Wall of Windows to Best View on Panama City Beach (FL)

  • This unit is exceptional. It has a full view of the gulf from every room in the condo, except the bathrooms and laundry room. First unit off of the elevator on the 3rd floor (A305) and trash chute is right out the door. Two balconies with furniture/polywood sets and a table for eating. Balcony off of Master bedroom with sliders. Dark out drapes in all rooms. Dining for up to 8 guests. The master has a King bed, the 2nd bedroom has a King and the 3rd bedroom has two doubles. Tons of seating in Living Room with 6 reclining chairs. Extra Large Flat screen TV - 82" 4K HD in the Living area and a 65 in Master. DVD Blu Ray players. This unit is very well appointed with all the kitchen gadgets required. Anything you will need will probably be there. It sleeps 8 people in beds and there is a blow up if needed. WIFI is included. Small pets allowed with owner approval - pet fee is per pet. Tennis courts, pools, dog walks, swings, the beach, basketball, tiki hut, small grocery store, gym, gated resort, area to walk and more all onsite. Everything you would want is close by with tons of great eating establishments and fun things to do for entertainment. Andrews State Park is a short drive, as is Pier Park.

Spectacular Views

The view from our unit was absolutely beautiful. You could see the sunset, the sunrise, and the full moon when it came out, we had a wonderful time. All the restaurants were excellent and we found the people to be so friendly and kind everywhere we went.

Awesome! last minute getaway

Property pictures were pretty accurate. Right on the beach, which was much needed. Owner was more than helpful and sent more information on the area upon request. Will definitely consider booking again.

Beach House Bliss

My family and I enjoyed staying here with the fantastic view of the beach and ocean. The location to the elevator and trash shoot was very convenient. I loved sitting on the balcony in the high chairs to watch the ocean and the beautiful sunsets. There was plenty of room for the five of us.

Spacious comfort!

The condo was conveniently located on the beach. The condo manager and the office staff were very accommodating. The views out the windows of the condo were amazing. Having two balconies with high top chairs was a nice bonus.

Beautiful condo, great view of the water, nice being on the third floor next to the elevator. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Pet friendly. Furnished very nice. I am sure we will try and rent this unit again.

A305 has the amazing views!!!

This has been the best view I have ever experienced. No matter which room you are in, you have a great ocean front view. Stephanie is absolutely the best to work with and is on top of everything. Thank you again for opening your unit to our family to make memories and for all of the recommendations to experience PCB.

Super Convenient!!

The unit was spacious, comfortable, clean, and you couldn’t ask for more convenience - in every way. The covered parking spot was so close to the lobby entrance. The elevator was only a few steps inside the lobby and the condo door just a few steps from the elevator! We enjoyed the unit immensely and will definitely stay again!

Amazing Views

We enjoyed a very relaxing week in a wonderful condo! The views were amazing and the sunsets were breathtaking…..from the balcony, or from the comfortable living area inside the condo. This condo had all the comforts of home plus some. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our accommodations! The communication was top notch and very timely, from beginning to end. Thank you Stephanie for sharing your beach home with our family. We look forward to staying with you again in the near future!

Amazing Views!

This condo has amazing views! We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time at Dunes of Panama. The condo was in good condition with no major complaints other than a few areas needing a little extra attention from the cleaning crew, but that did not impose on our stay. You absolutely cannot beat the views. Did I mention the views? Stephanie (the owner) was great to work with. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Stunning views

My family and I stayed at this condo during a week long baseball tournament. I was blown away by the views of this condo. There are beautiful views in every location of the home, and it was nice a quite in the evenings, which was a huge plus for me. To add to the lovely condo, the home owner, Stephanie, was so much fun to speak with and truly made things easier on my arrival. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a roomy place to stay and are not willing to part with their fur babies.

Private wedding/ family vacay

We loved this condo. The ocean view is stunning. We stayed with our family of 6 and two small dogs. The beds were all comfortable and the staff were kind and helpful. Check out the restaurant on site, it’s a cute little shop with good sandwiches! The condo had everything you could need plus some. Attractions were all close. Super close to Saint Andrews State Park. The only con was some cleanliness issues on the ceiling, to no fault of the owner, which will be addressed. We had a tiny wedding ceremony right out on the beach and when the officiant said “you may kiss the bride” the surrounding beach and people out on the balcony is the condos erupted in applause and woot woots! I give it 5 stars.

Check in wws ruffled but stay was Wonderful

I was diving 10 hrs and on the 9th hr i still had no room ready per front desk and they said i had no reservation. The Host said i did. I called the desk again and they said No room..Took me over 20min and only 40 min away before my room was confirmed. Its was a scary mess. It was the condos fault not the owner but that alone will give someone a stroke. The condo was a 10 !

Perfection

This was our first time to visit PCB, we have always vacationed in the Outerbanks but this year we wanted to see the blue water & white sands. We were NOT disappointed. The views from this unit were spectacular. It had a unique angle that managed to point right towards the ocean from the kitchen sink, living room, dining room, and both balconies that also allowed you to see the breathtaking sunset every evening. There is so much to do in this area that my review would be a mile long if i tried to list it all. This unit was very well stocked with everything our family needed. The parking was great, the elevator was quick, the views superb! Also any questions i ever had were answered almost immediately. We will 100% be back! Thank you

Expected better for the money we paid

There were several things that I noticed wrong when we first got there. But let me start off by saying the owner of the condo has been really nice, the furniture was comfortable, the beds were comfortable, and the decor is awesome. However, for the amount of money we paid I expected better as far as cleanliness and repairs needed. For example: the mirror wall in living room was cracked, a lamp in one bedroom was broke, there was old food and trash around the chairs and tables in living room, dust on the fans, there was a large spot in kitchen/living room where something had been spilled and was very sticky, a drawer In refrigerator was broke, a door knob in master bath was broken off, the locks on both balcony doors were broke, the toilet paper holder in master bath is barely hanging on wall, a knob on a dresser was missing, the curtains and kitchen chairs were stained, master bathroom has several “patches” in the ceiling that are not properly done, there are 2 different shower heads in master and shower jets but only one shower head works, ice in ice maker will not dispense thru the door, and the check in instructions state that we couldn’t turn the a/c down any lower than 72 degrees. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I was pretty disappointed in the condition of this condo. The statement about the a/c controls also really bothered me. I am extremely hot natured and usually keep my air set on 69 maximum. We did end up having a great time because we love PCB
