We love this property so much this was our second year coming back! The hospitality app the owners use to provide check-in information is easy and helpful, arrival check-in with security is simple and the covered parking garage is fantastic. The condo is well appointed, has all the beach items you'll need for younger kids as well as Beach Service for two chairs and an umbrella throughout your stay. The pools on property are well maintained and we have never heard any noise from the pool area once inside the condo with the balcony door shut. Speaking of the balcony....it's the Best Feature! Our family loves to hang out there in the evenings after dinner and listen to an audiobook before we take a twilight walk on the beach. After two years in a row here we have only found two drawbacks: 1) the property grill is charcoal. It's difficult and time consuming to grill on charcoal, so a gas grill would be appreciated, and 2) the King size mattress in the master bedroom really needs replaced. If you sleep too close to the edge it will roll you out into the floor, but if you sleep closer to the middle it will roll you into your partner. Both drawbacks are far outweighed by the features and convenience of the condo and the wonderful beach. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect

One of the cleanest rentals I've been in. The balcony is the best "room", but the master is a close second because of the super comfy mattress. Bath towels were fresh and fluffy, and there were many of them. The pool is basic, but crystal clear and clean. We were never disturbed by stomping feet on the floors above us or the sounds of wall-sharing neighbors - very quiet during the night. We highly recommend this unit.

Awesomeness!

Everything was as advertised! Zero complaints. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. Huge balcony with lots of seating, lightning-fast elevators, heated pools. Highly recommend.

Condo was fantastic. Our family had a blast! We walked just across the street in the morning for fresh donuts from A’more donuts one day and then another day picked up delicious breakfast sandwiches at a great price, also from A’more. We spent evenings and rainy moments at the Fun-Land Arcade also across the street and the kids actually won stuff on their claw machines. We rented jet-skis on the beach right at the beach entrance from the property (highly recommend). I could tell my wife was hesitant about the jet-skis, but she tried it and loved it! So if your significant other or friends, kids, whatever are trying to sell you on the idea, just do it! The water is clear. Recommend goggles for the water, the attendant with the chairs was really nice. The condo was clean, the couch was actually newer than what’s in the photo (leather/leatherette) which I like more than upholstered furniture, so nice surprise. Everyone that works on the premises is super nice, friendly, and inviting. The outdoor cushions were newer than what’s in the photos. The balcony is huge with tons of seating options and a great height from the beach. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The rules were simple. We live at another beach and visited here for a different vibe and clear water. No complaints at all, only great experiences and new family memories. I highly recommend booking this condo, it’s clear they really care about the property and want to ensure you have a positive experience.

A perfect place to relax

Everything was just as described. The check in process was a breeze, the property was in good shape, and the amenities of the building were great. Our two young kids loved both of the pools, and we were thankful they were heated given the sudden cold weather during our trip. The parking spot is very tight, not ideal for anything over a small SUV or sedan. We had to park in the overflow lot across the street, but this wasn't an issue after we had unloaded everything into the condo.

This condo was everything it claimed to be. The balcony was the absolute best we've ever experienced. Location was great, amenities were great and we were so pleased. The only concern we had was parking arrangements only allow for one vehicle in the parking garage. We were a family of 6 and had 2 vehicles, so parking for the 2nd vehicle was inconvenient. Other than this we enjoyed our stay very much and hope to use Ocean View for future visits.

Great Location!

Only complaints would be: There’s not enough elevators for the size of building and we waited each time. There were some rude employees at the pool. The pool lounging area is very small. Other than that we had a great family vacation!

Exactly as advertised!

No surprises here: everything was great! The kitchen was well equipped; the living room was comfortable and so was the master bed. the highlight was obviously the balcony where we spent most of our afternoons! When we come back to Panama City Beach, we will make sure that Greta's Beach Rental is the renter as they obviously are professionals, with, amongst other benefits, a great application that contained all pertinent informtation.

What a beautiful peaceful place!!

My family of 4 visited this condo for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The place was extremely clean and has a beachfront view from the master and living room. Beautiful open floor plan and kitchen equipped with everything you need. I was able to finish my whole Thanksgiving meal. The pool was a hot with the kids and it was warm which made it even more enjoyable. We will be back for sure!! Simple easy check in and out process. Quiet and close to so many stores and eateries! Thank you!

Ocean Reef 605 was just as advertised. Our family had a wonderful experience—-bedding was super comfortable and we had everything we needed. The large balcony and view was exceptional! Unit was clean and comfortable. Check in was seamless with just an access code and no hassle.

Thanksgiving vacation

This property was just as described, if not, better. It was very clean and spacious. The balcony is huge and has seating for 8+. Very easy access to beach, pool, and hot tub. Large kitchen area and living room. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Only downfall was there is only 1 reserved parking space but there is parking available across the street which worked out. Definitely want to return to this property.

Great apartment for enjoy the beach

The apartment is awesome, it is really comfortable it has everything you need for relax, enjoy with friends and cook all you want. Just the TV from the entrance bedroom wasn't working, it wasn't getting signal, everything seems to be well connected but never worked.

Awesome!

Thank you so much for allowing us to spend time at your lovely condo! Probably our favorite part was spending time on that fabulous balcony overlooking the beach. The furniture just made it so cozy! However, my grandson loved sitting on the top bunk bed. You made his vacation! 😄 And thank you for the beach chairs. What a nice touch. We hope we are able to return sometime. This was a wonderful vacation.

Awesome getaway location!

This review is LONG overdue! We stayed at this property over Christmas 2019 (6 nights). It was very clean, quiet, more than adequately provisioned, and comfortable. The views were amazing! We are a family of 4 and found the space to be just perfect. The spacious balcony offered a spectacular start and end to the day. Restaurants and other activities are either a short walk or a short drive away. The kitchen was well equipped so we could either eat in or out. We would HIGHLY recommend this property to any/all. Thanks for making our winter getaway (we traveled from Iowa) a much-welcomed retreat!!
