The property was nice. Check in was simple and straightforward. The condo was clean, quiet, and the views are unmatched, with the large deck allowing you to soak those views in, regardless of the weather. Restaurants and other services (groceries, beach shopping, etc.) are close by. The beach was super clean, not crowded at all, and overall the property was in good condition, felt very safe, and we really enjoyed our stay.

We usually visit the west end. This was our first time staying at Watercrest and we will be back. This unit is beautiful and one of the cleanest condos we have stayed at.

A Heavenly Respite!

What a lovely well situated property. It was spacious and well appointed and clean. The view from the balcony was the stuff of beach dreams. The owner thought of everything down to pre paying for 2 beach chair rentals. The property itself is well maintained. I enjoyed the little touches like the free ice cream, the stand up foot cleaning fountains, and the watchful eye of the beach chair rental guy Nick who was very personable and represented Seacrest well. There was always employees cleaning and painting and checking on the property. The water was crystal clear for 150 yards out. Incredible. There were live Sand Dollars on the second sand bar that of course we viewed and did not disturb them but what a treasure. I thought the condo itself was overdecorated/cluttered with fake plants. But what an easy fix. I wished that the balcony had better lighting. The dining room table is situated on it but we were unable to see our food at night so we had to eat inside. The only other negative was that we were told that every guest had to wear a provided wrist bracelet and we seemed to be the only ones wearing them and there were obvious questionable people on the beach who did not rent condos and no one patrolled for that. That said, these are all easy fixes and we had a wonderful time. Worth every penney!

Nice condo

The condo unit was very nice. What was annoying was the neighbors. Everyone was loud, ppl smoking pot right next door. I know that’s not anyone’s fault as for as this unit goes but we’ve decided PCB is not for us anymore. We need less party and more quiet/relaxation.

BEWARE BEDS

All beds were built on a wooden frame (like a water bed frame) with mattress inside frame. 1st night sheets kept coming off bed so we had to try to raise mattress from frames to secure sheets. Owners also chose to lock the closet in 2nd bedroom for themselves. Chase brought in a wire rack for us to hang clothes. Not for those who treasure a good night's sleep. It could have been amost perfect if not for beds.

A Bit Chilly

Followed instructions on an early arrival. It took Chase 1 hr 20 min to respond (and that was after my 2nd prompt). By the time he responded it wasn’t much of an early entry. - didn’t care for the requirement to wear wristbands the entire stay - the parking pass had our room # on it. Not good…not a safe practice - left the couches cleaner than we found them. The amount of crumbs I vacuumed in between the cushions was incredible Overall, we enjoyed our stay but surely missed Ft Myers Beach where Pointe Estero is second to none.

Chase went above and beyond

Our view from the 17th floor was the best I’ve ever had in Florida, and I’ve been coming for 30+ years. The condo was clean, roomy, and updated. The pool was nice and we had easy access to the beach. Everything was great, but Chase, the property manager went above and beyond after there was a booking issue with our original unit. HUGE thank you to him! We had a great week, and will definitely come back.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

We searched for a unit to rent and noticed that many complaints are focused on building management. So we started looking for reviews on the individual buildings, which led us to the positive reviews about the Watercrest Condominiums. We were not disappointed. The grounds were immaculate, the pool was super clean, the staff was friendly, the elevators were fast, everybody was relatively quiet and the beach was awesome! We thought the cleaning fee was excessive, but the condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The coffee maker is a Keurig. The beds were all firm. The best feature about this unit is the huge porch where there are seats enough for 10 people. The View was AMAZING! FYI: the couches are all leather, which is easily damaged by sunscreen. The owners warned us about this in the rental agreement, so we ended up covering the couches with extra bedsheets.

Great Stay

The tiki bar and snack bar were reasonably priced, and a great surprise addition to our amenities. The condo was clean with plenty of cooking gear, pillows and blankets. We really enjoyed our stay!
