We have stayed at Watercrest two years in a row. We stayed on the 12th floor last time and loved it but then we stayed on the 4th Floor and loved it even more. What makes this place so unique is the convenience of it. This unit comes with Beach Chairs which is a must. The walk from the condo to the beach is really unbeatable. The Tiki Bar is very reasonably priced compared to many others that we have used in the past. The food is very good. The adult drinks are very good as well and actually has alcohol in them. The pool is never crowded. The people are very friendly that live at the condo. We hace no complaints. The water pressure in the showers were amazing. The Love Sac couch was amazing. The beds are comfortable. The beds are a softer type mattress. The view from the master king size bedroom/bathroom combo was amazing. Overall, you wont go wrong with this condo. There is also a Dollar General within walking distance that makes it easier to grab last minute items for the beach each day.

After many years of visiting Panama City Beach, I have found a place to which I’d love to return. It is simply, tastefully decorated with clean and bright views throughout the unit. It is exceptionally clean and stocked with all necessities. The beach view extends the full length of the condo. Located on a convenient lower floor, there was never any wait for going to and from the unit. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thank you!

This condo unit was nicely decorated and so spacious! The view from the balcony was amazing. It was so relaxing sitting out there for both sunrises and sunsets. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying in this unit again.

We love the location on the beach. The living area is very spacious. The complex is small and was quiet the week that we were there. We NEVER waited on an elevator. My only negative is the master mattress could use replacing. It is "clean" by rental standards but could use a deep clean.

The listing was exactly as promised. Everything was clean, neat and organized. Appreciated the small details ex: books, puzzles, and games for rainy day. Will check on this listing again next year. Not a fan of the current mattress on master bed, too difficult to get in and out of. The unique bed frame is beautiful but I feel that it needs a larger mattress. And have a maintenance person look at shower head in second bathroom. It is spraying water all over the ceiling around it. We enjoyed our week there!!

The location was the best. The beach was perfect. We always had a great view of the Gulf and the pool and the hot tub. There always seemed to be a cool onshore breeze. A beach chair rental came with the rental of the unit which we did not know about ahead of time so we brought our own umbrellas and beach chairs. Unfortunately, we had a 3" cockroach in our unit on two different occasions during our stay. It was a very busy area during spring break.
