The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

We love Ocean Villa. This particular condo was wonderful! Beautifully decorated and very clean. The outside furniture was perfect for spending time relaxing or just taking in the breathtaking views of the ocean. We will definitely book again.

Excellent Vacation

This was an amazing place to stay. The condo was clean and smelled so good when you walked through the door. The condo had everything we needed, from pots and pans to extra pillows and blankets. The view from the balcony was spectacular! The balcony was big and had plenty of room and seating. It was just down the elevator and a few steps away from the beach. My family and I had such a good time.

Great beachfront condo

The condo was one of the cleanest I've seen and everything seemed to work as it should. The elevators had very short wait times, if not immediate, even on the busiest check-in/check-out days. The condo has a very well-stocked kitchen. Has a spacious balcony. The views are amazing and make you feel on top of the world. 2 pools and a hot tub, also very clean. The Real Joy management company is very responsive and helpful. I didnt get to use the sauna, but it looked nove and clean. The work-out area is only 3 cardio machines, no weights. Unfortunately, the treadmill wasnt working. The only real issue I had was the the mattress in the main bedroom desperately needs to be replaced. Woke up sore everyday. Half the mattress has a large dip and the foot just collapses. Also, the foot board protrudes out in a way that it is almost impossible to avoid bumping into it and really hurts and will bruise (We did this several times before learning). I suggest bringing a pool noodle to cut and fit over it. Overall very satisfied, just as advertised.

This was a beautiful and clean condo. We only had one issue and that the day we were leaving the garbage disposal acted up. We called Real Joy vacation property management and they were very reasonable and understanding! 10 out of 10 would recommend anyone staying here!! I will definitely be back!

I spoke with the property management the first day we were here because the bath tub nozzle was broke. They said they would be right out and never showed the whole time we were there. Other than that we had a great time.

Just a few minor complaints: 1. No way to deadbolt the front door so my 2 year could freely open the door on his own 2. No remote I'm master bedroom so that TV was useless 3. There was a bag of pretzels dumped under one of the beds left from previous guests

Wonderful stay🤩

The property was perfect for our family of 6! Our kids loved the 2 pools, and my husband enjoyed the steam room and hot tub. The view was amazing, although if scared of heights probably want to avoid the balcony😉. The ocean was so warm and clear and a beautiful beach just steps away from the condo. The only downfall was the king size mattress could definitely use an upgrade. Would definitely stay again😃

My family travels to Panama City Beach every spring break. Everything about this condo was perfect. The entire place is decorated with such a beachy feel. The table and bar was plenty for our family of 8. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. I was so pleased with how clean this condo was. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The balcony furniture was super cute with comfortable furniture. It was also a big plus that the rental included beach chair service that we normally pay around $200 for the week. Definitely worth the money! We are already discussing booking this for our next Spring Break trip. The only issue we had was needing another parking tag as only one was left in the condo. It took trying for hours to get ahold of someone to bring us one but they finally brought it the next day. We are still so pleased with our stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us! We will definitely be back!

Super nice .. property manager Real Joy (Logan) was phenomenal for us to check in .. beach was right outside the door .. plenty of room .. only bad thing was parking ..I'm limited in walking and have a large SUV spots were tight close to Condo otherwise you had to park across the 4 lane .. would stay again though

Nice clean condo as pictured with a few issues

Condo was clean, nice and in good working order. Matches advertised pictures. Very nice 23rd floor balcony view. Elevators were quick and hotel itself, pool and beach area were not too crowded despite being late June. This is our third time staying at Ocean Villa condos and I highly recommend it. You can walk to Pineapply Willys - near the tourist stuff but not too crowded. Family friendly. There were only a few negatives but they were significant enough to effect overall rating for us. 1. Master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced - you can see, hear and feel springs as you move around on it. 2. Master bath shower/tub unit floor slants and creaks - feels unsteady or like it may fall in. 3. Unit check in details on website listed overflow parking at Walmart (2 spots come work unit). We parked a car at the Walmart and it was towed in less than 24 hours. $160 fee. I emailed the property management company about it when we checked out on Saturday morning and by Wednesday we still had not received a response. 4. No early check in, prior to 4pm, no exceptions - not even day of if it’s ready early. This is the first time we have ever encountered this rule.
