Beautiful view from an exceptional condo

Condo is exactly as described; contains everything needed to enjoy our stay. View of the beach was stunning! Enjoyed every moment and will look to book again!!

Perfect beach rental!

This place was beautiful, spacious and clean. We had such a great stay. It’s close to restaurants and not far from the shopping at the boardwalk. There was a small issue with the parking spot when we arrived by the owners got back with me quickly and we got the issue resolved with no problems. Amazing property and owners!!

Absolutely amazing

Our stay was an absolutely blast. The property was amazing and the condo was perfect as it was a trip with our daughter and her two friends. They had their own bed room with attached bathroom and so did we so it was a perfect setup. Very short walk to the beach and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo was very clean with all of the amenities imaginable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Condo was great

The condo was very clean and had nice updates. We got very prompt service when we had a question about the thermostat and one of the ceiling fans. The parking garage was very tight and not easy to navigate in a bigger SUV. It was very busy in our location and that would have been nice to know ahead of time as we prefer something more quiet. The inclusion of beach chairs and umbrella set up daily was a big plus!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Greta’s condo is the best! We’ve came to PCB for years and stayed other rentals, but this is the Best! Everything was stocked, appliances were newer. It is on the top floor so veiw is breathtaking. 3 downsides: 1.Pots and pans were all scratched and peeling at the bottoms- cancer causing Teflon coating. 2.Pillow cases, blankets, and towels had stains. 3.The condo is located right by the AC units so it can be noisey. There were sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, some seasonings etc. just in case you forget to bring. Greta’s is the BEST.

Only thing that was not the best is the parking garage. Not big enough to even turn the corners. Always have to back up and straighten up to get around corners. Parking space is very tight for a 4 runner!

The entire experience was seamless and delightful. The condo offered stunning views that were truly breathtaking. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. Additionally, the convenience of having beach chairs available made our time by the shore even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a perfect getaway that exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend staying here and when we come back to PCB we would stay here again.

June 2024 Stay

We had a great time at this condo. We have traveled multiple different places all over the world and this is definitely one of the cleanest condo and grounds. Staff very helpful and considerate. Felt very comfortable with my girls walking to the pool alone they are 13 but security was always on the gate. We had a package accidentally placed in a mailbox and Riley and security was able to help us retrieve it. Our only complaint was the parking spots in the garage. Definitely bring a smaller car. Location was fabulous beaches were not crowded due to location but close enough to be everywhere quickly. If you go eat at the Local Steamer. The view from the condo is AMAZING! The beach attendants were very considerate. Two beach chairs come with the condo, but there are 6 in the laundry closet. They have a wagon to help transport items. Bring a cooler, most everything we needed was in the condo. Bring crab crackers if you plan on eating in the room. Crockpot, coffee maker. Everything was FABULOUS.

Free beach chair service always a plus. The guest bedroom was especially nice for the kids. Ocean Reef is at a great location, walking distance to restraints, shopping, and entertainment for the kids. We would definitely stay here again. Greta's was super easy to deal with. We will be back!

Provided beqch chairs were slightly to the right of the ramp leaving the hotel to go to the beach. Easy walk if toting a lot to the beach. The tBeds were comfortable. The rental was clean and everything worked well. The patios at the ocean reef are huge and this one had ample furniture and room for everyone. Very enjoyable and a great place for a medium sized family.

Having chairs and beach things was so helpful so we didn’t have to pack our own. Condo is very spacious and the balcony was a great place to relax on the comfortable deck chairs. The views from being on the top floor were breathtaking. Very easy to book, answered all our questions and needs leading up to and throughout our entire stay. Places to eat and things to do within walking distance was a nice bonus. We can’t wait to go back!!!! 🏝️

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we walked in the front door was wow!!!! From the 3 adults to our 6 year old and 16 year old! The condo was beautiful and had plenty of room for the 5 of us to spread out! We saw 1 turtle 1 manatee and 1 sting ray on different mornings from our balcony while sipping coffee and that was so neat! The condo was well equipped with everything we needed from laundry room to kitchen to bedroom and balcony, the wagon and longe chairs and umbrellas were wonderful and they even had a couple boogie boards and some sand toys available. Would highly recommend this virbo stay and would bring our family there again! Thank you for hosting a wonderful stay!

Great View, Clean, Great Location

Wonderful view of beach, the condo was very nice and clean. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 1 child. Loved the LARGE balcony and balcony access from master bedroom! Also, since we had two vehicles, we had to park one in the additional parking lot across the street, which was not as inconvenient as we originally thought. We actually quite liked parking in the additional lot instead because the parking garage was VERY tight. Location was great, walking distance to several beachfront restaurants and the mini golf course. The only cons were that the wait time for an elevator took long at times, but we understand that is not the condo owner's fault. Overall, we recommend this condo! We had a wonderful time!

Where do I even begin?! Pictures do not do this condo justice! We were absolutely amazed at 2303. From the first day to the last and we were so sad to leave! Everything exceeded our expectations and everyone from Greta’s was so kind and attentive. The location is spot on, we frequented Sharkys a few times for cocktail hour. The elevators were fast.. the homeowners we met living there were so kind, too. 10/10 recommend and we will definitely be back!! Thank you for allowing us to stay here and be apart of your little piece of heaven!
