  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Pretty Nice Stay

Everything was as listed. Took about a 6 minute walk from back door to sand in toes :) My only complaint is that unit is all on ground level with neighbors above (as listed in description). Our neighbor had a 4 year old doing sprints from one end of the unit to the other at all hours, and we could hear when the adults got up to get drink or go to the bathroom because walking noise was heard through the ceiling. If you don't mind that, I would highly recommend the unit. Everything else was great!

PCB vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Edgewater. The unit was clean and well maintained. The location was great! We were right by the walkway to the main pool and beach access. Check in was easy, and just as described. We enjoyed our trip!

Schöne Anlage! Wir waren schnell am Strand mit dem Shuttel und auch zur Fuß (5 Minuten). Ein kleiner Pool war auch in Blickweite unserer Unterkunft, was fehlte waren Sonnenschirme.

Nice place just a little outdated.

Edgewater Resort overall is a very nice place and I would love to come back and stay beachfront. However, the condo we were in was nice but very outdated. You had to keep shoes on at all times because the floors would make your feet black, the shower doors in the master bathroom were glass sliding doors and would not stay on track at all, and the curtains in all the rooms definitely needed cleaned really good. Also, if there’s at least 8 of you, like their was in our group, you should plan on bringing extra toilet paper and paper towels cause there’s not enough provided by the condo. Other than that, it was a decent condo for the price. I would definitely stay on property again, just not in one of the older condos.

Great week in PCB

We love Edgewater Resort 🥰

Great spot,love the the young lady I talked to the night we checked in she came right away to fix a few little things for me😊 She was so nice and accommodating!!!! When we checked out my mother thought she had forgotten something and I believe it was Hannah (if I have her name wrong I am very sorry) let us back in to make sure 🥰 the staff is amazing!!!!! The condo could use some upgrades, but still nice and we had another AMAZING Vacation at Edgewater (Miss it already !!!!) see ya next year 🥰🥰🥰

Our Stay

Our condo was not well cleaned by housekeeping. We called about it, and the resort said other units had complained too. Someone came back over and just went a little back over. Our washer had a note on it that it wasn't working and a new one would come on Monday, so 2 days no washer. Also on Sun night we saw water dripping from the ceiling in the closet the washer and dryer were in, so we suspected a problem with the unit about us. Some kind of leak. On Monday no contact from anyone about bringing a washer. I had to call. That came over, very nice men that installed it. We made them aware of the leak, so hopefully that will get fixed for future tennants. Mid week my husband found a bottle cap under the pillows on our bed. Definitely not ours, as we don't eat or drink in bed. So then Im praying our sheets were changed from the last tennants! The furniture was uncomfortable too in the family room.

Love it here!

We LOVE this location. We stayed at Edgewater last year also. Love the property. Great for kids. Only complaint was the cleanliness of the property. It wasn’t all bad. For the most part it was pretty clean. It was the floors. Anything that touched them was BLACK. The kids feet, socks, etc. Even the towels were black when we would pick them up off the floor. Idk what it was on them but they felt oily. Other than that we love it there!

Fun Spring Break in PCB!

Our group had a wonderful time staying at this property at Edgewater. My husband and I traveled with our 2 daughters who also each brought a guest. There was plenty of room for everyone, especially with each pair having their own bathroom. We loved having the full kitchen with the ability to cook and not have to eat out every meal. The villa was centrally locates on the property and a convenient walk over to the beach and lagoon pool. The lagoon pool area was a little crowded for us to really enjoy, but we didn’t mind spending most of our time at the beach. The other pool on property close to our villa was not crowded most of the time. There were really only 2 issues worth mentioning. Most dishes we pulled out of the cabinet were still dirty and had to be washed before we could use them. And not just spots, but dried, caked on food. I think it would also be nice to offer information about the resort and we weren’t really sure where the pools are were, which were heated, how the tram service worked, etc. I did call the property office and asked if there was any kind of information they could provide. She was super nice, but only texted a map of the property that didn’t provide much detail. Overall our stay was great and we would definitely stay again! PCB was a wonderful area to visit!
