Incredible location

We really enjoyed our stay at this awesome house in Rosemary! The location was amazing for us as it’s a little removed from the center of Rosemary but a very short walk, so our stay felt peaceful. The pool was great for our kids and Cheryl had it heated for the time we were there which was nice. It’s a very short walk to the beach and is also right by the Rosemary playground, which our kids loved. There are no bathtubs which is not a deterrent, but just an FYI if you have infants. There is a door alarm that keeps you aware of who is heading out to the pool which proved to be needed for our crew. Cheryl was so responsive and great to work with. We are already hoping to rent this house again!

Perfect Stay

Perfect house for our stay in Rosemary. Not only beautiful inside and out, very comfortable! Incredible location close to beach and to town center and the square. Nice pool and hot tub. Great communication with management.Would stay again!

We rented this lovely place with my sons and their children to attend a family wedding. Such a nice stay with things to do for everyone! We could easily get to the beach and other amenities. The children loved the pool and spa. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy everything!

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at the property and Rosemary Beach. Family trip with two little ones, house and pool were great for them. Host was responsive and thoughtful. Loved the location too. We will be coming back.

Location is excellent

Our family enjoyed the time at the property. It's location is excellent (near the beach, near the pool, and near the shopping area). We have stayed at Rosemary 4 years in a row and this was the best location. The house had what we needed although using the button to avoid the pool alarm when opening the back doors took some getting used to.

House and carriage rental

Excellent for all ages. Newly decorated and very comfortable and clean. Easy access to all Rosemary amenities. Outside areas and very large pool are some of the nicest in the area. 1st floor kitchen access to these areas makes them even more usable. Carriage house is also lovely and a nice extension to add for larger groups. 3rd floor kids room large hit with the teens. Double living rooms create extra choices for relaxing inside. Overall, one of the best properties we have stayed in over visiting 30A for many years, and certainly a group favorite.
