Very nice and clean. Beds are very comfortable. The condo is very roomy. Would definitely stay again, ROOMS are very private!! biggest recommendation: update kitchen pots/pans.. skillets, bake ware…, needs a blender and large skillet

Beautiful Beach Perfect Location

Had a very nice stay at Cort’s place in Panama City. One of the best beaches in the world. Great location with easy beach access in a quieter part of Panama. Loved the closet full of activities, games, and beach toys. Plenty of room and just as described.

Family Stay

Property was just as expected. Perfect for my wife and I and our 5 children that run between the ages of 5 and 17. It was a cold week, so the beach for us was not that important, but the view was perfect, and if it were summer time, hard to find a place as great as this one. it was also centrally located to restaurants, etc - everything we needed, plus again, the view was perfect. We'll definitely consider using this property again.

Overall, the condo was very nice, the kitchen cooking pots and pans could use an update, could not find a large nonstick frying pan and one cabinet has nothing but coffee makes in it. most of the cabinet doors open back wards.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our family vacation

Perfect location, amenities, and room sizes. Kid and Adult friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our family vacation. The condo owner went above and beyond to take care of us and ensure our stay was enjoyable. We've already decided to make this condo our one and only vacation place in Panama City Beach. We'll plan our vacations around its availability. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a three bedroom/three bath condo (with a pool) directly on the beach.

Great place for families or friends to spend time together.

Great property on Thomas Drive. This was my second time staying at the Water Crest, first time in this unit. Very clean unit, plenty of sleeping room. Good view from the balcony of the beach and ocean; perfect for drinking coffee in the morning, or watching the sunset. Quick access to the second floor room with the elevators that cover floors 1 through 6.

Gorgeous view of Gulf

Second floor room still had a great view from patio. Very comfortable and sturdy patio furniture also. One of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in that isn’t ours. Bedrooms and baths were spotless but living room needed some attention. No toaster but there was a toaster oven that needed instructions since the settings were worn off. Well equipped kitchen.

Wonderful stay in PCB

This condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful week. My only complaint is the rug in the second master bedroom kept rolling up on the edges and if you step on it just right you would almost slip. I think 2 smaller rugs on either side would have been perfect like what was in the other master. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us to hangout together or independently.

Absolute perfection

My three year old, parents and I fully enjoyed ourselves in this beautiful condo. The convenience of being on the 2nd floor and not having to walk a mile to get to the beach with toys, chairs, tents, coolers, etc. in tow was the best. The property felt very secure with Security Staff walking around 24/7, and everyone else there were courteous and very helpful. We look forward to visiting this place again, as the Gulf Coast is our absolute favorite. Cort was always available for questions and made our stay as pleasurable as he could. Great place with fantastic ownership.

Perfect beach getaway at this condo located right on the beach!

My stay at this unit was perfect. The owners were super easy to work with on the booking details and they made it easy to access the unit on arrival with the door code they had sent me prior to check in. The views of the sunrise and sunset have got to be the best I have ever experienced. This unit overlooks the pool and the large balcony has really comfortable adirondack chairs to sit in and even has a large lounge chair to nap in. The free use of the 2 person cabana chair was a great perk for the beach. Made it super easy not to haul chairs to the beach. I can't wait to go back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at at Watercrest.

This condo had 3 BRs and 3 baths, which was perfect for our family of 10. The owners are super nice and very helpful when we had questions. The condo was located on the second floor, right over the pool. At first we thought that might be a problem because of noise but security makes sure everyone is out of the pool at 10:00 pm. We actually loved being on the 2nd floor because we didn't have to worry about waiting on the elevator. We just took the stairs. The view is also great from the condo. We also loved not having to keep up with keys; the door has a keypad, which was great with 10 people. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Great Family Trip

My family and I stayed here early to mid-September. Room was clean and very spacious for our group of 8 adults and 2 kids. The kids toys, umbrellas and beach chairs that were available for us to use, was a really nice touch. As a family, we choose to stay in and enjoy each others company by having family dinners. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, cooking pans/pans/baking dishes, plate ware, glassware and etc. I was nervous about being on the second floor, but overall, I actually enjoyed it better than being on a 4th or 5th floor level. It made it easier to be on the 2nd floor, easier access to the pool, elevator ride was fast and not crowded with people. Plus, you could easily take the stairs. View was magnificent. Weather was great. O and another great thing, plenty of patio furniture for everyone to sit. Owner of property called me before arrival to discuss arrival procedures and give me some insight on area information. Overall everything was perfect. We will be back!!

Great Condo!

This condo was everything we expected and more! With three small families staying together, it tends to get pretty crowded but this condo is very spacious and we had plenty of room. The proximity to the beach (literally just steps away), the location in the building (2nd floor right above the pool area, with the most beautiful ocean views), the amenities...everything was just excellent! There was an abundance of bath linens (most condos will only stock a few towels but there were tons), pool/beach toys, beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen, and even a metal detector! We were really surprised by the fact that the unit is so quiet, (unless doors/windows were open) we didn't hear any noise from room to room, other units, or even much from the pool area. This was by far the best condo we've rented in PCB over the years. Any communication with the owners was quickly responded to, they were very nice and super easy to work with. We will definitely be booking this unit again the next time we visit PCB! The only issue we ended up having was some confusion regarding the 2 free cabana rentals that are advertised in the listing, which apparently are no longer included but we didn't need them anyway so it wasn't a big deal at all. Just be sure you get your own chairs down to the beach first thing in the morning in order to beat the cabana business, as they move those cabanas right down as close to the water's edge as possible and don't leave any room for what they called the "Walmart trash" to get spots in front of their paying customers.

Very clean!

This condo was great for our stay. When we checked in, it was super clean. Beds were comfortable. Great views from the balcony. Cort (property manager) was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again!
