Great View and Amenities

The Summit is a great location for anyone planning a vacation. On the beach, multiple pools, hot tubs, laundry rooms and snack bars. Conveniently located to dining and family entertainment! Only negative is the elevators were down more than they should have been.

The host was very kind but communication was hard. She called requesting payment when payment had already been made. She messaged for me to call her and then couldn’t remember why she wanted me to call her. She was nice but it was confusing. When she called to confirm dates she couldn’t find the reservation and then was confused about dates. It was straightened out but stressful and took some time. The condo itself was clean and nice. We enjoyed our time there. Communication aside, we would recommend this as a place to stay.

First family vacation

My daughter and her family stayed in this room and enjoyed their stay. It was their first trip to Panama City beach and they loved it. The room and owners were great. The owners of this unit were great friendly and easy to contact. Thanks Janie for a blessed first family vacation

Great condo

This property is exactly as described. Excellent location, great view. It was exactly what I was looking for (2 queen beds) - most condos only have a king bed in the main bedroom. The owners were wonderful and very responsive to any questions we had. The owner took the time to complete some minor repairs prior to our arrival.

Great view, great place to stay and fantastic communication!

We arrived and the code to our door was giving us a hard time. We contacted the property manager and she fixed the problem right away!! The place was very clean and just rightful our family! We have been to PCB 7-8 times at least and this by far was the best place we have stayed. We would definitely stay here again!

Only one Problem

We found mold growing in the coffee filter. We know cleaning it was the responsibility of a previous renter, so the cleaning lady didn’t even see it. Our stay was enjoyable and the rooms were comfortable.

Great Condo - clean and not run down

Jamie was very good at communicating and checking to make sure we had what we needed. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of towels for two adults. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Will come back!

Overall terrible experience

BEWARE! When we arrived we went to check in and the front desk staff was incredibly rude and hard to work with. I contacted Janie and she was barely able to help me. We finally got checked in and go to the room and the code doesn’t work while we are standing there with ALL of our belongings in the middle of the hall. When we entered the room and got settled I was changing and couldn’t walk around without sandals because the floors were absolutely filthy. The beds were very outdated and hard. The comforters smelled like they’d never been washed and we didn’t use them. There were used keurig pods in the kitchen and one that was moldy. But to make this even worse we were charged $200 for “excessive sand” at an ocean front condo, accused of marijuana use, and blood on a comforter that we didn’t even use. I called Janie and she agreed to refund the money. But today I got another $200 charge. Id recommend staying away!!!! I feel as if they are charging my card because they can.

Nice condo but dirty.

A very pretty and nice condo but poorly cleaned. Floors were still full of sand upon arrival. Molded coffee grounds in the coffee maker. A little odor from the covers. Dishes were still in the dish washer upon arrival as well.
