Family Trip

We had the best time in Seacrest. The location was ideal to be able to walk/bike round the dinner beach towns. We were impressed with the view and overall villa that we stayed in! The beach did get a little overcrowded at time based off the fact that so many different villas have access. It was a beauty beach with no concerns!

Thanksgiving week

My family stayed the week of Thanksgiving and had a great time. Unit is close to a lot of stores/restaurants and easy access to the pool/beach. The unit was also clean and had some extra beach towels, chairs, etc for use. We would stay again.

Pampered at Pampered Palm

The unit was clean and well equipped. The property was well maintained and the security staff was efficient and friendly. Beach access was easy. A couple of things to improve: It would have been helpful to have a luggage cart...had to make numerous trips to the car to get things in. The owners closet was not secured, of which property manager was notified.

Nice but won't return...

We have visited this general area (Seagrove, Seacrest, Rosemary) for 15+ years during Memorial Day week and fully expected a crowd. But what we experienced this past week was the worst we have ever seen. We paid just as much for this unit as we have for a very upscale, even new construction, beachfront home because we were under the impression it was PRIVATE. Nothing about this area was private except the pool. Turns out, the "private access" we were told existed for the private beach and chairs was for FIVE OTHER RESORTS too. It was terrible and packed and not at all what we understood that it would be like based on the description. Ask specific questions and read the reviews carefully because the description does not convey the chaos of this particular stretch of beach. Also, expect to pay for chairs if you don't bring your own and expect to use only one vendor. We do rent chairs each year but we have never paid $800 to be seated on the 5th row and have no visibility to our children in the water. We will never return to this resort/unit/stretch of beach during Memorial Day ever again. But, yea..the unit was nice if you want to sit inside for a week. Also, the resort decided to do landscaping this week too so it stunk of mulch for three days around the pool and nats flew all over you as you sat by the pool.

Pleasurable

Two minor issues. First the pool was dirty, bugs leaves and trash all week. Also the foot traffic to the beach was constant. No one to monitor wrist bands. People from all over the area were let into the property.

Great Location & View

Centrally located in between Rosemary and Seacrest and walkable to many places in that area. However, parking at location was a hit and miss as there were always more vehicles then parking places but construction was happening so that contributed to the issue. Outside of that I would highly recommend this location/condo!

Best location

We’ve stayed at multiple properties in the Seacrest/Rosemary Beach area and this is hands-down, one of our favorites. The location is absolutely prime with easy access to the beach and beautiful view. We love being nestled right between Rosemary and Alys. We will definitely come back if we can.

30A Treat

My wife and I spent 4 nights in this beautiful Condo right on the beach and just a short walk to all the restaurants in Rosemary Beach. The views of the beach from the balcony are excellent! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect location

Awesome view! Quiet and family friendly area! The bunks were perfect for the young kids! Be sure to bring your own beach towels! There was a closet of beach toys, boogie boards and chairs (even though we rented ours at the beach)! Overall, a great time and loved every minute of it!

Fantastic location!

This condo is in a perfect location and we definitely plan to stay here again. Nice furnishings, comfortable beds and plenty of room for our family of six adults and two preschoolers. We rented chairs far enough in advance and managed front row. The beach location is really crowded due to Seacrest tram drop off at the building but being able to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean and having a pool in front of you makes up for it. We’ve stayed in other units in the complex but this is definitely the best!

Slice of Heaven

Our family had the best time and made great memories in your beautiful condo. We had 9 people and plenty of room and space. I loved having coffee on the balcony every morning and taking in the stunning ocean view. It was so great staying so close to the beach. The community is wonderful and we felt it was such a safe place to stay with our family. There are so many restaurants and shopping near by with live music and so many things to do and enjoy. We rented beach chair service and it is worth the extra expense. We will definetly be back!

Summer Getaway

The beach was fabulous! Our Villa was decorated tastefully and was satisfactorily clean. We were disappointed that the refrigerator was not working properly, but management addressed it quickly. The pantry door was pulled out of the hinges and we had to call maintenance to fix that along with some electrical outlets that weren’t working. We also were unaware that beach towels would not be available. These were minor issues, but still took time to resolve. I would still recommend this villa for a family! Beds were very comfortable. Two of the bathrooms were very small. There wasn’t much room to get ready, but the master bath is enormous. DKitchen was well stocked. Balcony furniture was comfortable. The view was fabulous. The pool was nice. The security was good and everything outside is well maintained and pretty. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Family vacation

We enjoyed staying in this condo. There was plenty enough room for my husband and I and young adult children. We also enjoyed the access to all the beach, restaurants and shopping. My favorite ones waking up every morning and having a cup of coffee and overlooking the ocean. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Lovely Stay

We absolutely loved this property and plan to return in the future. We did encounter some problems with the freezer, but the host was extremely communicative and apologetic, and made the situation right. Beautiful views and awesome location!

Beautiful condo in the heart of seacrest beach

Everything you need is within walking distance! Beautiful view! Well maintained property! Beach gets VERY crowded because it's shared with all the seacrest beach units across 30A! Beach chair service available for a fee. There were also Beach chairs inside a closet in the unit with other Beach toys! Unit could be slightly better stocked for cooking needs inside, lots of cheap utensils to cook with.

Rough summer retreat

Very nice. Pictures on listing however, are of the unit before renovation. Still very clean and nice . Beautiful view, very helpful host. Only problem we had was 2 cars and only one gate fob that worked for entry gate and pool so inconvenient for those going to different locations at the same time. Everything else was wonderful. Thank you!
