Perfect Getaway!

VERY CLEAN, very beautiful, would love to stay there again in the future. Plenty of space. The unit had everything you need and then some. Excellent communication with the owner.

Dance competition with family

Our family had a great time enjoying all of the amenities! We loved the first floor unit and proximity to the main pool! Thanks for an amazing spot for us to stay during nationals!

Second Time Staying Here

Our group stayed in this same condo last year, and came back because we enjoyed it so much. Great location, great resort amenities and super clean. Especially liked the updated shower in the master bath this year!

Great Vacation

This was our second stay in this unit. Great location, very clean and easy to deal with. On site parking. Close to fun and food. Would stay in this resort and unit again. Great Vacation.

Great Property.

We have stayed at this unit 2 times now. The only reason we are not in it again is it release already booked. Great beachside view. It is a perfect location. Owner is responsive at your needs though it is really just come and stay. We love this property.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! The condo was exactly as listed. We loved the first floor location- very easy to walk the stairs and skip the elevators. It’s a very quick walk to the beach and main pool. The guest bedroom didn’t have the same sun blocking drapes as the master, so adding some would be helpful. The resort was close to Publix, so grabbing groceries was easy. Also very close to the 2 ball field parks where my son’s tournament was.

Noise is a lot

If you want to relax on your balcony peacefully, don't rent this unit. The noise from the pool goes on all day and night. Otherwise, the unit was okay.

Our stay

Our stay here was pretty great; however, there were minor issues. The property was clean, well maintained, but the steps to the top bunk were a bit loose. My son opted to sleep on the couch because he said the steps felt unsafe (my younger daughter slept on the bottom bunk) Also, the dishwasher was difficult to use. We loaded it, but couldn't start it. Good points:the master bathroom was nice. The shower was huge, clean, and the built-ins were very useful. Everything was well stocked! Tissue, paper towels, soap, anything you might need was thought of it seems. Laundry detergent was provided as well as dish detergent. The furnishings were adequate, including the balcony furniture. I would stay again for sure!

Great experience!

This condo was FANTASTIC! The check-in and out process was so simple. The access to the parking lot took less than 1 minute. Access to the beach and pools were also extremely easy and we loved the resort as a whole. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs available so we didn't even have to pack those up on our own. We will definitely be staying here. We also loved that fact that the resort was centrally located in PCB and so close to a Walmart and Publix grocery stores. Susan and Dan were extremely fast with responses to anything we needed. 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect condo with beautiful view

The condo was lovely and had a beautiful view of the gulf. It’s on the 1st floor so just one flight of steps (there is a ground floor). The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants while the resort has 3 pools, several hot tubs, on-site full service restaurant and ice cream shop. The only two small drawbacks are that the bunks are a little short so best for smaller children and there isn’t a pantry in the condo. There is a large island in the kitchen that we were able to kee our groceries on. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Condo was nice however the owners need to replace the dryer. It took 120 min. To dry a load of clothes!! There is a note on the dryer to put a dry towel in with wet clothes for faster drying time. That did not help.

Perfect location Great host

For Four adults and two Grand Children 3and 7 this unit is a perfect fit. The 1st floor location is a huge PLUS. An elevator broke down the night before departure and at 71 years old I packed all the luggage to the car with no problems, only having to travel one flight of stairs. I might add it was repaired sometime during the night and available for the next morning. Beds are comfy and the unit is clean. The gated community is a huge comfort. There was a large group of teens that came in the last few days and were just being YOUNG, the staff made themselves present and visible to make sure their were no problems with bad language and behavior. It was handled very well. We will bring our small Grand Children every year. The property is just a bit dated. But no complaints, they are making improvements each year. I can’t say enough about our host. She was on top of a small situation we had when we arrived and had it taken care of immediately. Even while her husband was hospitalized with a heart condition. We are continuing our prayers for them. Thank you Susan for sharing your home with us. We made wonderful priceless memories here. Hope to be back very soon !!!!!🙏😎👍👍

Nice Resort in PCB

The Edgewater Resort is lovely with plenty for everyone to do and great location. The beach is absolutely beautiful! This unit was nice but had a few pros and cons. Pros: - 1st floor unit for easy access to pools, beach and parking lot and no waiting for the elevators. - Clear check-in and check-out procedures and excellent communication with hosts if anything is needed. - Comfortable beds. - Updated bathrooms. - Beach chairs, toys, boogie boards available to use. - The pool is right below the balcony if you want to be able to watch your kids play but still be at the room. Cons: - The pool can be loud if there are a bunch of kids, so if you like a quieter balcony I would go up a few floors. - This unit had a smaller layout and balcony than most of the other ones in the building due to its location, which was hard to see from the listing. - The view is nowhere near as beautiful from this level as the higher floors. If I were to go back I would probably pick a room between floors 3 and 6. - Bring the essentials - paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry soap, dishwashing detergent, baggies, tinfoil, salt, pepper, etc. I don’t think this is a reflection of the host as all of the parties in our group had the same experienc probably due to the company that cleans them. I think this is a great unit for a family with little ones who want to be in and out of the pool. Adults only may want to find a higher room. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!

Cozy

Condo was cozy, spacious, had a convenient location,& bedrooms were comfy. Balcony had a lovely beach view. Host was relatively responsive. Couple housekeeping things were annoying, but didn’t ruin the weekend. Our bed squeaked whenever we rolled over or got up. The shower handle was slightly loose, and the water drained slowly and you’d stand in an inch of water during the shower. Dishwasher wasn’t firmly attached to the counter, and moves each time you opened it. Dryer wouldn’t dry. Took several cycles, even following posted instructions. The ladder to the bunk beds was loose/broken, so we put the smallest child up top, to not add extra weight to it. Bunks were great, but too small for our 14 and 8 yo. The biggest problem we had, was the fridge. Prior to leaving, host sent instructions for our stay, one of which was how to use the fridge. I will admit, we travel a lot and this was the first time I have had instructions for a fridge. I thought it odd, but maybe people had misused their fridge before, and just went with it. We made arrangements to keep our perishables cold, until the 24hr cool down was over. The fridge never really got cold. I didn’t want to go against hosts instructions and move the thermostat colder, and if we were staying longer than the weekend, it would have been a major problem. This is concerning, not just for our food, but for my sons insulin that HAS to stay cold. We just made it work with ice packs. Other than that, condo was fine.
