Enjoyed our stay and the views from the condo were excellent. Owners are very friendly and communicative. They found out last minute about the building have work done and a potential down time with the A/C and water, and called to inform us before we made it down there. They also offered a discount for the two days to compensate the issue. Definitely worth the stay and next time we make it back down there, we will be reaching out to see if they have a place available.

Very nice!

Everything was as advertised. Unit was clean and all appliances and fixtures in good working order. Nice decor and beds were comfy! Great stay if you have extra money to spend.

Amazing condo!

This condo was amazing! Very roomy and stocked with everything we needed. The wrap balcony provided great views of the gulf. Being on the second floor was easy access using the stairs. We didn’t have to wait for an elevator. And the beach was a short walk and the pool even closer. Our kids loved being able to bounce between the beach and the pool. Having chair and umbrella service was a great perk too! The beach wasn’t crowded. We’ve been to PCB before and the beach was way too crowded. This area was no where near as congested as other areas of PCB. The hosts were quick with communication! We cannot will to stay here again.

Fall break relaxation

We enjoyed our fall break getaway. The condo is gorgeous and had everything we needed plus more. We loved that this part of PCB was much less crowded than others but yet still a short drive to restaurants and shopping. We were very thankful for the beach chairs and umbrella that came with the rental. This is definitely a perk that I look for in a place. We enjoyed a dolphin tour on the SeaScreamer which was within a 5 minute drive to get to (I would suggest at sunset and try the Rum Punch). Our only downfall to this trip was hardly any waves. I missed the sound. However, it didn't stop us from enjoying some relaxing time and our meals on the balcony to take in the views and taking long walks. The owners/managers are very responsive. We had asked for a second parking pass and couldn't find it when we got there. I sent a message and within minutes he called me to resolve this easily. Thanks again for an amazing place to stay 🐬🍹🏖

Amazing Condo!

Watercrest 201 was wonderful! Condo is spacious and very clean. Location on the end of Thomas Drive is quiet, the beach is not crowded and we didn’t have any problems with traffic. One of the best condos we have stayed in. The owners are very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great unit

This property sits away from the typical PCB crowds in the quieter section of the area. The unit was clean, up-to date, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, great view, and being on the 2nd floor eliminated the use of waiting for the elevator most of the time. It also provided fun people watching on the not-so great weather days. Owner was helpful and communication was open. FYI- They do have their own website. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring break getaway

This is a very nice and extremely well stocked unit. The beach view from the huge balcony is amazing. Being on the 2nd floor was great because we didn’t have to rely on the elevator. The building itself shows some signs of age but it appears to be under renovations. Overall, it was a great stay. Easy check in and good response from the owners. We would consider booking this unit again.

Great condo. Perfect visit.

The condo is beautifully furnished and conveniently located. Modern and open, plenty of room and large wraparound balcony. Great beach, amazing sunsets. Communication with the owners was perfect, no problems at all. We had a great week of weather and loved our first visit to PCB. Thanks so much!

Great stay

Loved the location on the second floor, corner unit with great view. The condo is just as pictured. Had some stock items: hand soap in kitchen & baths, salt/pepper, & dish soap. The beds, coach and chairs all comfy. The unit is next to the public beach access as noted before, but to be honest it provided much fun people watching instead of annoyance.The only issue with cleanliness was under the kitchen sink where a leak was being manages with bowls and paper towels. The management company had a plumber out and who only partially fix it and did not come back as promised.

Amazing Views!

I wanted to let y'all know we had a wonderful time staying in Watercrest 201. The condo was updated and decorated beautifully and the views from the massive balcony were AMAZING! We were thrilled with the location of the condo and how close it was to the elevator and stairs, which made going to the beach super easy! Being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night was a great way to start and end the day. Thank you for sharing this condo with us!

Family Vacay 2021

We have been vacationing in PCB for the past few years. Of all of the places we have stayed, this year was the best! Our entire family absolutely loved the condo, the location, the ease to get to the beach, the views…all of it! The owners were always prompt to respond to questions and helpful prior to our stay. The kitchen was AMAZING! We love to cook and have big family dinners. The huge island and open concept were perfect. There was not one thing we needed that wasn’t provided in the condo. All 4 kids have already said they want to stay in the same condo again next year. Super happy with our stay!
