The Condo was very clean and beautiful! Everything was very well stocked and had even more than my previous condos I have stayed at! Plenty of dishes and pans! There were beach towels, chairs and even equipment for the beach such as buckets, shovels, boogie boats, ect. The host answered any questions quickly and let me know where supplies were such as batteries, ect. Would recommend 100% and plan on returning myself again with my family, thank you for a wonderful stay!

The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed, plus more. The owners thought of everything, from extra supplies to kids' plates for our little ones. The views from the balconies were stunning, and the artwork was beautiful. I highly recommend staying in this condo and look forward to trying out other condos from the same owners.

Condo was spacious and had plenty of seating both in the living room and on the balcony for my large family. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was fully furnished with high quality cookware. The owner responded quickly to any questions I had. This unit is beautifully decorated with some gorgeous art pieces but not a lot of knick-knacks that have to be put away from little hands. Highly recommend staying here.

There were 9 of us, plenty of room for all. Check in process easy, condo was very clean. Only issue was the elevator, sometimes the wait is quite awhile but other than that everything was excellent

Great place for a large family

We enjoyed our stay at 701w Splash! I picked this place simply because it had a bigger couch and it had a pantry to store all our food. We’ve stayed at various units in Splash before, but non of them had enough seating to accommodate the number of people allowed to stay. The beds were all comfortable. The place does have a snappy chic look to it if that’s your thing. All the pots and pans were nice, solid cookware, not the pans you get from the dollar tree! It makes cooking so much nicer. We were there for 7 days, so we cooked at the condo many nights. The water pressure in the showers wasn’t all that strong, I think it’s a condo association thing, but something to note. The shower heads in all three bathrooms were really nice though. The bunk bed room only accommodates 6. It is a full over full bunk with another twin over twin bunk. I think the listing said it slept 8, but there’s no way. The beds in the bunk room were comfortable, no complaints from the kids. Roberta was easy to work with. All in all we really enjoyed our stay!

Great place for a family.

The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed. The beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, and water tubes were a plus. We did a lot of cooking while we were there and had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. This condo has been taken care of very well by the owners. The communication was fabulous.

FAMILY VACA

This condo worked out for my family and I. Very clean and roomy so everyone had their own space. It comes with a beautiful view of the ocean and perfect balcony sitting to watch the sunset. Would definitely recommend this place. Also, working with the Host was very convenient she answered to all my questions/concerns I had in a very timely manner.

Wonderful stay

We cannot rave enough about this property. We had a wonderful time and the condo was beautiful and exactly as described. Our view was amazing! The only complaint we had at all was that the building needs more elevators because the elevator wait time was sometimes long. Great place for families with children! The multiple pools and splash pads had something for every age group.

Exceptional Property

Absolutely first class. Not just the expected amenities and details, but also many unexpected touches. There are no corners cut. The quality and quantity of equipment, appliances, supplies, furnishings (indoor and balconies) etc is as good as we have ever experienced. The beach chairs setup was great. We are grateful for the experience.

A rare find.

Second time staying at this condo. I was very surprised at the cleanliness. What I typically see are unclean windows, unclean tubs, unclean floors, unclean ac filters, unclean fridge, etc.. But even the fan blades were clean, among everything else. The only thing that I would say wasn't fully clean was the floor and rug. It was swept, but not mopped, leaving feet black when walked on bare foot. Everyone in my family was happy with the condo. We are already talking about renting it again next Thanksgiving

This Best Place We Have Ever Stayed in Panama City Beach

We were very impressed with this Condo. It very nice and was very clean. WE really enjoyed having the water park right there for the children. The parking garage connected to the condo was very helpful and very secure for safety. We loved our stay and will return soon.

Very nice beach condo with gorgeous views

We very much enjoyed our stay and are likely to return. My only recommendation, considering this condo is furnished for children to stay, would be to make the decor a little more childproof. The necklaces around the fragile lamps were way too tempting for my young kiddos, and the fragile turtle figurines everywhere, glass tables, it was all a bit nerve-racking. I feel like I could’ve relaxed a bit more if there wasn’t so much breakable decor in a condo meant to be rented to families with kids.
