Wonderful stay! We had a great week. We had 2 cars and found it was easier and less stressful to park 1 car in the designated spot and the other one in city lot across the road instead of the overflow. It was less than 100 for the week and easy in and easy out.

Unit was great… elevators were not the problem we heard they would be. Very difficult to get a cart, had to carry all my stuff down without one, and it was early on checkout morning. Parking is tough if you have more than one small vehicle. Hard to come in one when you are renting a 4 bedroom.

Nice unit, but some issues.

Nice unit. Great location. Parking is awful, very tight, only one slot provided. Our grown kids and their children each had to pay 12.00 each night to park. The elevators broke down several times and climbing 19 flights of stairs is really hard to do.

Perfect for families

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. We had 3 families and plenty of room! We cooked in the room several nights and the outdoor grill was perfect for burgers & hotdogs. The bedrooms did get warm at night when the doors were closed and we couldn’t find a way to turn up the fans. We had the best time. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful vacation!

The property is gorgeous and more than large enough for our family of 10. The master baths have beautiful showers and are spacious. The balcony has plenty of room to enjoy the ocean view with comfy furniture.The property even comes with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. Elevators were not too busy but there is sometimes a bit of a wait at peak times. The host provides detailed info on arrival instructions, parking, door and amenity codes prior to arrival. We’ve stayed at this condo for several years and will continue to book there.

Great place!

The place was perfect for our family, plenty of room for everyone. Parking was confusing at first, but easy enough to figure out. Elevators were one of our worries after staying at the Majestic previously and having to wait a long time, but Ocean Ritz’s was fast and little to no waiting. The view was great and the balcony was nice! Place was clean and we had a great time. Would definitely recommend this owner/unit.

Excellent view/Tight parking

Overall our stay was great, and we would definitely stay here again. The balcony is stunning! However, the washing machine is moldy, and dust was built up along the baseboards and kitchen. The cleaning service should do a much better job. The parking is incredibly tight, so no big vehicles. We had to park two streets over and pay $60 for the week. They do have extra parking in the open, but it was always packed, and they only have two elevators which wasn’t a huge problem but would’ve made life easier if there were more.

5 STARS!!!!

This property was awesome! Very clean and tastefully decorated. Beautiful view. All appliances worked well. Beds/pillows comfortable and we loved the thick towels. 4 bathrooms was awesome to have with all adults in the condo. I would use again and recommend to all! (Just some words for those visiting soon - no 9x12 baking pan, so you might want to pick up disposable, only one roll of paper towels and 2 trash bags. We left extra of both). Very close to Walmart so getting groceries was easy. Elevator does get congested at high peak times, but is very workable.

Some things to consider

Overall, we had a great time, and the location is great. We reserved our stay months ahead of time, so we were able to get it for a cheaper rate, so we feel it was fair enough. However, if we had paid what it is renting for now, we would be very displeased. These are the things worth considering, in our opinion: 1. The jet tub in the master suite, which was one of the selling features for us, did not work. Just looking at it, you could tell that it likely didn't work, but we still tried. 2. Overall the place was clean enough, but it was obvious it doesn't get a deep cleaning. For example, gritty floors, dusty baseboards and lightswitch covers, an Odor to blankets, etc. Not a huge deal, but considering the cleaning fee, it left something to be desired. 3. The parking deck is extremely tight. Extremely. 4. The elevator is slow, and one of the two was out of service multiple times during our week stay. 5. There was no broom, and with sand being tracked in, it was really needed.

Nice Location and view

The owner is a nice person and the property is really spectacular and you should stay here. The view isa very good and the price is good with muliple people to chip in. Just pay extra to park across the steet in a parking lot because some vehicles may bottom out in the parking garage unless you have an suv or higher, but we found out not to let that stop you from booking this place. Overall wonderful experience

The stay overall was absolutely amazing. The only downside was the parking and the elevator. When the elevator was working, it was fine, but the first part of our stay was rough while it was down. Parking was tight but manageable. The room itself was very clean, very nice, and had a gorgeous view. I would absolutely stay here again if I go back to Panama City Beach.

Perfect rental for large group.

This property was perfect for our large group. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect and within walking distance to anything you would need.
