Condo on Florida beach

We had a great stay, in spite of the terribly hot weather and thunderstorms which lasted all of one night and half of the other.The unit we stayed in was immaculate and well stocked with a wide variety of essentials. The only problem was a toaster which became inoperable on our last morning.My one complaint concerned the swimming pool and its location. The pool water looked filthy on one of the two days I inspected it, and the area around the pool was in disrepair and in need of a paint job, new fencing, and a thorough cleansing.

Practically Perfect in Every Way

This was the loveliest condo we’ve stayed in. It was decorated so nicely, comfy beds, amazing balcony, well-stocked kitchen. The owner included so many thoughtful touches and was fantastic to communicate with. The beach access was convenient, and the views were amazing. If you’re looking to stay on the quieter end of PCB and have a great get-away, I think you’ll love it here! We would absolutely stay here again.

we loved this place alot esp seeing the ocean every day! we had breakfast on the deck and happy hour every day also! had alittle problem with the tv’s but Adam came up and helped us. very quiet!

Fabulous!

Furniture, finishes, appliances and mattresses were all of great quality, functionality and comfort. The balcony size, furniture and view were fantastic. Everything was cleaned well and the unit smelled freshly cleaned upon our arrival. I travel to the beach a few times a year and have rented a lot of condos over the years - and this one was one of the best! And the property management with Greta/Riley was 5 stars. They extended my stay at short notice and allowed me a late check out! No complaints from me at all. I had a really great experience. Would rent again.

What a wonderful place to stay! No complaints!

The pictures on the website did not do this condo justice. The decor, furnishings, large 7th floor balcony and very comfy beds were wonderful. Housekeeping had everything spotless and the beach chairs, wagon and toys were much appreciated. We had the best parking spot with more than enough room for parking our Suburban. Would love to stay there again!

Awesome Condo

We loved this condo! Everything was up to date and convenient. They provided every type of cookware and appliance you could want. Beautiful views, right on the beach, and covered parking. We will definitely want to stay here again.

Great place to spend a week

The pictures told the truth. A very nice place to stay. Traffic was not bad on this end of the beach like it it around Pier Park and going east. Parking spot was such that no one parked beside you on either side. You did have to parallel park but you had plenty of room. only negative is that the condo cost more than most that we have stayed in in the past. We did enjoy very much.

Beautiful property

Perfect accommodations for our group of four women. The condo was very nicely appointed and the large balcony was a sunset watchers dream. The walk to the beach was short and easy to maneuver. We all loved the condo and had a great trip. Definitely recommend this one and hope to be back.

Beautiful condo

We loved this place! It was one of the best equipped condos we have ever rented and felt brand new. The location was ideal and we loved the area. We spent most of our time on the beach, the the pool, or in kayaks at Camp Helen. We will absolutely stay here again. The master bedroom had a beach view and everyone appreciated having their own en suite bathroom. The double set of beach chairs and awesome beach towels were the selling point for us and lived up to it. We love eating meals on the balcony and this balcony is a must. So thoughtful furnished with a table for 6 plus chaises. Greta thought of everything. We will be back!

Great family condo

The condo was better in person than the pictures (and they were great). The furnishing was beautiful, and the condo was very clean. It was mere steps from the ocean with perfect views from the balcony. Our family loved it there. We will be going back.

Tropic Winds

Parking in the parking structure is absolutely a nightmare. With only 3 elevators, assuming all are working, still be prepared for a long wait. Our condo was nice and clean. The beach chair/umbrella reserve process was hilarious. The weekend crew didn’t communicate with the weekday crew so our chairs were moved daily. Which wasn’t “bad” just confusing. Overall we had a great vacation.
