Perfect stay

Very beautiful place. Well stocked with all the essential items. Barb was a great host and answered all our questions promptly. She was very accommodating. Short walk to the beach. Construction was going on but didnt bother us at all!! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Exceptional condo

We have booked many condos through websites like VRBO and others over the years and this unit is one of the best we’ve ever seen. So much thought and consideration towards the amenities as the beach closet and kitchen have everything you could possibly need during the week. The location right across from the pool is convenient. The beds are comfy and the rooms feel spacious. Communication with the owner is superb. The only issue we ran into which was minor was the refrigerator stopped making ice during the middle of our stay and towards the end of the week wasn’t keeping items as cold as it had been. We reported this to the owner and sounds like the fridge has ongoing issues, not their fault but the manufacturer’s design. Horizon South is a friendly, gated community right across from the beach and has a lot of green space. The walk with the provided beach cart and chairs took us about 6-7 minutes. Overall would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay.

Amazing Condo - Fully Stocked!

This was the most prepared and stocked condo I have ever stayed in! Anything and everything you need in the kitchen, laundry room, beach/pool closet, etc. Having the extra beach towels was helpful and not needing to bring all the paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, you name it. The kids absolutely loved that we were so close to the pool, we went just about every day! The walk to the beach wasn't bad either and the wagon definitely helped. The owner was great to work with and answered any questions we had. We would love to come back again!

Great place with lots of extras

The unit was great. Barb has really thought of everything and has taken the time to do all the extras. It was great having multiple pools to choose from and having mini golf on site. The beds were very comfortable and the hot water was still going after 6 people showered. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Great accomodations, walking distance to the beach!

Our family enjoyed our time in Panama City and the condo was better than the description. The hostess Barb is very communicative and answered quickly to questions. Definitely recommend this place. Close to many to many family friendly activities as well.

PCB Condo

Excellent condominium. Can't explain all that we enjoyed because the experience was marvelous. I'm looking forward to staying at the same condo again. Everything was 100% as explained. True hospitality

We had an excellent time in PCB and this property was the main reason. Barb is a generous and responsive host and has literally thought of everything your family might need. The beach closet is unmatched and has everything you might need. The kitchen is well stocked with pretty much all the essentials. I had to reach out a few times and she was quick to respond and incredibly generous. Development was quiet with nice facilities - we enjoyed the pool almost daily and beach is a short walk. Really felt like we were at a family friend’s house who invited us to come on down, relax and help ourselves to anything. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Perfect location for relaxing vacation

Customer service is key and Barb is wonderful- communicates quickly and provides all the extras- like the coffee bar. The condo complex is a little busy but it’s summer and everyone wants to hit the beach. Once in the condo, very calm, quiet and relaxing after spreading the time on the beach. This was our 2nd year in a row at Barb’s condo.

Such a great rental!

We loved our stay in this condo in PCB. The location was great, the complex has lots of amenities, the owner is very responsive and helpful. We had an electrical issue in part of the condo on day 4 of our trip and she was quick to get someone out to resolve it. We will be happy to stay again in the future!

Our family had a great stay!! Condo was updated, beautifully decorated and fully furnished. You literally just need to bring your clothes and food. Owner has definitely gone above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and stress free. Plan to return again!!

Perfect for families with children

We stayed here the third week of October. Barb went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! We had everything we needed and more. The condo was clean, updated with modern appliances, furniture, etc. Everything is labeled and super organized and convenient. The beach closet was absolutely incredible!! We didn’t have to bring a thing for the beach. She even had a floatie for our little one, a wagon, boogie boards, Pickleball paddles, beach towels, too many things I can’t even list. Staying here in the middle of October was nice because Fall Break was over and the beach was empty. Although there was a fluke cold front, there were two days we weren’t able to hang at the beach, but we stayed at the condo and had fun playing games, eating, etc. My husband went to Thomas donuts every morning for their amazing donuts! I had oysters for the first time at Mikes Oyster Bar. They were so good! We also went to Island Fin Poke for half price dole whips for just $2 from 3-6pm. Delicious! Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful condo! (But not when we want to be here lol). We will definitely be back again! The location is great, the condo is amazing and the communication with Barb was top notch. Thank you Barb!! We love your beautiful home and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect for our family of 6!

I chose this property solely because of the reviews and the description that we only needed clothes and groceries. Our children are 10, 7, 4 and 1 so to not have to worry about every single thing we would need made things all the more relaxing. We truly only needed clothes and groceries! We traveled 12.5 hours and were almost 4 hours into our trip when it dawned on me that we'd forgotten our daughter's puddle jumper. There were two in the beach closet! Everything was just wonderful and the accommodations couldn't have been more suited for our family. Barb was quick to respond about a few things throughout the trip and very friendly. I will 100% recommend this property to friends and would love to stay again.

Exceeded expectations!

The property was everything listed and more. Seriously didn’t need to bring anything but clothing and food, there was even a high chair for the baby! If this property will have us we will be returning annually. The area was perfectly placed for our needs, close enough to stores but far enough from the crowds, the close restaurant was excellent, the walk to the beach was short and safe since most of the walk is in the gated community. It was absolutely perfect and couldn’t ask for anymore!

This property was amazing! The owner is very helpful and has everything set up beyond what anyone would of expected. When it says everything is supplied that’s what she means. It made our vacation so easy and relaxing. The property owner was easy to get ahold of for every question we had. This was well worth our money. We had 10 people all together and had plenty of room. The beds are super comfortable, the property was very clean and the walk to the beach was not bad. I honestly can’t give this property owner enough praise. When we realize we left my nephews life jacket at home we looked in the closet and she even had those for boys and girls! The kids loved all the different beach toys! We will be back and look forward to it!

Great Condo, great location, great owners!

We had a great time! The condo was very clean and well stocked! We didn't have to get any of the basics because they were provided. The beach closet was awesome and my kids were so happy to see boogie boards and goggles were already there for our use! Barb is great at communication and very prompt in replying to any of my questions! The check in was effortless, but Barb even sent me a text to make sure I got the check in information! We hope to be back several more times!

Great Place Near Beach

This was a great place for a family vacation. It was near the beach, and there were so many things included. It had a nice, well organized and well stocked beach closet, with plenty of beach chairs, toys, beach mats, coolers, and more. There was a closet full of beach towels and some beach bags too. The kitchen was stocked with all the pans, storage, glasses, and even a couple of stainless water bottles. I loved too, that there were spices available for cooking with. There is also a Keurig Coffee maker with coffee k-cups and creamers to use, as well as tea bags. Bathrooms have 4 choices of Body wash in dispensers. That was nice to have choices. I would have loved to one less choice and one full of conditioner, but still very nice. Almost everything was labeled and well organized. This was helpful in finding things, and knowing where to put them away. I had exceptional communication with the owners, and even had the place cleaned early, when my flight was changed. There are two pools on property, as well as other amenities. We only used the pools once. (spent most of time at beaches). We ventured away from beach near property and really enjoyed St. Andrew State park beach and trip to Shell Island. Overall all, GREAT Place to stay!

Clean- well stocked-updated unit

Barb has excellent communication skills! She responds immediately and answered all questions and provided detail instructions. I have never stayed in a unit that was so well thought out and stocked. The pictures and descriptions were 100% accurate. The location is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and on the calmer end of the beach.
