Beautiful ocean view. Pool was big and water clean. Food at tiki hut looked good although we didn’t eat there. Hot tub was a bit small but looked nice. Condo was clean with updated kitchen appliances and counters. Couch and chairs we ok. Beds in the two bedrooms were good. Balcony a little small but worked. Overall a good stay and would stay again!

We had a great time in this property at our family vacation. As a comment, I believe that the TVs and towels deserve an upgrade. Would be nice to have a pouch of Shampoo at the moment of arrival. Other than that, everything was amazing!

Kind of an unpleasant place

The cart attendees were rude and then got mad when you couldn’t understand them. Elevator was broken most of the time. My family got stuck, the doors slammed open and then the outer door slammed immediately shut. Master bedroom balcony door handle was broken so it could not be opened. Master bathroom toilet paper holder broke first use and fell into trash can. Guest bathroom tub has cracks all in it and needs to be updated like the kitchen. The vibe feels like a business owned condo and not a family owned condo. It was not cozy. The couch is horrible and old. The only tv that worked was in the living room and the only thing it would play was YouTube. The younger bartenders at bikini bobs could use less time on their phones and more time taking orders. The pros are that we had a roof over our head, the drinks are good once they’re made and the food is good. Would I book here again…honestly no. Thank you for letting us rent from you.

Condo was clean and nice. Lamps didn’t work in one bedroom and balcony wasn’t as big as it appeared in picture. Also sliding door to balcony from bedroom wouldn’t open. Regancy Towers is nice but the elevator situation sucks! Had to wait 30 mins every time so needless to say I got my exercise with the steps a lot!

We love Panama City for over 60 years.

PC! Our favorite place. We enjoyed our stay at this updated property. It was so nice having our own beach chairs provided. The Tiki bar was nice and food good too. The only negative was a elevator was broken.

Perfect Spring Break Trip

My friends and I stayed at Regency Towers for spring break and it was so much fun! The workers are nice to you and we had no issues. We loved how close it was to the beach since we spent most of our days there! We loved the variety of things at the Bikini Bobs tiki bar and ate there multiple times! I would definitely book a place at Regency Towers again!

Winter break

We stayed at Regency Towers in Feb 2023 and really enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location for our needs, quiet but conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores and other amenities. The condo was nicely decorated and had just about everything we needed. I would suggest a few more kitchen necessities as we made 85% of all our meals on site. Otherwise, we really enjoyed it and will consider it as a future rental.

Great location and unit was nice, but building could use some cleaning / improvements.

This is a great location and has a restaurant/bar on-site however not reliable hours. It is a large complex and throughout the week at least one of the 3 elevators weren’t working resulting in long wait times Our unit did have some updates and was clean, however the kitchen could use updated cookware and the 2nd bath needs a new shower rod that will accommodate the non sliding curtain. Overall we had a good time

Beautifully updated condo with the best sunset views

We thoroughly our extended 6-week stay in this condo. Though Regency Towers is one of the older buildings in PCB, this unit was completely updated with everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful views and great for miles of beach walks. The manager of the property was always available a few times that we needed to contact her. We travel to PCB every winter and we would highly recommend this unit.

quick family beach weekend

We were very impressed with the friendliness of the owners. They were easily reachable, and very understanding and accommodating of request that we made to insure we had a great stay. We will likely be back and would definitely suggest this rental to friends. The unit was in great condition and very clean.

Beautiful Unit

809 is a lovely property. We’ve stayed at RT for several years for spring breaks with the kids and family friends, and this is by far the nicest and most updated unit we’ve stayed in. Beds are comfortable, furnishings are very nice. Kitchen is completely current including new appliances and has everything we needed and then some. RT is a challenging experience for those on the higher floors because of the crummy elevators but, as long as you pack your patience, you’ll be fine. Gorgeous balcony views with morning coffee - no better way to start the day. Would definitely book again. Super easy to work with the owners. Thanks for sharing your place!

Definitely somewhere I’d stay again!

The pictures are exactly what you have! Beautiful kitchen, AMAZING view and the sound of the ocean was so peaceful. We’ve never experienced such a peaceful trip. The beds weren’t THE BEST. Bur we definitely didn’t lose sleep from them. My husband and I and our kids are already discussing our future trips. Hoping to use the same condo to create a tradition :)
