The house was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The beach was a short walk away. The only thing I would suggest is baking pans/cookie sheets in the kitchen. Everything else you need is there.

Great property!

We loved the property. Everything was as advertised. The porch was amazing, location was great. I had one small complaint and it was that there was only one frying pan in the kitchen, which made cooking breakfast a little tricky sometimes. Other than it was perfect!

Loved Tennessee By the Sea

We just loved our stay. The owners thought of EVERYTHING! The bathrooms were freshly tiled, the decor was cute, and the appliances were top notch. We used the bikes to visit Seacrest and grab a snack. The walking distance to the beach was great! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much!

Cozy home with easy beach access

The home was comfortable and we enjoy the neighborhood and beach access. Also very nice that the home came with bikes and a golf cart. Only suggestion is to have a few basic kitchen supplies on hand such as salt and pepper and plastic wrap or foil.

Great experience

The home was well-equipped for our beach vacation. It was helpful having the golf cart, bikes, and all of the beach chairs that we used every day. The home was furnished well and the convenience of three bathrooms was a big plus. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking as a family. Would definitely recommend!

We've tried a few different locations along 30A. We selected Tennessee by the Sea because it is not in the high traffic areas and the golf cart and bikes were a plus. We rode bikes to breakfast every morning and the golf cart helped get us, and our gear, to/from the beach every day. We will keep this one on our list for next year!! The battery on the front door deadbolt stopped working on our third day and they sent someone over within an hour to replace the batteries. Very responsive, thanks!

This was our second time staying at Tennessee by the Sea

We had such a wonderful experience the first time that we booked it a second time. Guess what? Same great experience, so we will book it for a third. We are a family of 5 (the 5th being our dog, Tippy, who has been with us both times). We love having the use of a golf cart, bikes, and beach chairs/umbrellas. These amenities make getting back and forth from the house to the beach very convenient. The house is cozy and comfortable. Definitely a home away from home. We loved starting our mornings with coffee on the screened in porch. I love that the developer preserved as much of the natural setting instead of clearing it out completely. As a result, there is a lot of privacy and it was quiet. One morning I noticed a couple of turtle doves perched quietly near us. I thought they were statues at first because they were so close! Thank you to the owners and management for taking care to provide a great place for a vacation.

Cozy Cottage

Tennessee by the Sea was absolutely perfect!!! Tucked on a quiet cul de sak minutes to the beach. We rented chairs & umbrella for the week and it was SO convenient! The golf cart was a treat! Just hop on and within minutes you can find cart parking and walk to the boardwalk. The screened porch was a delight!! We all commented on the comfortable mattresses. Cooks kitchen- found everything we needed. Loved the convenient outdoor shower for hosing off. Kids went to the pool a few times. Bikes & cart were utilized daily. Fire pit was an added bonus!! We came down during prime spring break season and really kicked out staying here. The kids could ride to the chaos and we could hide from it here:)

We LOVED this property! Wonderful neighborhood and setting. Layout of home was excellent and we enjoyed the screened-in porch during inclimate days. Amenities beat expectations! Both kitchen and grill were impressive. Highly recommend this property. Word of caution regarding the management company's App. This App was not reflecting current passcodes, garbage pick-up days, etc. You will need to refer to the email communications and the notes at the property from the owner.
