2024 Smooth Jazz Festival

Our stay was nice, Mike the owner was available each time I called. Mike asked what time would we be arriving so he could accommodate early check in if we needed it. The living room recliners could use some repairs, free parking came for one vehicle which is a plus, parking was easy getting in and out of the garage which is located across the street next to Calypso Tower III. You have access to the beach, two chairs and umbrella. New wood flooring throughout the condo. We went for the 2024 Smooth Jazz Festival (9:00 a.m.- 10:30 p.m.) so we did not have the opportunity to enjoy the places in the area. Great view of the Gulf from the balcony in the master suite and living room. Condo located on the 6th floor. Luggage carts on level 3 (park on level 3) of the garage to help get your luggage across the cat walk! Print out your parking pass just in case the reader can’t read it off your phone.

Spacious condo with Amazing views!

Our stay was great! The condo was spacious and the views were amazing. Perfect location near Pier Park and restaurants. Mike was a great communicator making check in and check out easy. Would definitely stay again.

A+ resort

We stayed at a few places along Orange Beach, Destin and Pensacola for the last few years... And this Calypso resort at Panama City Beach is in the same price range first off ... and the first most noticeable thing is that it's much more spacious than anything we've stayed in yet. Aside from that, very clean, beautiful view from the balcony, and all the amenities you could need. Very recommended

Family Vacation 2023

Our stay in the condo owned by Mike at the calypso was everything we wanted when we looked into places to stay. The condo was very well maintained and very clean. My fiancé and I really enjoyed the master bedroom with having access to the balcony and the master bathroom that had so much space! We had 3 teenagers and a very active toddler and it was very spacious for the 6 of us. The pictures of the views from the balcony does it no justice, it was absolutely perfect and beautiful! The condo was also in the perfect location in Panama, being within 5 min of walking to pier park and right on the beach! Getting our beach chairs was super easy and no problems at all! Not only was the condo perfect for my family and I, but Mike was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions or concerns right away. He was always available. But good thing for us, the condo was perfect we really didn’t have to contact him for anything! We will definitely stay again when we come back to Panama!

Directly on the BEACH!

Overlooking the Gulf was amazing while sitting in the living area, balcony, and master bedroom. View is beautiful. Conveniently located to stores and places to eat. Recommend walking to Shuckums for Oysters Rockefeller/Happy Hour. The town and resort was quiet while we were there and resort is kept clean. Very strict on only 2 chairs for the unit but there were some in the unit to use. Parking was easy and carts for luggage are available. I would recommend more towels in the unit (only 3 per bathroom) we did laundry daily - glad there is washer/dryer in unit. Owner responded quickly to questions. Suggestion: It would have been nice to have directions in the unit for check out to help out cleaning person (trash, beds, towels?) and maybe some suggested activities in town since this is our first time in Panama City Beach. Only 20 minutes to the airport! We had a great stay!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This condo was every bit as clean and beautiful as the pictures. The owner was available every step of the way before, during, and after the trip. Magnificent view of the ocean, pool, and pier. And it was only about a block away from all the best shops and restaurants as well as activities like the sky wheel. Just on the other side of Pier Park is a big shopping mall. And there is a Target and a Walmart right there for groceries you may want in the kitchen or little things you might have forgotten to pack. There is a sky bridge over to the private parking garage which is nice when bringing in luggage or groceries and the ground floor of the garage there is a really good diner for breakfast/bakery and coffee shop. Berry convenient for mornings when you may not want to cook. The beach was incredible with its clean white sand and the 2 complimentary sun chairs were so relaxing and family friendly. If you are looking for the perfect place for your family or small group of friends to stay this is it. We will definitely be staying here again when we go back to PCB.

Great place in a great location

The condo is clean and equipped with everything you will need. Calypso is in a prime location, within walking distance to Pier Park. Mike was very prompt in answering questions ahead of our trip. Highly recommend.

Clean and comfy / great view!

This unit had everything we wanted in a beach condo: Very clean Had comfortable beds and living room seating Well stocked with pots and pans, Crockpot, glassware, etc. No-key entry … just the code A neat tiki bar on the ground level Clean swimming pools Helpful staff on site Security! Easy communication with the condo property manager. Close to restaurants and shopping - right in the heart of it (beware … that can be a little loud :) Would stay here again for sure!

Great Vacation Week!

This condo was nice and great location and views. Beds were comfortable and the two recliners was perfect like you was at home with a fantastic view. First time we’ve came to PCB and enjoyed ourselves at the pool daily without dealing with pushy security guards. We will stay again.

Overall great!

We went down here for a baseball tournament so there were several other families staying at the same tower as us. Out of all of the families our room was the most clean, was the largest, well- prepped, best communication out of all of the Families on our team. There are a few things I would like to change, there needs to be more bath towels, maybe a barbecue pit or gas pit at the resort itself, people not throwing things from their balcony at us at the pool, and the pool passes to have some type of lanyard or wristband attached to it. We did lose AC in the whole west tower for three days but the communication was wonderful between my family and the property owner. The property patrol people were really strict at the pool. Our boys who are there for baseball coukd not throw soft balls inside the pool to each other, you cannot have a drink within 4 feet of the pool, and you had to have your card to get into the pool every single time. That was a little annoying. Kids just wanted to be kids and even if we had to go to the restroom right outside of the gate we needed our car to get right back in . The TV in the master bedroom had some issues as far as picture quality. But overall, we were very pleased with our stay and the communication between us and the property owner. The condo was very clean and spacious.

Spring Getaway

The condo was exactly as pictured, nicely decorated and the view is so beautiful from the sixth floor. The beds are extremely comfy and the bedrooms are spacious. The four of us had the best time. Thanks!!!

Great vacation

The property and amenities were great. The condo could have been a bit cleaner but that’s not a reflection of the owners, but maybe just discuss that with the cleaning crew. We would definitely stay here again! Communication was wonderful with Mike.
