  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Amazing from stary to finish. Owner was easy like a Sunday morning. Book it and worry about something else because your accommodationsare solid. Everything worked. The AC was cold. The view of the ocean is beautiful. The Master bed slept good. Bathrooms all worked. Would I book it again? Does a cat have a climbing gear? Yes I would and will try to again soon. Thanks for the memories.

A++++ Stay You'll Never Forget

First of the condo was very clean. And the owner is there if you need her, just text or call, and she gets right to you. The elevators are super fast, unless someone is holding the door open. Over all I feel they are the fastest in Panama City Beach. The lagoon pool is just awesome. They have 2 movie nights at the pool and 3 karaoke nights as well. There's food and drinks available on site so you don't really need to leave. Now as far as the condo itself, you'll have plenty of towels and wash cloths. The more than enough of dinnerware, silverware, and cooking pots and pans. Every TV has Roku attached so entertainment is there on that. There should be 11 wristbands, make sure you count to make sure when you first arrive, if there isn't contact the owner and let her know because you'll have to pay for any missing. But I fully understand that since they are needed when on the property. The view of the beach and pool is awesome from the balcony. And lastly I didn't know this till my last 2 days of my stay, but there are extra pillows in the closets so if you need more and a box fan. We used the box fan to cool the master bedroom down more as it's the hottest of all the rooms. Not that it's hot hot, it's just where the building sets it gets sun all day long and hearts up more. The air works great in the whole unit, just a little help in the master so you don't turn the air to low and it freezes up. Overall I give this condo a 10 out of 10 and will be returning.

Not the Same Edgewater

Nice furnishings and well supplied. However the carpet in the bedrooms, especially the one on the left going in were disgusting. I don’t know if they were actually dirty or stained but they sure looked bad. Those bedrooms are also in need of fresh paint. The resort itself has made changes that are not good. The new television system is terrible and would be a deal breaker for staying there again. It is not reliable at all and always going off signal. It is also difficult to navigate. Edgewater itself has made some bad changes. They are taking up space around the pool with things no one is using. $300, $400 and $500 for a cabana, seriously??. They were all empty. $65 for a lounge with a cushion? Very few being used while guests were looking for places to sit around the pool. Bad management! Not sure if I would go back and we have been vacationing there for many years. Sad.

Loved it!

From the moment we booked this condo to the moment we left, everything was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay during our week there. The view was gorgeous, and we loved having a oceanfront view and a view of the Lagoon swimming pool too. We didn’t wait more than a minute for the elevators and most of the time there was no wait. The communication from the owners was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again!

Edgewater Resort

We stayed in Charles and Wanda's Condo at Edgewater resort. The Resort was nice but due to the time of the year some of the pools were shut down and a bit cold. Ocean view and beach area clean and easily accessible. The condo was just what we needed for the week! Wanda was receptive and helpful when we encountered an issue with our parking passes. They made sure we had what we needed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Vacation

What a beautiful and spacious condo! The view is fantastic, the beds are so comfortable and we had more than enough room to accommodate our party of seven. The entire process from booking, checking in and instructions on what to do when checking out was a breeze. There was always an available parking space even though the resort was very busy. The elevators ran very quickly and we never had to wait for more than a minute to get one. Wanda gets back to you very quickly with any questions you may have and she and Charles have stocked this condo with anything that we may have needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely stay in this lovely condo again! Thank you Wanda and Charles!

Highly Satisfied

I can’t thank the owners for their prompt replies in any questions I had. The condo itself was better than pictured, which isn’t always the case. The property has everything you need… we always get airbrushed shirts… there’s a place right at the property. I forgot sunscreen… there is a Starbucks and ice cream shop that opens at 7 and has other forgotten items there for purchase. My daughter wanted crab claws… the restaurant on property was one of the only restaurants in the area we found to have them. My parents ended up having 2-3 meals and enjoyed their meal each time. Having a spacious and clean condo on a great property… made for a great time between baseball games.
