We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back next year. The condo had everything we needed and is much bigger than first thought. Very clean and the view of the beach was stunning.

The condo was clean heads were comfortable. The side was amazing with the balcony and the access to those. The one issue I had with this condo was the amount of mirrors in it. That is the one thing that was not listed and was not welcome.

Amazing

Amazing location. Condo was beautiful. And very roomy . NiceLocation. Beach was not overcrowded which is a huge plus . Pool is in middle of the two towers it’s nice everything is close by restaurants stores etc

We loved this place

This place was so nice, clean and looked just like the photos. I really liked the fact that this wasn't one of the huge condos. It made it less crowded on the beach. The parking under also made it so convenient. Will stay again.

Nice place

The unit was bigger than expected, very clean, decent furniture, plenty of towels. The complex had a nice pool and Jacuzzi and because it wasn't one of the huge complexes the beach wasn't crowded. Would definitely stay here again

I do think they mop with a smelly mop. Kitchen nonstick at all. Has to go buy a non stick pan and a spatula. No salt or pepper. Both bathroom toilets were stopped up. I got unstopped with a plunger that was there but made me wonder if toilets were even cleaned.

Baseball and the beach

We had a wonderful stay. Location is great. Close to everything and the ballparks. Had a blast at the Jetty at St. Andrews State Park. For the price the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Management Services were outstanding. Grocery right across the street.

Nice but needs work

Aqua vista is great usually, this year elevator and hot tub were not working. Unit was nice but needs update. There were holes in wall of pantry, outdated decor and no comfortable sitting except for a small couch.

Nice location

The condo was functional and nice but is a little dated. The view and location of the condo was great. The pool would be crowded at times but there was always enough seating. The beach was fairly quiet as well with little crowding. The elevator was out twice during our stay which was a pain as it was out the morning we left. We would have liked to tidy things up a bit before leaving but there were no cleaning supplies for us to use.

Very nice view and very clean. Only problem we came across was elevator did not work the morning we left. At 69 years old it was hard going from 4th floor up and down. Other than that great stay.

Overall good

Property location, convenience, and building upkeep was all good. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean and well kept. My only complaint is the living room furniture (sofa and both chairs) are so uncomfortable that they are impossible to sit on for any length of time.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time. Everything was very nice. We were very close to Pier Park and all the restaurants we like eating. The weather was amazing and the beach wasnt crowded at all! We would definitely recommended and we will be back again!

No Elevator service

My husband & I have both had knee replacements, I have had 3. We both have back problems & my granddaughter has a history of heart problems. We had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs which was very difficult. Then every time we went out for the first 2 days we had to go up & downs those 4 flights of stairs. I think that entitles us to at least a small refund. The condo had a strange smell when we went in & the photos were somewhat deceiving. The mirrors made it look larger than it actually was. It would be very unlikely for us to stay there again. The management people I spoke to were unaware that the elevator had not been repaired & were extremely nice. This is in no way a reflection on them.

Great view but the condo left a lot to be desired!

Lets start with the positives: 1. The view was amazing! 2. The walk in shower in the master bedroom was awesome and big. Now for the negatives: 1. All of the linens were ROUGH; sheets, towels, wash clothes. We could hardly stand to dry ourselves off or sleep on the rough sheets. 2. The beds in the master and hall bedroom were worn out and hard. 3. The toilet paper holder in the hall bath was falling off the wall. We had to put the towel holder back on during our stay in the same bathroom. 4. The floors were absolutely filthy. This is super irritating when part of the the expense for this condo was a "cleaning fee". 5. All of the furniture in this condo was old, dated and cheap. A few of the drawers in the dresser in the master bedroom would not even open. 6. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet and drawers in the kitchen. Utensils we pulled out had nasty crusty food all over it. We washed all dishes/utensils before using them. :( 7. There were light bulbs that were burnt out in both bathrooms. Neither bathroom had good lighting to begin with and it was really hard to fix your hair or anything else in either bathroom. The view is basically what you are paying for on this unit. It needs a TON of tender loving care, updating and maintenance. We were pretty disappointed in the condo considering what it cost. We left a day early as we were just done sleeping on the hard beds with the rough linens. I called and report damage and issues when we arrived.
