The views are spectacular! We love staying here. The location is so convenient to everything. We also love that we can bring our senior little dog as well. Only thing I would suggest is to have some of your gorgeous custom bedding and pillows dry cleaned. Looking forward to our stay next year.

Absolutely love this beautiful property! Stunning views of the ocean and the dune lake! Large deck is great for relaxing and stargazing. The master suite is spacious and inviting and far enough from the other bedrooms for some added privacy! We have been staying here for several years and look forward to this trip every year!

There's not another place on 30a with this unobstructed view. The weather was perfect! We spent every waking moment on the deck. It was so peaceful, relaxing and private!

The condo was beautiful and views were incredible. The outdoor furniture needs reupholstered. The rips in the fabric look shabby; and the deck could use refinishing. The walk to the beach was much longer then depicted online. Watersound is a beautiful peaceful community. Paradise properties did a great job in communicating with us. I would give it a 4.5 stars.

Beautiful Condo , amazing view!!

I was worried traveling during the pandemic to Florida. The condo was clean and provided everything we need to enjoy our stay without the need to venture out. It was clean , elegantly designed and comfortable . The beach was a 5 minute walk and was not crowded. Water sound gated community provided the private beach experience that we were looking for. When we didn't go to the beach the views from the balcony was amazing!!Our kids had an amazing time playing and relaxing all day on the beach. I am definitely looking forward to coming back soon!

Amazing views!

We had a wonderful time staying at watersound! The property is gorgeous and has a wonderful view of the ocean. The sunsets from the balcony are beautiful and the watersound neighborhood is full of so many cute homes. The property is close by to a little shopping center where you can rent bikes or get food which was so convenient. We were worried about the parking situation before we arrived (watersound only allows for two cars to park near the property). But this ended up not being a big deal because the main entrance (by the large gate house area) has a parking lot and it’s a very short drive or even a short walk away. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

Great views! Couple issues

Overall it was a great condo with great views. The complex has become tired and needs a good pressure wash along with some new updates. Inside the condo was great but the main TV in the living did not work at all so no college football or NFL. It was expensive after all of the extra fees - seems like the rentals on 30a have doubled in process.

Beautiful Views

Beautiful views of the gulf! Walking distance to the Hub/Big Chill. Elevator nice as condo is on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, the pool was closed and once opened, the water was freezing. Took awhile to find out what pools are available with this rental. Tape all over the floors was not nice to look at. Check-in was not clear and you have to go to a different area to get your pass which wasn’t clear in the description.

As I detailed in my previous email, we were disappointed in the condition of the unit, attention to detail, lack of expected amenities and overall cleanliness. This unit appears to have the original HVAC components that need replacement, a deck that needs sanding and refinishing. The deck furniture that is torn. This is not a first class unit as it was under the previous owners.

The Views!

We had an amazing time! The views are ... wow! Pros: View, comfort, well-stocked kitchen, area to walk and bike. Close to great restaurants and the beach is a board walk away. Cons: The grill is at the pool so make it an "event" when you grill, there are 3 flights of stairs closer than the elevator so you will get your steps in if you opt for the stairs. The security is big time, and I got locked out at 2am when my bar code wouldn't scan. I had to pick up my son who wasn't feeling well from a friend's down the beach. The guard on duty was out doing a check and I had to drive to another gate and call someone.. I was in my pajamas as well. They also won't allow "any guests". I could barely have my 77-year-old parents over for dinner even when we only had 4 people in an 8-occupancy condo.

Great views, condo needs some maintenance

You’d be hard pressed to find a more beautiful view at The Crossings. You have the clearest view of the sunset with no building obstructing. Simply gorgeous. The condo is very spacious and the furniture is nice. It could use more glassware in the kitchen. Even though it’s a great view it’s also the furthest walk from the beach since the closest boardwalk was flooded. So if you have young children this may be of concern. The condo needs some maintenance such as - one of the bedroom windows is broken and will not even shut. Master closet and bunk room bathroom light fixtures are on the fritz. Exceptionally low water pressure that should be addressed. There are some extra pillows but no extra pillowcases - easy fix. All in all a beautiful place, just needs a little attention. Thanks!

Great views

Property was beautiful with breathtaking views of the ocean, however, getting to the beach was a little cumbersome, at least 1/2 mile walk because of the jetty in front of the dunes. Property had some bugs and the refrigerator door does not close properly, but we were overall very happy with the property

Spectacular view of the gulf and dunes. Deck could use resurfacing but other than that a beautiful property.
