  • Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort is a tranquil escape located on the quiet side of Panama City Beach, FL. Situated amidst lush greenery the tropical paradise encompasses 18 acres with 350 ft of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. A unique quality of this resort is our private pedestrian beach access. The underpass is a well lit tunnel under scenic Highway 98 which leads to our large gazebo and boardwalk. The complex amenities include: tennis courts, shuffle board courts, 2 pools (one for the little ones) , a playground, a clubhouse which features: free WiFi connectivity, ping-pong table, and coin-operated pool table. Each unit has fully equipped kitchens, private patios, vaulted ceilings, and its very own view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Sunnyside vacay

This location was very nice. Quiet area. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. The check in process was very easy. Very friendly residents. I would stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property (complex) was beautiful. Across from the beach, but a very short walk. This is a great place for kids! Bring your bikes, scooter, etc. The unit (14) was in good condition, but could use some upgrades. Needs a new dishwasher, blinds, recliners, and light in the master bedroom. Property is not in the heart of PCB tourism, but you can get to 30A and Pier Park in 10 minutes. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back to Sunnyside.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a first time for us and Sunnyside was the perfect place for our family. The unit was clean, well stocked and close to the beach. We could easily go back and forth from the beach to the unit so if we forgot something or the didn't want to stay all day it was easy to pack up and go. We would definitely stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: Our stay was absolutely wonderful!The unit was clean and fully stocked with everything that you would need while there!It was decorated absolutely beautiful and smelled nice as well!The patio was super nice to sit at all times of the day,but early mornings were my favorite while having coffee.Super peaceful and such a beautiful place!The community itself was very well kept,the people are very nice,always clean,quiet,family friendly,safe,and felt like home away from home!The beach was beautiful and clean!We will definitely be making this our place to stay any time we visit Panama!❤️

Great winter expierience..

We are extremely disappointed that we must leave in mid March. We plan to be back next season. Even though we will be traveling from our new home in Loudonville, New York.
