  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

This condo was amazing. It had a beautiful view of the sunset. Close to the pool. Loved the walk in shower. The bed was so comfortable. We slept good every night. Really liked being on the first floor. So easy to get to where you wanted to go. The condo was very neat, clean and pretty.

Besides a water heater on a higher floor bursting and putting water in the floor for 24 hours in the unit . I was disappointed no concessions were offered for inconvience of the water in the floor . The host was very nice

Wonderful stay in PCB!

This 1 bedroom condo sleeper sofa was perfect for my two kids and me for 5 days. We had a wonderful time-- the Edgewater Resort exceeded my expectations. We really didn't need to leave the resort unless we wanted to. The condo was clean, well maintained, and easy to access. I appreciated being on the first floor and being able to take the stairs instead of waiting for an elevator upon check in. The view from the condo was spectacular, and the pool and beach access were right at our fingertips. I would definitely book here again!

Nice, clean condo

Me & my husband enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was great being on the first level. The condo was very clean and bed was comfortable. The only thing we didn’t like was the long walk to the beach ( not the owners fault). The pool is nice but it was crowded due to holiday season when we visited so we just stayed on the beach all day. Downloaded the app and reserved our chairs which is very convenient. We would stay here again.

Relieving stress

My husband and I came in for a short stay. We decided to stay at Edgewater! The first time for both of us! It did not disappoint! A beautiful place to unwind and relax. Very convenient and easy access to the beach! The minute we say the beach, and the Gulf of America all our stress melted away! Good Vitamin Sea! We highly recommend this place. We lived all the amenities and the security on the property! We will be back! We also got to meet the owner Amy. So friendly and she gave us some recommendations of places to eat!

Great Location

I stayed this past week with my 2 boys (ages 10 and 13). The condo was very clean. No complaints. The location in PCB is great, but also the location of the actual condo in Edgewater was 10/10. The lagoon pool was very crowded so we didn’t spend much time there; but the pool right under the condo was nice. I was able to sit on the balcony and read while my boys swam and I could see them clearly the whole time. We were worried that the pool water was going to be too warm since it was the day we arrived. Felt like bath water. But that was only an issue that one day and the pool was refreshing the rest of the week. We could only get in the ocean twice due to double red flags most days, so having the pools helped a lot. Edgies Market has a Starbucks inside for those that enjoy it. We do :-) There are 2 great shops across the street for souvenirs, pool balls, floaties etc… The ice maker in the freezer works great and replenishes ice quickly. Parking was not an issue at all. Always easy to find a spot. If we come back to PCB, I would rent this exact condo again.

Perfect 2 week getaway.

This time of year at our Indiana home is not our favorite. Some days are sunny and 80°, then it's 30° overnight andcrains for 8 days. We had been to PCB before, and loved it. We decided that 2 weeks would be great and VRBO made it so easy. Our host Amy W. was friendly and quickly responded to any questions we had. Edgewater Resort is beautiful. Short walk (100 yds) to the beach. Walking east or west along the beach we noticed that in front of Edgewater the sand was immaculate. Other areas were not bad, but there was no question that we were at the best spot for us.
