Perfect condo for family vacation

Condo was spacious, well-kept, and very convenient to everything. Being on 2nd floor made the typical high rise elevator issue much less of a problem. Room right next to trash chute and stairs which was convenient. A/C worked GREAT-we didn’t even have to turn it below 74 and everyone was comfortable. Kitchen well equipped- we cooked all meals except one. We fit 7 people very comfortably in the condo. The only issues were minor that could happen anywhere - one shower drain kept backing up, and we all got black feet from walking barefoot on the floors (what I call “motel feet”). We could tell they tried to clean them but perhaps need a deeper cleaning. Overall top notch and would 100% stay again!

Nice Condo - Great Beach

Very nice high rise condo building with a great beach. No complaints on anything other than the master bedroom TV needing an upgrade. It's too old to have any streaming apps. Pretty small negative given all the positives. 2nd Floor is a perfect location.

Aqua 209 PCB was a VERY nice experience overall

This condo was spacious and we each had our own bathroom. That was a real plus. The furniture was nice, with no stains or unusual worn look about it. The bathrooms were well equipped with towels. However, bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap along with laundry detergent. The TV was a sore spot for me. The internet kept causing tiling and there was a lot of it. I called but to no avail of a solution. Overall, I was pleased with my visit. The condo was in pretty good shape with the need of some cosmetic work here and there. I would definitely consider staying there again. It was very pricey and had NO refunds. This condo was operated by "Best Beach Get-a-ways", NOT Aqua. Something good to know in advance of booking.

nice place and great location

tents in front of chairs on the beach wasn't addressed with people. couldn't go to the pool at night with our kids because people were smoking weed and nothing was done about it. won't stay at this location again just because of those two things.

PCB- Summer Weekend

My family and I had a great time spending a long weekend at the beach in PCB!!! The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and was a great location. I didn’t realize that an umbrella and set of chairs were included with the condo, that was an added bonus! The pool concession stand and bar was great. Offered a variety of mixed drinks which were tasty, beer, and they even made a mocktail for my 8 year old. LOL. The building staff were not available, but Security was very accommodating to help with parking when we arrived. We would definitely go back for another visit!

Very Relaxing

The condo was very nice and clean inside. The master bedroom was always warm and the rest of the place was cool, so we always kept the shades shut in the bedroom. We had a few issues of things not working properly and the owners were very quick to have someone out there to fix it. The pools and hot tub were nice and the beach was very relaxing. We only had one encounter with a staff member from the resort and she was very rude and swore at my husband and kids. But we would definitely stay here again. It was very relaxing with a beautiful view of the ocean

Awesome Beach Week! Great Condo!

Location Location and Location! Great 2nd floor condo with great view of beach and pools! Located west end of PCB near Pier! Mostly upgraded kitchen and floors! Living room sofas and dining room furniture need to go! Cushions on dining room chairs filthy! Master shower needs to be regrouted....better yet needs to be renovated. Will rent again!

Some updates needed worthy of a $$$$ a week stay.

Beds need to be updated for increased comfort. Linens too. Door locks to master bedroom and bathroom don’t work. No hangars in any of the closets; had to buy some. Ice maker is broken. Paint is chipping on patio area and rug needs replacing. No outlet cover on one in master bedroom. Many of the facility’s elevators were being repaired, and according to some of the other patrons, this has been an ongoing issue since the Spring. For the price we paid, this condo should have been in better condition!

Three days not enough.

Condo was Beautiful! Plenty of room. Got a text about Early check in.. Only thing maid service didn't check sofas,, and while sitting on them found smashed beer can and juice pack. Couldn't get ice maker to work. And check out was at 10, and we had maid at door at 9:38, knocking at door wanting in to clean. Would go back and stay.
