The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The property is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a beach vacation. The amenities at the Majestic resort are well-maintained. We did find the condo needs several improvements. The washer and dryer are in poor condition. The front-loading washer is full of mold and has a strong odor. The outdoor furniture is rusty and in poor condition. Upon arrival, the floor was sandy from previous guests.

Good Condo, crazy security

We liked the condo, could have been cleaner. Loved the reserved parking spots, elevators were good, and location of condo was good. The security was Crazy. We stayed with a large group for dance nationals so lots of rentals from our group. We had to give our drivers license just to use a luggage cart, don’t you dare go to the pool without an armband bracelet, or throw a ball in the pool, or jump in the pool, and to top it off one of our families were accused by the bar across the street (after they walked outside to see what was going on when fireworks were set off in the street) for throwing a can off the balcony and were woke up in the middle of the night, kicked off the property no questions asked with no place to go and NO proof.

Prefect Vacay!

The Condo was just as described and perfect location! Everything our family needed to make our vacation wonderful. Wonderful view from the balcony with seating for our entire family. The Master Bedroom and Bath are amazing. Would definitely stay again!

Would highly recommend!

Myself, my husband and our 4 kids ranging from 5-17 stayed for 5 days and LOVED it! The view is amazing, there's plenty of room. Very clean and well furnished! Would definitely book again!

We rented this property at the last minute after our condo in Destin was cancelled, we were extremely happy with the condo, the location in PCB and the amenities on the property. We had a couple of questions and the property manager Steve was very kind and quick to respond. We will definitely be back soon!!!!

Was very pleased with this condo!!

We were super pleased with this condo!! Only complaints were the elevators took forever and the smoke detector went off every time we used the oven even with the vent fan on high!! Very nice and convenient to everything!

Great weekend- you’ll want to stay longer :)

Amazing view from balcony! Listing is up to date/accurate, condo was supplied as described. We traveled with friends and children ages 4-7 and had a wonderful time, especially with multiple pools and hot tubs to enjoy. We had excellent communication with the owner both before and during our stay. Only complaint would be regarding parking/security as they repeatedly failed to respond to our issue except when the owner addressed it himself (which he promptly did when notified).

Cleanliness was a small issue. If you are a cooker, the oven sets off the smoke detector when opened. Also, someone was parked in our designated spot no fault of the owner but it took 2 days to get it towed. Everything else, was absolutely amazing!! I wish I could have stayed a lot longer!! The owner responded very quickly to any concerns!! He’s awesome!! Thank you Steve for everything 🥰🥰

Good for a quick getaway

We had a great time in the newly renovated unit. The only problem is that we were the first guests after the renovation and the kitchen sink was not completely finished and leaked water onto the floor. We contacted management to let them know as soon ans we noticed. We were there a short while , so it was to be fixed after we left.

Family Vacay 2020

It was a great location. The condo 505 was as pictured. Very beautiful, nice and clean. We loved cooking in the kitchen, surprisingly roomy for a family of 8. The only negative about this condo is the vacuum cleaner didn’t work very well and the closets were very cluttered. Overall: we loved it and had a great stay.

Beautiful condo and view!

Absolutely beautiful condo. Tastefully decorated. Bed was super comfy and could hear the waves as we drifted off to sleep and when we woke up. Can’t wait to go back!

Very nice condo

Majestic 505 Tower 2 is very nice and conveniently located on the 5th floor. Parking is on the 3rd floor which happens to be where the luggage carts are located. FYI the Cafe and the Bar & Grill are located in tower II - not very convenient for the people in tower I. That’s my opinion. The outdoor pool for tower I is nicely positioned under the back corner and gets a little sun on the far side in the afternoon. It’s very nice. If you like to sit at the waters edge - be ready to take your beach chairs out there by 7am, but watch out - those guys setting up chairs & umbrellas may have a problem with where you put your stuff. The security guards are on point. Make sure you always have on a wrist band and don’t even think about having a water bottle beside you on the pool deck. If you are there during a busy time of the year, be prepared to wait for the elevator. We did NOT encounter any rude employees while we were there. If you don’t want to leave the comfort of your condo to eat, download BITE SQUAD, and have your food delivered. We ordered from Dick’s. The food was still warm when it arrived and it was delicious. I did have one question regarding the Nest thermostat the first night of our stay. I called the owner, he answered my question and the rest is history. As for whether or not I’d stay at the Majestic again, the answer is no. It’s on the busy busy side of PCB and I’d rather be in the area down around Schooners. I did not realize that when I was booking. Nevertheless, 505 is very nice. The views are fabulous. The bed in the master was comfortable. It is nicely decorated. Don’t forget paper products, trash bags, salt & pepper, dish detergent, your favorite coffee cup (the cups there are tiny), etc. There is a coffee maker and a keurig in the kitchen. There are three beach chairs in the laundry room. Which was very nice. :)
