Apartment 3A is a modern and comfortable 3-bedroom, 3-bath home designed for up to 8 guests. It features 2 bedrooms with king beds and 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances, a cozy living area, fast WiFi, and comfortable spaces to relax or work. The building has security cameras in the lobby of each floor, the main entrance, parking area, pool area, and rooftop—only in common areas, never inside the apartments. Located in a central neighbourhood close to restaurants, supermarkets, parks, and the waterfront, Apartment 3A is an excellent choice for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Panama City.
Guests have full access to Apartment 3A, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and living areas. They may also use the building’s shared spaces: the lobby with a small coffee shop, the pool area, and the rooftop, which includes a gym, sauna, and spa room. All shared areas are available throughout the stay.
I give guests full privacy during their stay, but I’m always available if you need anything. You can contact me anytime for assistance, questions, or support.
For guest safety, the building has security cameras in the lobby on each floor, the main entrance, parking area, pool area, and rooftop. Cameras are only in common areas and never inside the apartment. Some shared spaces may continue to receive improvements, but this will not affect access to Apartment 3A. The lobby coffee shop operates during standard hours.

1. Is early check-in available?
Early check-in is available whenever possible.
If no guests are checking out on the morning of your arrival, we are happy to offer complimentary early check-in.
However, we cannot guarantee early check-in until one day before your arrival, as it depends on the departure schedule and cleaning logistics.
There is no additional charge for approved early check-in.
2. Is late check-out available?
Our standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Late check-out options:
Until 12:00 PM: $100
After 12:00 PM: An additional night will be charged
Late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
This policy allows us to ensure the apartment is properly prepared for incoming guests.
3. Are outside visitors allowed?
Yes, outside visitors are welcome during your stay.
Please note:
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Visitors are not permitted to use common areas, including the pool and rooftop.
All guests and visitors must follow house rules, keep noise at respectful levels, and treat the apartment and neighbors with consideration.
4. Where exactly is the apartment located? Is the area safe?
The building is listed on Google Maps as Edificio Doña Raquel, located in Calidonia, Panama City.
Calidonia is a large and diverse area, so reviews about the neighborhood may vary. However, our property is positioned on the border with Bella Vista, a well-established residential area known for its convenience and accessibility.
All of our properties are located in safe, active areas with easy access to main roads, restaurants, supermarkets, and essential services.
As in any major city, we recommend normal urban awareness.
5. I have a large group. Do you have multiple apartments in the same building?
Yes. The building has 12 apartments total, with 2 apartments per floor (A and B).
Apartment A: 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms
Apartment B: 5 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms
This setup is ideal for large families, corporate groups, wedding guests, or groups of friends who want to stay close while still having separate private spaces.
If you are traveling with a large group and would like to check availability for multiple units, please feel free to reach out.
6. Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available inside the building on a first-come, first-served basis.
If no parking spots are available inside the building, there is free street parking nearby.
Parking availability cannot be guaranteed in advance.
7. Are parties or events allowed?
Parties and events are not allowed.
Moderate music is permitted in the pool and rooftop areas, as long as it does not disturb neighbors or other guests.
All music and noise levels must respect designated quiet hours.
8. Is cleaning available during the stay?
Yes, additional cleaning services are available during your stay for an extra fee.
Available services:
Towel change only: $40–$50
Full cleaning service: $100–$150
(Includes fresh towels and clean bed linens)
Pricing may vary slightly depending on the size of the apartment.
Please request cleaning services in advance so we can coordinate scheduling.
For your convenience, all apartments include a 2-in-1 washer/dryer unit.
Basic cleaning supplies are provided; however, laundry detergent is not included.
9. Is luggage storage available?
Yes, we can store your luggage on the day of your check-in or check-out.
Luggage storage is arranged in the building lobby. Please inform us in advance so we can coordinate properly.
10. How far is the apartment from the airport?
The apartment is approximately 21 minutes from Tocumen International Airport under normal traffic conditions.
Travel time may increase during rush hour.
11. Are there supermarkets or restaurants nearby?
Yes. There is a large supermarket, Rey Bella Vista, located approximately 5 minutes walking distance from the building.
You will also find several restaurants on the same street, as well as additional dining options within a 5-minute walk.
The location is very convenient for groceries, casual dining, and everyday essentials.
12. Is a crib available?
We do not provide a crib. However, we can offer a Pack ’n Play for $50 for the entire stay.
Please request it in advance so we can have it ready upon your arrival.
13. Is the pool private? Do you provide pool towels?
The pool is not private.
The pool and all common areas — including the rooftop, gym, and sauna — are shared amenities for registered guests of the building only.
Outside visitors are not permitted to use these facilities.
We provide pool towels exclusively for use at the pool, under the following guidelines:
1 towel per registered guest per day
Towels must be returned to the designated towel return area
A $15 restocking fee will apply for any towel not returned
14. Is an iron and ironing board available?
Each apartment includes a clothing steamer.
If you prefer an iron and ironing board, we can provide one at no additional cost.
Please let us know in advance so we can have it ready before your arrival.
15. Is there a generator, backup power, or water tank available?
Power outages in the city are not common.
However, in the event of a power interruption, the building has a backup generator for common areas only.

Apartments are not connected to the generator.
The building also has two large water reserve tanks. Additionally, since we share the same water line as the nearby public hospital, water service has been very reliable and we have not experienced issues.
16. What is the WiFi speed?
High-speed WiFi is available in all apartments and common areas.
The connection is fast and reliable for streaming, remote work, and video calls.
If you would like the current speed test, feel free to ask and we will gladly provide it.
17. Is there security in the building?
The building does not have a dedicated security guard.
However, a staff member lives on the premises and assists with maintenance and general building support. He can help if anything is needed during your stay.
The building also has controlled access and security cameras in common areas for added safety.
