2025 Summer PCB Vacation

Our family always enjoys a stay at Emerald Beach Resort. Having Runaway Island and Sharkey's just a short walk down the beach is a big plus. We enjoyed the condo, it was very clean, the kitchen came well equipped, and the view from the balcony was amazing.

Great location!

We just returned from our trip which was during Springbreak and we were nervous about it being loud and crazy but it wasn’t at all. There was someone that threw glass from the balcony to the pool deck below so the beach side pool was closed all week. This was certainly not the hosts fault and we did go to the other pools but mostly the beach anyway. We also enjoyed the pizza and ice cream shop. I think our kids got ice cream every night. This unit is on the 25th floor and we rarely had to wait for the elevator and this is probably the fastest elevator I’ve ever been in!! We were within walking distance to many restaurants and even Pier Park. The only recommendation I could give is to have some beach towels for the guests. Our group had some that flew and I drove so we brought some towels for everyone but it would be a bonus. Almost forgot I always bring a fan when I travel for the breeze and the noise and this condo had fans in both bedroom closets!! Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo and Views!

We loved our stay at this property! This was our first visit to PCB and could not have asked for a better place to enjoy it. The condo is beautiful, the views from the balcony beautiful and the beach was great. We found the freezer wasn't working, which didn't bother us as we didn't need it. We let Andy know and he got someone there right away to look at it and get it fixed. The communication with their team was great! We hope to come back to PCB and this condo again!

Beautiful Condo!

The condo itself is beautiful! Kitchen appliances are the nicest ones I have ever used! The kitchen has everything you need and more! The bathrooms are great sizes! We loved everything about the condo! Check-in was simple. The owner sent directions and explained everything perfectly. The only thing we didn’t like (which has nothing to do with the condo itself) but there was some weird rumbling noise that happened all night. We couldn’t figure out what it was. It isn’t super loud but our whole family noticed it the whole time. Differently would definitely stay here again!

Great condo!

This is a wonderful condo unit. You don't get overhead neighbor noise. The only recommendation I would make has nothing to do with the property. Make sure you don't book during one of 2 PCB bike weeks! The noise is horrible.

Amazing views, nice condo, property ok!

First and foremost, property management was amazing! Very helpful and communication was quick, friendly and very accommodating. The condo is very nice, pictures definitely taken a few years ago, but still very nice. It could use a little touch up and refresh, but comfortable and clean! Beds were not very comfortable, both on platform so they were very hard. Great space and storage. Bathrooms big, but shower in master bath is small stall shower. Kitchen has everything you need and it is always great to have your own washer and dryer. Location all depends on what you are looking for…if you want to be just over a mile away from Pier Park Mall and don’t mind dealing with lots of traffic (again same complaints from everyone, regardless of where they stay) this is the place for you. PCB has a ton of traffic and people! The complex itself leaves a bit to be desired. There was never anyone at the front desk, but the management company did a great job, it was not necessary to deal with them. It needs to be updated and cleaned a bit more, but heard same complaints from other high rise condo complexes as well. Starbucks doesn’t take the app and always closed early! Lastly, believe everything you read about the elevators!!!!!!! There is ALWAYS a wait, they rarely are all working and not air conditioned. My husband and son actually got stuck on the elevator for about 15 mins while they were working trying to fix one of the other elevators. To be fair, everyone we talked to, again all a different high rise condo complexes, had the same issues with their elevators.

Family Vacation 2022

We would definitely stay here again! Panama City Beach is not typically our first choice, but we wanted something close in proximity for ease of travel. I initially chose this condo based on reviews and the overall look of the interior. We were pleasantly surprised that everything was exactly as stated in the listing. Being on the 25th floor has pros and cons, but the pros are far more advantageous. The views in seclusion are exceptional, and the only drawback is waiting on the elevator. It was not a big deal for our family of six, and we stayed for an entire week during peak season.

Amazing Place on the Beach

Not enough superlatives for this place. Awesome balcony with an amazing view. If it rains, its okay, because the balcony is huge and covered. The unit is spacious and sleeps 6 comfortably. The unit was comfortable, clean, and everything you could want. The beach chairs were a great bonus and easy to use. We will be back.

Great stay

The place was everything we expected from the pictures. It was very nice with all we needed. Great views from the balcony. The resort had a great pool and games for smaller kids. The only downfall was it’s a large resort so some crowded and time waiting for elevators with the room on the 25th floor. Overall very nice stay.

Summer Vacation

Our family stayed here for our 5 day vacation. It was lovely and clean. All the amenities were easily accessible to our room. There wasn’t curtains in the living room so it was bright very early in the morning. Also, we could hear the elevator all night long running up and down. Pretty Noisy. We loved the sky bar! The property manager was available whenever we had a question! Very quick response.

We absolutely loved this home for the week! The location was excellent and the view was breathtaking. It was supplied well with everything you need to get started for your stay. The owner had great communication and was very helpful. I will absolutely look for this place to be our stay next time.
