient . The pool was dirty the entire time.

The bathroom is a wet room which is great but lacks a place for soap/shampoo in the shower. The mirror in the corner doesn’t appear to be attached to the wall which is dangerous. I would prefer drawers to store clothing instead of shelves.

Perfect spot for a young couple!

This was just the perfect little spot for a young couple! The condo was clean and just like the pictures - we weren’t far from the beach and the perfect distance to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We rented bikes to get around (highly recommend)! Being on the 4th floor was also great because of the view :) wouldn’t have wanted to be on any lower floors.

Nice and clean!

Clean and nicely decorated condo. The only hiccup we had was taking the beach chairs provided in the room to the beach, one of the chairs didn’t work properly, the back side of the chair was bent and we didn’t notice until we were on the beach. Other than that this place was perfect for 2!

This is a nice smaller space with a beautiful view that is very convenient to a lot of things to do and places to see. Furnishings are modern, elegant, and unique. Nuisance-type drawbacks would be the lack of a comfortable reading chair, the 10AM check-out time which seems silly for a Studio that doesn't take 6 hours to clean before a potential 4PM check-in, and we only received one bar of soap yet received detergent pods when there was no dishwasher or washer/dryer. The largest drawback for us (which applied to all of 30A) was very spotty Verizon cell service. All instructions from property mgr were sent electronically and when we got to the unit at night, neither myself or spouse had internet service on phones & actually had to drive 15 miles one-way towards Destin before we could pull up the LIV email providing the door code to go inside the unit. Once inside the service was good most of the time. If view and convenience is important, this is a nice place. If not that important, then a nicer hotel room is likely going to be less expensive per night (compared to our 2-night stay price) with more amenities.

I had a short two-day stay and the checklist of things to do prior to check-out was too excessive. Additionally, I found it bothersome to have to take out the trash after I paid a cleaning fee. Upon making the reservation, I thought something such as trash removal would be included. While the logic behind the check-out rules is likely valid, I found the check-out process too stringent for my short term stay.
