The property was great. The views were beautiful, the condo was clean, and my kids loved the bunk room. The property included beach chair service which was a nice perk.

The room was very nice. When we got there the check in about the luggage carts was confusing and having to leave your driver's license. But overall had a good time.

We loved this place and location. It is hard to use the elevator at certain times of the day and that was a huge issue, I would suggest leaving more trash bags in the trash can for people for there stay

The condo was beautiful! Awesome beach views, we loved the breach chairs. Our only complaint was the out door pools were cold. Our kids didnt mind but it was just too cold for thw adults to enjoy. The room was clean. The host was great. The beach was perfect and clean. Thank you for amazing memories.

Loved this place. Clean spacious great view. Many said issues with the elevators. There were some but staff immediately jumped into action to fix it. Will definitely stay here again

Excellent!

This unit is one of the best we have ever stayed in. Everything is clean and modern. The bed is comfortable. If you have kids the bunkbeds have their own tv at each bed. The owner is very attentive. We will stay here again.

A week in paradise

The property was exactly as presented, very clean, nicely decorated and made for a perfect week. Even though the price was reasonable, it was not a "bare bones" condo, but had everything needed for a perfect stay.

Tidewater Beach Stay

Well kept, clean property. Convenient to Pier Park. Easy communication and check-in and check-out. Unit managing company was timely in responses and genuinely concerned with us having a great experience with our rental. Strongly recommend Four Star Condo Service!

Amazing!

The weather was not the best but the condo at Tidewater was simply amazing. It was clean, updated, and perfect for our family. We had no issues at all. We will for sure stay here on our next trip!

Our host could not have been more accommodating. The condo is exceptionally well equipped. We will absolutely stay here again in our next return to PCB .

Fall vacation

I’ve stayed at the Tidewater several times. This unit it comfortable and well appointed. The rental process was smooth. I would rent from Four Star again. Loved that the beach set up was included with rental.

Reviewer Comments: They provide all the amenities of a timeshare at a portion of the cost. 24 hour security, friendly busy workers and the amenities are too many to name. This is the epitome of a centrally located, turnkey family vacation. I had the best time and the staff cares about their brand. Even with small hiccups this hotel is the best bang for your buck every time. They even mailed me my earbuds after I accidentally left them in the room. I can't recommend this home by the beach enough.

Great place

This place was great. It was clean and the check in process was very easy. Make sure you register for parking the day before, it made the check in quick. The kids loved the bunk beds and their own bathroom. Everything about the rental was awesome. But the elevators during check in and check out times take a long time, be prepared to wait, that is the building not the unit. Overall wonderful stay with a small family.

Me and my freind enjoyed our stay at Tidewater. Liked the walk way connection to the parking deck.

Me and my friend really liked and enjoyed Tidewater. Pre - registration made check in easy. We love that they have their own parking deck ,and a walk way that leads to where you check in/ check out. You can also check out luggage carts and shopping carts for your luggage and groceries. We liked that it is right by pier park , which is a cool and fun place to hang out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was well stocked, clean and convenient! Loved the included beach chairs and umbrella. The little store attached to the condo was nice to grab a Coke, ice cream, coffee, or even a canned alcoholic drink. Didn’t use the pool, but it has two large pools. Condo is big but I never felt crowded on the beach.

Summer vacation

We had a great time!! The room was clean and updated. The decor was great also! The only down side was the elevators which I know the owners can’t control. Just be mindful of peak times. Other than that the parking garage was great, and clean. The trash chute areas were clean also. The pools were great! And the beach access was amazing!!! Plus having two chair and umbrella right outside your room was amazing!! We had a great time!

Great place to stay near Pier Park

My husband and I went and took two teenagers with us. This Tidewater unit is on the 12th floor and is nicely decorated and has a bunk room, which is nicer than the bunk beds in the hallway. 2 br so we didn’t have to share with the kids. Walking distance to Pier Park. The unit came with beach service- 2 chairs and an umbrella, which was a bonus. Tidewater is known for having to wait on the elevators, but this unit is near and end one and in a pinch you could use the stairs since it’s only 12th floor. I’d definitely recommend this unit.
