We couldn’t have asked for a better room. It was family comfortable and perfectly located so that we could still watch all the children, nieces, nephews and little ones in pool when we were a bit tired from the sun.

Great week at the beach

We very much enjoyed our stay at Regency Towers. The condo was just as described and had everything we needed. The activities at the condo was great fun for our 3 teens who loved meeting new friends at daily volleyball matches. The tiki bar was great for snacks or dinner when we didn’t feel like cooking.

Awesome

Everything was amazing room was clean beds was comfortable and it was stocked well with towels and dishes. The owner was very nice and let us know that the toilet was raking and that if we didn’t care to use the other bathroom because they had to order the part. But even with that the condo was still nice and close to the beach and the pools was clean. Definitely will book again! 5 star in my opinion

We had an amazing time staying at this condo. It is in a great location in Panama City Beach. The two pools make it not feel too crowded during peak vacation times. We will 100% stay here again

Amazing family trip

We had a perfect stay, loved being on the beach. Enough room for 7 18+ and one 15 year old. We will definitely stay here again!! Thanks Tim for letting us enjoy your little piece of heaven.

Room was great!

The room was great but they need to fix the elevators. One was down the first day and another one was down our second day. When we were leaving, the elevators were so slow and had so many people that after waiting for it to go up and down 5 times, we took the stairs. We actually had to use the stairs the whole time we were there.

Friends Trip 2023

We loved the location of the condo, everything we needed was at arms reach! This is the second year at Regency Towers, last year we stayed on the 7th floor which was ok, but the 3rd floor was great!!!! The owner was very easy and it was clean and roomy! Can’t wait to come back!! Tammy , Donna , Ashley, Shannon and our teenagers!!

Would Definitely Stay Again

So many features about this property make this a “would definitely stay again” in our book. Super comfy beds, well insulated (couldn’t hear the poolside karaoke when inside the condo), quick beach/pool access, amazing view (the photos don’t do it justice), and a fully-stocked kitchen. Family friendly property, lovely room. Only two minor drawbacks- needs new pillows in master and the west end (closest) elevator was out of order, so we had to carry everything up/down stairs (other elevators had long waits. Luckily, it’s only the third floor, so it was manageable. All around a great stay for our family of 4.

Excellent experience

Every year we book a friend trip to the beach. The host was very helpful & communicative prior to our stay-we didn’t need anything during our stay as everything was provided. The beds were very comfortable & kitchen was well provisioned. We had a wonderful visit & enjoyed our stay here very much!

Perfect beach get away!

This condo is in the perfect location to everything. Loved being on the third floor and it is a very short walk to the beach. As soon as we walked in the condo, the curtains were open, we instantly fell in love with the view! We had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach and were eager to pick out our perfect spot. The patio also overlooks one of the two pools the property has to offer. The condo was very clean and there were plenty of towels. There is memory foam you can put on the pullout in the living room and it made it comfortable for the ones who slept there. There was a crockpot for you to use and I made good use of it 3 of the days we were there as we did mot want to go anywhere but the beach or pool If we come back to PCB we will rent this condo again! There were six of us this trip but can easily fit 8. Tim is very easy to work with and a wonderful host. Thanks for everything! The Spaunhorst’s
