For the money spent, no difference between staying at a Motel. First walking on the floor where sticky, showers had black mold, Rust inside the fridge, under the beds had left overs from prior tenants. Calling to get assistance was a nightmare, no respond into the next date. The provided a new control because it didn’t work. They will need a better cleaning crew. I’m giving 2 stars due of the views and beach front.

It was alright

Several issues starting with the appliances, such as stove does not cook properly ( took almost an hour to cook jacks pizza) and washer and dryer take forever. Beds are not the most comfortable. Looks like they have been broken before and nailed back together. The bunk beds are so wobbly the kids couldn’t even sleep in them. We had to put the mattress on the floor. Master bedroom couldn’t use the ceiling fan because it sounded like it was going to fall from the rattling and the light was so dim it was useless. Cracked bathroom sink bowl. Floor in kids bedroom had leftover spilled pop on the floor and hair in between the mattress and wall.

Good location and good elevators

Pros- The location is just a short walk to Pier Park. The pool side restaurant and bar was great and convenient. The elevators were never an issue. The condo lobby was nice and clean. The 2 entries to the balcony was nice. Cons- the whole kitchen felt like a film or grime was over all of the utensils. The bed is BROKE in the master. I have a picture if needed. The washer smells like mildew (we still used it bc we had too). The oven doesn’t work bc the bottom heating element is out. So, if you plan to cook like we did for a family of 8, reconsider or purchase groceries you don’t need the oven for. The security could be less harsh when telling a group of kids that the limit on the hot tub is 11 at a time instead of demanding they get out bc of code enforcement. Random people walking into the pool area with no pool bands but the pool bands were “required” on property which tells me that the randoms walking in weren’t staying at that condo. Where was security during ALL of those events? Later of film on the wall hangings. The condo could use a good scrub.

Location was perfect! Beaches were really nice and not crowded. Veiw from the 20th floor was breathtaking! I would definitely stay here again!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay there everything was great just the main bedroom was hot for some reason at night the air conditioning was not working like it shud in that room. Also the elevator they don’t have air conditioning but besides that everything was great. Everything that you will need is super close Walmart, pearpark, restaurant, and shopping center.

Relaxing stay

Location was great, walking distance to pier park, many shops, and restaurants. Beach access was convenient and included wash station before returning to building. Condo appeared as shown in pictures and was clean upon arrival. Plenty of room for party of 10. We had no issues with elevator and rarely had to wait more than 2-3 min for them. Being on a higher floor was a bonus to the trip as we were able to see stingrays, a sea turtle, and many school of fish from the balcony. Only flaw was a brown colored storm drain/water runoff that lead into the beach area in front of our condo. It discolored the water somewhat and was mostly just an eye sore but did not effect the beach a little farther down which was short walking distance. Overall, not a huge deal. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Good stay

Overall a pleasant experience. The condo property itself was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only one elevator was working which made check in and check out times extremely busy. We waited over 45 minutes for an elevator during the 4p hour. We just avoided using the elevator during that time the rest of trip and it was better. There also was a really bad smell coming from the bathroom off the kitchen. It smelt like someone had stayed there with cats previous and they put the cat litters in that bathroom. Outside of that the stay itself was great. We would consider staying here again.

Beach Service NOT included

This property is great! The staff at Sterling Breeze were awesome! They were very nice and welcoming! The condo was decorated nicely but could have been cleaner. The stove is a little janky, probably needs to be replaced, looks very warn, but it did work. Our biggest complaint was that it states beach service was included and it was NOT! They said we could pay for it and they would reimburse us, but it would have just been easier to get it lined out in the first place so guests wouldn't have to put out more money to enjoy the things that were supposed to be included in the first place! I message back and forth with the host trying to get it, but finally realized they were just not going to make it happen and gave up! Ridiculous! A phone call should have taken care of it in my book. If they could reimburse, why not just call and pay for it themselves! Then I would have been given what I was promised with the listing and all would have been wonderful!

Spectacular 20th floor view

It was 2 families with 5 kids aged between 8-13. This place was spacious enough for all of us to spread out. The view from the balcony was spectacular can see the pier and even saw dolphins, fish, and sting rays in the ocean. The king bed was very worn and slanted in the center. I didn’t find it comfortable, but was so tired most nights it didn’t stop me from sleeping. The place could use a proper deep cleaning especially the bathroom showers. The kitchen does have pots/ pans and all that’s needed to cook. There is no seasonings so keep that in mind. The dryer took multiple cycles like 4 to dry the load. The air conditioning works great. The showers always had good pressure and hot water. The elevator wait wasn’t bad at all. The pool is heated and always felt refreshing and the hot tub was perfect to soak any aching muscles. I would definitely stay here again we all had a great time!!

Go ahead and book!

First of all, let me say… our family had a BLAST. 5 adults and 5 children. We had absolutely no difficulty with the check in process/ elevators/ or check out process. The staff in the lobby was very accommodating and helpful. The trip was SO GOOD we decided to extend our stay an extra day. I was a little turned off by the run off drain on the beach that is hardly shown in the pictures but once we got there it wasn’t bad at all. Not an eye-sore and it didn’t make the water look any different. We have taken multiple family trips to PCB and this condo was by FAR the cleanest condo. We were stocked with the complimentary essentials for the first day and the room had a pack-n-play for my small toddler(which I wasn’t expecting). The communication with the owner was 1/5. Doesn’t respond to the messages on VRBO which was initially a problem with me, but when I called BBgetaway the property manager or whomever has access to the property was 5/5 completely helpful and made sure we had no questions. The only downfall with the condo (which may be a communal thing with the building itself) is when the balcony door is open and someone opens the condo door, it creates such a terrible draft that the door wants to slam shut. The door slammed back onto my husbands finger and caused him to have to get stitches. Overall, aside from the door issue our stay was 10/10 and that won’t cause us to not want to go back.

Beautiful views of the gulf and beach

It was right on the beach with beautiful views of the gulf. There was always a nice breeze on the balcony. We couldn't access the balcony from the master suite. Very nice bathrooms and showers. It was a long walk to the garage to bring everything in and out or to go anywhere in the car. Very nice kitchen. It had lots of appliances and dishes. Nice large refrigerator. We cooked in a lot. We had difficulties getting the TVs to work. There were 4, but each seemed to work differently. We never found local news or shows. The management company was very helpful with trying to get the TVs to work or with any other issues we had. The condo is close to Pier Park, many other activities and restaurants. It worked well for family of 7.

Beautiful view

Great location, right in the beach. Plenty of room for 8. Everything was clean. Broken blinds in one bedroom and no hot water in one bathroom sink but nothing that would keep us from staying there again. Bedding was minimal on the bunk beds, our girls were all glad they traveled with their own blankets.

Spring break with family

The property was very accommodating for my large group. My only complaint would be the beach service. Beach service was supposed to be including with the rental. It even says so in the description of the property. That was just a flat out lie! We were able to get beach chairs with no problem the first day but the second day we were told that it was a mistake & asked to pay or move. We paid extra for something that was supposed to be included. Management was no help when I asked about it. They basically said they knew nothing about it. Highly disappointed!

Our favorite getaway spot

My family has been coming here for 3 years straight and we love it. This past time it wasn't as clean and there was a couple problems we had with the place. Hopefully they get it all resolved for next year but still overall a nice location and stay

Great getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at sterling breeze. Check-in process was much smother than what others have previously said. Staff was friendly and helpful. Condo was well cleaned and stocked with necessities. Plenty of room for our party of 7 without feeling over crowded. Balcony beach views were amazing. We even got to see a huge sea turtle from our room, and lots of dolphins. Just be prepared for the little things including: parking fees, pool bands, and minor elevator wait times. Also be sure to make sure to read your rental policy closely for the check out policy. I almost overlooked the necessity to call when checking out.
