Great and beautiful place !

We had such a great time ! The condo was cleaned so well when we arrived and everything was so easily outlined for our stay! We definitely will be back! Beautiful views and a great place to stay for either short term stay or long term!

family getaway

The family got together for a little beach time and the condo was great. A bit of a short walk to the beach but no problem. Water at beach was amazing as always. Pool also right outside and bikes were perfect for exploring. Would book again.

Perfect weather

Overall, this was a nice condo. Master bed was comfortable. The decor could use some updating. It has seen lots of use. The main issue we had was VERY uncomfortable outdoor furniture on the balcony. It’s a nice corner porch with lovely views but the chairs were very uncomfortable—no arms to the chairs and no cushions. Could also use a lounge chair.

Quick Getaway

We spent 3 wonderful days in WaterSound Beach… the condo was just the right size, had spectacular views and was well appointed. The beach at WaterSound is second to none in the Southeast and maybe the country!!! Cannot wait to return!!!

Beach getaway

We loved this condo. The views are breathtaking. Upon arrival the condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of space in the family area but it was nice to have separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The property is wonderful and very private. We loved the Pool and the fish and turtles at the pond. Beach access was easy on the boardwalks and everything is very walkable. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the great service!

Beach Condo

Beautiful & clean condo with amazing view of the beach & pool. A little hike(about 10 min) to get to the beach. But it’s a pretty walk through the dunes. Close to restaurants & shops at the Hub. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely View

Lovely furnished condo with beautiful views. A wonderful boardwalk to the beach. We enjoyed the daily walks to the beach on the boardwalk over the natural dunes and lake. The pool area was wonderful and nicely furnished with padded lounge chairs. Overall, very, very nice!

Wonderful place and experience!

We stayed as a family at 420B WaterSound Crossings recently for a week. It was fabulous. The property is gorgeous. The pictures really don't do it justice. We all walked in and were amazed at how nice it is. This is a luxury rental for sure. The views are gorgeous, it was nice and quiet, the beds were soft and everything was just great. The pool area is close by and the pool is quite nice. The kids loved playing there and there is a neat little grassy area for playing ball. Every night they set up for a fire in the big outdoor fireplace, which is neat. The beach is very nice. It is about a half mile walk over the boardwalks to get out to the beach, but it wasn't bad at all. The sand is wonderfully soft and white and the gulf is very pretty. Unfortunately the water was closed the week we were there because of a rip current statement, but we were still able to have tons of fun playing in the sand and at the pool. I like that the condo's area is pretty quiet, but is still close enough to nice restaurants and fun things to do. The condo was stocked with plenty of basics to last us the week (dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc.) The only thing we needed was Kleenex. And there were plenty of cooking utensils and such. The only thing that people might want to know is that the master suite (while VERY nice) is not terribly private, so it is really better for a couple than for friends. There is a door closing off the suite, but no door closing off the bathroom from the bedroom, and the toilet is behind a clear glass door. Not a big deal for a couple, but perhaps a bit TMI for a non-couple sharing the big suite. In short, we loved it and would not hesitate to stay there again!

Amazing view and beautiful condo

We loved our stay! Condo was well appointed and very clean. Pictures do not do it justice, and both the condo and view are even better than pictures portray. The beach access was about 10 minute walk down boardwalk and across lake, and beach was never crowded. Only suggestion would be some lounge chairs for the balcony, as the table and chairs there are not as suited for just relaxing and enjoying the view.
