We were moved due to repair on balconies. We were told they would not be working on our balcony during our stay, grateful they called and moved us. Only to find out that they were in fact working on/near our balcony. We were told we could not be on the balcony from 9-5pm. This was very disappointing. One pool was completely closed (not that big of a deal) due to repairs. The staff at the sunrise beach condo were extremely rude. So much so that I will not go back. Spoke to several OWNERS there and they were selling due to the same reason. Was told 15 units were for sale because the staff including beach staff were rude. Was then told 2 days before we left that one of our bathrooms was leaking to unit below and we could no longer use that bathroom. That meant that 3 boys had to use my bathroom. Love PCB but will not return to Sunrise Beach. Should have been offered discount for services i was not able to use but that I paid for.

I think the "check in " procedures are a little vague. It maybe shouldn't be called "check in" because you don't actually "check in" with anyone , especially after hours. But, we figured it out.Probably could use a larger skillet in the kitchen.The mattress in the main bedroom probably needs to be replaced. All in all though we enjoyed our stay and would go back,

Girls trip success

We were here while hurricane Helene was making landfall. Fortunately for PCB they were spared the devastation that others experienced. We had a very relaxing week here. Great location, very comfy beds in master suite and Queen suite. We would stay here again

Great Condo

It was a beautiful condo with spectacular views, close to my favorite place to eat and hang out, Shuckums, the only reason I didn’t give it five stars is the A/C wasn’t working very well.

Perfect end of summer vacation

Our vacation was my family of two adults and three children all under eight, and my friends family of three adults and one child under eight. This condo had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The beds were very soft. My friend wanted to take hers home lol. The condo is right on the beach and near enough to restaurant and stores that you can walk. If I had one complaint it would be that there is no air conditioning in the elevator and they are very busy but that is a small complaint and not a deal breaker at all. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Love,love,loved our stay.

We had a great time! The condo was beautiful! Great view from balcony. Glad the parking deck was under building it made it easy. The pool nice and not crowded. Great view of beach from pool. Really enjoyed stay. We walked to Island Runway for dinner and had homemade ice cream from across street. Nice location.

Wonderful Room at Sunrise

We loved our room. We had 3 teens and 1 preteen and 3 adults and everyone had plenty of room and was comfortable. The only problem with the property we encountered was the elevators. Some days only 2 of the 4 elevators would be working so the wait was long.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO!!

The Condo we stayed in was BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN and very well UPDATED! We stayed in Condo 1704 and hope to reserve it for next year.. You have everything you need to cook, it has a washer and dryer, a huge master bedroom with a huge bathroom and huge bathtub. It has two other bedrooms and another bathroom. We had 7 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of room! The balcony is perfect and has beautiful furniture on it! Access to the beach was simple and the condo comes with 2 lounge chairs that are reserved for your entire stay! I would Highly recommend staying in Condo 1704.

The property was in walking distance of everything. The cleanliness of the property was ok.

We inspected the beds and bathroom and sprayed lysol. We noticed a brown spot on boxstring sheet and called to report. I called twice and did not receive a call back. So we took the extra sheet and put it under the mattress. Also we were there from Thursday to Sunday with one roll of tissue in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels.

Spring Break 2022

This was a wonderful property. Looked just like the pictures. They were doing fire safety for two full days. It was quite annoying. Loved the amenities, such as washer and dryer and extra blankets. Workout facilities were great. The temperature of the pool was nice. Elevators were better than most places. Would rent again!

Floors were disgusting and no privacy

We got there and floors were disgusting full of sand and feet were black, babies legs from crawling was filthy black. People taking pictures of you if you were doing anything wrong on balcony.

2 Family Vacation

The condo 1704 was exactly what you see in the photos. Very nice clean and relaxing place. We enjoyed our stay. Only issue is floor will turn your feet black so we all wore flip flops whole time inside the condo so no worries of that. Balcony views was amazing and easily see the sunset which was nice… Only issue is getting the free beach lounger on the front row was tough as their all booked up by paying guests. But we was able to get on front row on the last day but everyone with own beach charis and umbrellas set up right in front of all the beach loungers so it made it hard for kids to play in sand right in front where we was placed cause to many personal beach chairs and umbrellas in the way. But overall it was a great experience and will definitely return back to 1704 in the near future. Thanks for allowing us to stay.
