This is the cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in. The pictures were accurate. The beds were comfortable. Our kids like their room and the master bedroom was lovely. The balcony was huge! We loved it. The views of the Gulf were amazing. We loved the sunsets!! Absolutely gorgeous.

This is truly a beautiful property. It is conveniently located by most restaurants, chain restaurants, and grocery stores. This is on the 21st floor so the views are stunning, especially the sunsets. My mom and I enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning and we tried to reserve our dinners for after the sunsets. The sunsets are stunning. Also, watching storms pass by, over the ocean, is a treat.The unit has everything you need to make meals in house and there is a grill conveniently located on the property patio, as well. My mom reported that the bed and sheets were super comfortable. The unit is clean and everything is very organized and items are easy to locate within the unit. There is a nice sized washer and dryer.The heated pools, hot tub, access the beach are an added bonus! (Bring your own beach towels and sand toys as they are not provided.)Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!

Check in was smooth. Condo wasn’t ready at exactly 4:00 but we were receptive to reasons why and we hung out pool side until room was ready. The condo offered everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone.

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this property and we absolutely love it! The view from the balcony is phenomenal and when we’re not on the beach, we’re on the balcony. The condo is very clean with a well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds with a bathroom attached to each. The main living area is actually very spacious with nice, comfy furniture. The facility has two pools which is a bonus! The property owners were very communicative and made sure all was well with our stay. We love this condo and will definitely stay again!

July in PCB!!

Enjoyed our time in PCB celebrating July 4th! Condo was as described, super nice oversized balcony with spectacular views. Few little things could be done to improve the accommodations- such as new bed pillows & bed linens (the mattress was also very hard in both master and 2nd bedroom- so maybe replace or get toppers?), bigger trashcan with extra liners and more toilet paper- these are small things that would be so nice. We brought our own but still ran out of both. Also the pots & pans were kinda dirty and some felt sticky, and we found food crumbs in the couch and in the cracks of the recliners. Pools at the resort are tiny and no fun activities for guests, compared to other resorts in PCB we have stayed. Reserved parking spot was nice but a tiny space to park and we had to remove our luggage rack and store it in our dining area of the condo because it bumped up against the clearance overhang in the parking garage. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and these minor details did not damper our good time.

2 month winter getaway

On the online photos there was a lounge chair on the balcony but it turns out a previous renter wrecked it and just because it’s on the photos doesn’t mean that it will be like that due to variables which makes sense. The shower bathtubs were very slippery we almost fell twice and my elderly parents were coming to visit so we just got some bath mats so they didn’t fall. That made us feel better. The balcony is absolutely the best with screens on the doors so you can hear the surf all night and it’s big too. We loved it and are coming back next year.

Condo with great view

This condo has a fantastic view of the beach in both directions. It is on the 21st floor, which we did not realize when we reserved and would have preferred a much lower level. It is well furnished and the location is good. Parking is convenient and close to the elevators.

Awesome place to stay!!

Loved our week here in spite of a major hurricane hitting to the east of us. Elevators are fast, no issues with getting a luggage cart to move stuff in and out. Could be more related to time of year but no complaints with the building. We really only had 2 complaints but we just worked around them. Master bed is a king and loved the space but mattress needs to be replaced. Couch in living room has something wrong with it and the middle cushion has a major dip. Plenty of cooking supplies, table that can seat a family, loved the little spinning chairs. Balcony is huge, new furniture is awesome and comfortable. Beautiful views, gorgeous views, time at the beach with my wife, can’t ask for anything more. Ron is a great host and was constantly checking in to make sure all was well with the hurricane coming. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay & found it to be very relaxing. I especially enjoyed seeing so much sea life from the 21st floor balcony. We saw 2 sea turtles, manatees, many dolphins, crabs & sting rays. The weather was perfect & the water was clear & calm. My only concern was the number of small bugs in the condo. Despite them, we’d go back again.

Emerald Isle Condo

The floor plan of the condo is roomy with a split bedroom design, perfect for guest with children like myself. Bathrooms are plenty big. Kitchen is furnished with pots and pans and utensils.The balcony is huge. The ocean views are amazing, and on the 21st floor you sea 15 miles of ocean. Loved being here and the owners totally communicate.

Beautiful condo on the beach!

We have stayed at this property before and we were just as pleased the second time around! The unit is beautiful with stunning views! The condo was very clean with all the amenities needed for your stay! The owners reached out to let us know when the unit was ready for check in and to ensure we had been receiving our emails regarding check in, which was so nice because I knew they wanted to make sure the process was as easy as possible. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great condo.

Great condo, great location. Has everything you need. Love having the pools and beach right next to each other, makes it easy to go back and forth. Balcony size and view is wonderful. The assigned parking spot right next to the elevators is awesome. Elevators are fast never have to wait long This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. Our only gripe was the master bed was not comfortable to us.

Beautiful place.

We had a wonderful time. We stayed at the beach most of the time. The property is very well kept up. No issues with anything except the security guard that works there. She is on a very big power trip an made comments about my 16yr sons swimming trunks being see through an him having things in the pocket. His trunks was not see through at all an its not her place to say something to him. So wejust stayed away from places that she was around. We wnt to the beach or condo. Also Mike's across the road is the best place to eat at. Service was great there. I would book again. Just stay clear of security.

Perfect Condo / Resort for us

My family and I loved our stay in this condo. Both the condo and the resort were very clean. Pools and spa were wonderful. The Gulf view is great from the best balcony in PCB. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, ice maker kept us in plenty of ice (important on these hot summer vacations), furniture was like new and beds were very comfortable. Owners were easy to contact and very responsive. We will very likely stay here again on our next trip to PCB. It is just good as advertised.

Great condo, Great location

The condo was exactly what we needed. It was clean except for the mold on the shower curtain liner in the main bedroom. We had a problem with the sink drain leaking in the kitchen. That was handled promptly by the owner. Despite being on the 21st floor, the elevators were fast and waits were short.
