Overall experience was great. The coffee pot was dirty with what appeared to be mold and one of the shower curtains had mold on it. Other than that the condo was clean matched the pictures perfectly. One of the three elevators was down the entire week but since it wasn’t the busy time of year it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. ForeverVacationRentals was great to work with and was very responsive when we needed anything.

We loved the layout of this property! Very roomy & comfortable. Loved having 3 king beds & baths to accommodate all of us! Condo is bright & airy & we loved the huge balcony! Location is fantastic & close to Pier Park & great restaurants. Can't wait to come back!

WONDERFUL!Beautiful decor with everything we needed. Bedrooms were great and the beds were very comfortable.We had a beautiful view from the balcony. Probably the best condo I've ever stayed in at PCB.You would not be disappointed.Thanks for a great vacation.

Easy check in process and great location. Close to anything you need while also not in the thick of tourist-trap area. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had what we needed. Gorgeous view!

Loved it! Very clean place. Loved that it had 3 king suites, large balcony with lots of chairs, beach was great, Gavin and gage were great at the beach. Only wish there was restaurants/shops more within walking distance but it would not hold me back from returning. It really was a lovely place to stay. The owners had great communication and were very accommodating . We loved our stay!

Beautiful Condo

This is exactly as described. King size beds, 3 baths, nicely furnished. Overlooking the beach. Owners are very responsive to guests. Extra chairs are supplied along with beach toys. Overall it was a great vacation!

Highly recommend

Beautiful condo in a great location on the west end of Panama City Beach. We were here for a month and communication with management was great throughout our stay. They were always responsive if we had questions and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. The condo is set up nicely with everything we needed as far as dishes, cookware and utensils. Everything was clean and comfortable which made for a very relaxing stay. The views of the beach were incredible as was the beach itself. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Best Condo on Panama City Beach

We love it here!! From the luxurious condo to just walking distance to the beach can’t beat that anywhere! The Host where I stayed was very attentive to our needs. Can’t ask for a better place to stay. See you Next year!!

AWFUL

The room was way overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to make the mistake of staying here. There is mold in every single shower. My daughter seen a cockroach in her bathroom the first day. My son had spiders crawling on his bed every night. Random pest control people show up at 8 AM to spray for bugs without any notice or call at all. The showers are ridiculously small in every room including the masters. The tv in the second bedroom is a child’s TV. The fridge doesn’t keep drinks cold. The dishwasher doesn’t clean your dishes. All the cups have a funky taste if you don’t wash them out. The balcony door has a hard time opening and closing. One of the elevators was out of service the entire time. It was also double red so there was limited access to the beach. Save your money and find a place that isn’t disgusting like this one.

Great location. Great sunset views from inside and from the balcony. Very clean!! Quiet!! Windows could use cleaning on the west side of the condo as the views are beautiful. Generous starter supplies. Make sure to bring your own spices including salt and pepper. The one beachfront pool is small and not the best beachfront type pool. Beach access is great though. Would definitely stay here again!! 5 star condo.

Perfect Getaway

This unit was amazing. End unit with wonderful views and you can't ever miss a sunset. I love the fact that each room has a king bed. That is SO hard to find. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture was very comfortable. We didn't use either of the 2 pools so I can't comment on those, but the beach access was easy and the location is in great proximity to Pier Park or 30A area. Both are short drives.
