June 2025 stay

Overall, the condo was very nice, the kitchen cooking pots and pans could use an update, could not find a large nonstick frying pan and one cabinet has nothing but coffee makes in it. most of the cabinet doors open back wards.

Family Stay

Property was just as expected. Perfect for my wife and I and our 5 children that run between the ages of 5 and 17. It was a cold week, so the beach for us was not that important, but the view was perfect, and if it were summer time, hard to find a place as great as this one. it was also centrally located to restaurants, etc - everything we needed, plus again, the view was perfect. We'll definitely consider using this property again.

Gorgeous view of Gulf

Second floor room still had a great view from patio. Very comfortable and sturdy patio furniture also. One of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in that isn’t ours. Bedrooms and baths were spotless but living room needed some attention. No toaster but there was a toaster oven that needed instructions since the settings were worn off. Well equipped kitchen.

Wonderful stay in PCB

This condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful week. My only complaint is the rug in the second master bedroom kept rolling up on the edges and if you step on it just right you would almost slip. I think 2 smaller rugs on either side would have been perfect like what was in the other master. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us to hangout together or independently.

Very clean!

This condo was great for our stay. When we checked in, it was super clean. Beds were comfortable. Great views from the balcony. Cort (property manager) was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

PCB Vacation 2021

We enjoyed our stay at Biltmore Beach / Watercrest. The property owner (Cort) was very nice and accommodating.. We enjoyed being on the second floor so close to the beach! Thanks for everything Cort!

We’ve stayed in this complex for several years. Though this was the first time staying in this particular condo, our friends have stayed there before. Great room and the owner was awesome to work with!

Nice, clean place

Wish we would have known ahead of time washer only took liquid detergent. We brought pods & couldn't use them. During our stay hot tubs were also roped off. Which we were looking forward to. Overall very nice place

Relaxing Week at the Watercrest

207 was a beautiful condo. Everyone slept comfortably, enjoyed the balcony, and played many hours of Mexican Train at the dining table. Being on the second floor was a new experience, that we enjoyed--quick access to the pool & beach. We appreciated the kitchen as we cooked meals. The finished cement floors were very nice. The only problems we had were with the tvs in the second & third bedrooms. It may have been us "old folks," but we could not get them to work.

We Really liked your Condo being on the 2nd floor above the pool.we also loved the 2 king sized bedrooms with the ocean view. I would recommend this Condo to anybody.My family’s and I have already talked about booking your Condo again for next year

Great family condo

Overall pleased with our stay. This building is extremely close to the water which was great for going to the beach. The pool was also nice and the staff were constantly cleaning. The condo itself was clean and had plenty of room for us and 3 boys. However, I do feel like, for the money, the condo should be a little more updated.

Just Perfect

This condo was perfect!!!! It was clean and very nice. We had perfect weather all week. The location of the room is perfect over looking the pool area.. we will definitely stay there next year

Winter break.

PCB 2019

We've stayed at Watercrest a few times and every time it's a wonderful experience, but our host this time was better than ever. He was very receptive to our questions and requests. The condo was exactly as described and the property is on the quiet part of Thomas Drive, which is what we prefer. The pool and outside area is impeccable and the staff is friendly and work very hard to keep everything welcoming and in order. We appreciate the feeling of security and safety. We vacationed with our adult children and two young grandchildren and we appreciated the cleanliness of the pool and area.

Absolute perfection

My three year old, parents and I fully enjoyed ourselves in this beautiful condo. The convenience of being on the 2nd floor and not having to walk a mile to get to the beach with toys, chairs, tents, coolers, etc. in tow was the best. The property felt very secure with Security Staff walking around 24/7, and everyone else there were courteous and very helpful. We look forward to visiting this place again, as the Gulf Coast is our absolute favorite. Cort was always available for questions and made our stay as pleasurable as he could. Great place with fantastic ownership.
