We had a great stay at Good Times and Tan Lines. Perfect for our family. We had 3 young kids with us and two sets of grandparents. We had plenty of room to enjoy ourselves. The kitchen was well stocked and we had nearly everything we needed for supplies. We did have to do a run for paper towels and toilet paper, but there was a close by store! The walk to the beach is very quick and easy. Beach toys, chairs and umbrellas were provided—which was a huge bonus for us. We enjoyed walking to the boardwalk each night for sunset. In total there were 3 king bedrooms and 1 bedroom with queen over queen bunk. Only ONE king bedroom has a direct en suite. And the queen over queen bedroom has an en suite jack and Jill that leads to the hallway. We misread that description. All other bedrooms are stand alone with bathrooms across the hall. Overall, we loved our stay here and had a great time!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week with amazing weather! The house was super comfortable and we had everything we needed. We were especially thankful for the provided beach gear. We did buy a couple of buckets as the ones there were broken. And we bought a float. There are even beach towels provided. Easy access to the beach and the cart provided was very helpful. We would definitely rent again!! Thank you for sharing your home!

July 4th Week 2025Family, Fun, Food at Good Times Tan Lines Beach House- 2nd time stay.It is clean, and a short walking distance to the beach. Biking, kayaking and fishing nearby. We had a view of the Gulf of America. We are a family of 9This is the second time we stayed at the beach house. It is clean, in a short walking distance to the beach boardwalk. We had a view of the Gulf of America. We are a family that loves to cook. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen I have seen. I loved the mini food chopper, all the kitchen tools and utensils (ie: a drawer of just spatulas). We cooked Crab Legs, Shrimp, used the grill for chicken and steak. There are separate tools for grilling. We baked a cake and cookies (2x's). There were cake pans and cookie sheets as well as a host of other cookware. You do not need to bring anything as far as preparing or storing food.The bath and beach towels were plentiful. The pool was clean and we loved the water hose just the carport and pool to keep sand out of the pool and house. Every time we came back from the beach the first thing we did was hose off our feet, legs and beach equipment. It really makes a different in keeping the sand at a minimum in the stated areas. The management was very quick to respond, when the upstairs air-condition went out a couple of nights after we arrived. Within the hour there was a repair man replacing a part on the unit. No problems the rest of the week. Teresa was so responsive.

Great for families

Our Favorite Place.

This is our second time here and it's our favorite by far. The house is everything we need. We loved sitting on the balcony on the 3rd floor, but just as awesome was the screened in porch on the main floor. Theresa is always accessible, even throughout the year, and so nice!

Family Vacay 2025

What a great week at Good Times and Tan Lines beach house. Our party of 9 could not have asked for better home to stay at for our family vacation. We had 5 adults and 4 boys ages 10 y/o to 9 months old. The house was perfectly equipped with with toys, games, and toddler gear as described. We will definitely look to rent here again! Great Stay for Families

Plenty of room for an extended family of ten. Great space for kids ranging from 2-13. Very short, easy walk to the beach. Perfect location and loved having our own pool. Home had everything we needed.

Relax and refresh

This is a very nice property. Well furnished with everything you need for that "feel at home" experience. Quiet setting and a very short walk to the clean and safe beach, great sunsets. The town of Cape San Blass has everything that you need. If you need more activity / commotion Panama City is a moderate drive away. The host, Teresa, is fantastic. Very communicative and extremely responsive We had a great time.

Peaceful Getaway

We traveled to Cape San Blas/Port St Joe area for the first time. We picked this place because it looked nice, had a private pool and a close walk to the beach. It was everything as expected when we arrived. Plenty of space for a family of 4 and in-law parents. My kids loved that they had their own tv in their rooms lol. My favorite spot was the screen in deck relaxing on the chaise couch with a beautiful view of the ocean. She had toys, chairs, umbrella, pool/beach towels readily available. Close walk to the beach in a secluded area. Other vacationer were there as well and our kids made new friends. We will come back again.

Fall break stay

We enjoyed Good Times and Tan Lines with our children and both sets of parents. The place is well stocked, quaint, and steps away from the ocean. We enjoyed the nearby trading post for ice cream and walks on the path/ocean. Property owners were super responsive and prompt! We will be back!

First beach vacation for our boys!

This is as our first vacation with my 9 month old baby boy and my 1 year old nephew and this property was beyond perfect! To the toy bins filled with goodies to the baby gates this house was made for our baby boys to relax on their first ever trip to the beach! The property was also very clean and spacious for our whole family! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful family vacation!

First time back to the cape in several years and it did not disappoint! This beautiful property has everything you could need and more! This is probably the most well stocked rental we have stayed at and my daughter absolutely loved all the toys available to her to play with. Kids also loved the pool and everyone raved about the comfort of the beds! Spacious, clean, beautiful and convenient to all of our favorite places. Also quick and easy access to the beautiful beach. Would definitely stay here again!!!
