Very nice unit right on beach. Parking garage was problematic with printed pass. Took some fussing around to get it to work. Close to all the shopping as they were within walking distance. Unit was well equipped and only a few dings here and there. TV's in the bedrooms could be bigger. Balcony was great. You could see for miles. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Nice location, but not clean.

Location and check in was great. The property was actually upscale. But, the property was NOT clean at all. Disgusting stains on all the bedding, chairs, and in the tubs. Hair was all over floor and counters. Foul smell coming from washer. Also, the unit hasn't been dust in a long time. I suggest hiring another cleaning crew. We were disappointed that a condo to be so nice but not clean. It made the stay a little uncomfortable. No, i did not contact the owner, because I feel like this should be addressed before I arrived. My wife and I just cleaned what we could. I usually don't leave reviews, but like I said earlier, this was very disappointing.

Depends on what you're looking for

This property may or may not be for you...We like to vacation at the beach in a relaxed atmosphere. We had the last minute idea to make a one night stop here in PCB. This will be our one and only trip to this beach. Starting out with the property - it is in the heart of tourism. Getting into the parking garage was a nightmare. The pass that was required to be printed would not scan at the reader. Luckily, I was able to pull it up on my phone (parking is an additional 60). This property is huge - there are 3 towers. Finding the condo wasnt really an issue. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The condo itself has so much potential. And I can tell it had once been loved and cared for, however it's been heavily used. There are rugs everywhere and they are dingy and grimy. The shag carpet in the bedrooms are crunchy. Towels are old and thin, with very visible wear. Sheets did not match on the bed (not a big deal). Toilets were dirty, mirror had kiss marks, food in the dining room chair, sticky mess on balcony table, fingerprints all over refrigerator, moldy smelling washing machine (front load). I messaged the property owner, they offered the cleaning service to come back - but I cleaned the necessary areas (it is my regular practice to carry cleaning wipes). As far as PCB itself, we are no stranger to tourism. I would describe this area of PCB as Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg but on the beach.

The owner was very easy to contact and quick to respond.we had a minor issuew with tv in bedroom but they were qiuck to help and get it working. The unit was comfortable but the only real issue we had was the temperature in the unit, the AC is limited to 68deg on the low end but it was not cool enought to keep it comfortable while we were sleeping. Other than that it was a good stay

PCB for Senior Trip during Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo at Calypso resort. I took my 17-year-old daughter and her friend for my daughter senior trip. The balcony was wonderful for me. The mom to hang out while the girls enjoyed the beach. I was able to check on them from above during our stay. They went to chairs on the beach right in front of the resort. The resort has a tiki bar which they were able to get alcohol free drinks. The condo was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and more. We definitely would stay here again. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Location, location, location

We loved the location and the condo. The only negative on the entire trip was the front door code not working at arrival but it was resolved fairly quickly. The owner did move our arrival time up for the parking pass so that was appreciated. She was also very nice when the front door code would not work. At departure, my front door code did not work after retrieving a luggage cart (9:35 w/check out at 10). We checked out of the condo by 10 but had to load the van therefore parking pass had expired (10 am). The nice attendant let us out. We loved the place and the location. If possible, I would prefer parking pass for early arrival and allow it to expire a little later than check-out time. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing Condo

We stayed 10 nights at this beautiful condo and loved every minute of it. It's within walking distance to Pier Park which we like. The kitchen was very well stocked. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with washer/dryer in the condo. The condo has a nice big wrap around patio. We sat and watched the sun set every night we were there and had a front row seat to the Mardi Gras fireworks. Joanne was an absolute gem. She made our booking and our stay so wonderful. Thank You for sharing your beautiful condo with us! It truly felt like home for our visit to PCB.

Great place

My whole family enjoyed our stay. We watched the dolphins and also got to see a couple of stingrays from the balcony of the 15th floor. It was very peaceful and relaxing. I really enjoyed the tiki bar by the pool
