Vacation in May

The condo, location, ocean views, and property was good. The decor was beautiful. The beds were very comfy. The master bathroom is nice, but little counterspace due to the sink being oversized. We were in a middle unit, so we could hear the neighbors on both sides. This didn't really bother us too bad, it only happened a few times late into the night. The condo is right beside the beach walkway, so that was very convenient. A note for others is that it doesn't come with any bikes, and there is only one parking space provided, per unit. However, there is a few additional parking spots available, if you have a second car but it's on a first come basis. Overall, we were happy with this condo choice and will probably visit it again in the future.

Sister trip

The biggest problem we had was with the Internet, which did not work. They eventually brought over a hotspot box. A couple of plumbing issues were annoying, but one was fixed during our state. I’ve seen much cleaner units on trips to Florida. Overall, the apartment/condo was good and has a wonderful beach. The location was excellent for nearness to restaurants.

Convienient Condo

The condo was nice, but the floors were filthy. We have an 18 month old toddler and his feet were black from the floor daily. We even went to the extent of cleaning them ourselves and it did not make a big difference. There was also a floor board loose with a sharp nail sticking out in one of the bathrooms, again.. very unsafe for anyone but especially a toddler. We were staying while Helene was approaching and were met with very rude management banging on the doors to move around porch furniture. We totally understand the need to move the furniture, however we were taken back by the strange encounter. If I were the owner of this condo I would find new management. Due to hurricane Helene, We needed to leave early and asked if we can get a refund or credit to a future stay of any kind. We were aware we needed the weather insurance, but you would think management would try to be more accommodating or helpful. Overall, the management was very disappointing. We have stayed in this area for many years and this was the first time staying at this condo and using this management. We do not plan to stay in this condo again or rent with this company again.

Gorgeous Condo on 30A

Beautiful condo with amazing views on pristine, private beach. Super clean, fully stocked. Easy access to Alys and Rosemary beaches. Our 2nd time staying at this property and we will be back!

Could be great, but needs work

Location was perfect, right on the beach and an easy walk to Alys Beach which was where we ate most nights. The yard was lovely and it was an uncrowded beach.The furnishings were nice. The patio was small but a good area to sit and watch the ocean. Unfortunately, the night we checked in was super sad/frustrating. We arrived late between 7pm/8pm and once we unloaded our car and all of our groceries, we found the condo had not been cleaned very well for some time. We found dirty floors, dirty sheets (several short hairs in the master bed,maybe dog hair), very moldy shower, and other issues. I texted pictures and descriptions to the property managers and then followed up with a call. The lady I spoke with was super kind but explained since it was passed 9pm there was nothing they could do for us that night. But that they would send someone the next day. So, that night my daughter and I washed/made beds, ran dishwasher and cleaned utensil drawer, and mopped the floors, got to bed around 2am. We did leave the master shower mold for the cleaning manager, which they came the next day when we were out and removed about half of the mold. We continued to wear our shoes in the shower for the rest of the time. The condo building was an older building that could use some upgrades-the potties struggled to flush and the AC made popping sounds, but did keep the place cool. The property management stayed in contact with us and reimbursed our cleaning fee and our cleaning supplies.

Emerald escape

We decided to spend a few days at the beach on the way back home from a family graduation. The apartment is in an older but well-maintained small condominium building. The view from the small but comfortable and shaded patio is perfection. We generally prefer Atlantic Beach for walking, but we did enjoy the warm waters of the gulf. The peace and quiet was unfortunately interrupted about halfway through our stay by construction. We also were without Wi-Fi for half the stay due to issues with maintenance. These were addressed as quickly as circumstances would allow by very courteous service personnel

Our Happy Place

Capistrano is perfectly located along 30a situated between the Hub and Alys beach. We’re repeat tenants at this complex and unit. It’s our happy place. We love the property, the small size, the cleanliness, the beach, and ease for vacationing. We ride our bikes all long the path to Rosemary Beach to Seagrove. Gorgeous! See you again next year!!

Please don’t stay here! Save it for me!

I really want to be able to rent this property anytime I want so there’s that! I need it to stay a secret! We enjoyed it so much, we booked another stay before even checking out! The master bedroom is a professional sleeper’s dream! Pitch black! The bed is so comfy! Really enjoyed opening the doors and listening the Gulf! Couch is super comfy. 15 minute beach walk to Alys Beach!

Great condo on quiet Seacrest Beach!

The condo is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well appointed. We love this quiet little section of Seacrest Beach. It is close to everything but the beach is not overly crowded. We will return!
