Deep cleaning needed

Overall we enjoyed our visit in PCB and honestly didn’t want to spend our time together calling maintenance about things that should’ve been checked by Property Mgmt prior to renting, so what we comment here is strictly for the owners and to make them aware. Likes: Location, wrap around balcony were great. Easy check in/out, parking, trash disposal & access to the beach, shopping & restaurants Dislikes: Cleanliness was an issue for sure. As soon as we walked in our feet were sliding on the floor and it wasn’t wet. Very dusty (furniture, fans, pix, etc). Not sure if aware but there is a broken stool. Top cushion part is completely disconnected from the legs (found out the hard way), stovetop not clean (button area, rusted door, food caked between stove/countertop and stovetop itself needs attention, utensils in drawers (knives in particular-crusty), balcony had trash on it & the table had not been cleaned. Not sure what the wooden brace on the balcony is for but assuming there was storm damage and this is a temporary fix to provide extra support. Couch had sand all over it & under cushions. Bathrooms were not clean esp around shower areas (hair, grime). Place needs some updated appliances, a fresh coat of paint and a DEEP cleaning. Counted 8 resort bracelets when we arrrived. There were not 11. No one was checking arm bands so I’m not even sure why they are there. Sugg: Provide rental Beach chairs/umbrella for guests.

Nice place and great location

Nice place but not having two parking spaces in garage was a challenge to park across the street with second vehicle. Property manager offers parking 4 miles a way but that is inconvenient. It’s a Seychelles policy so no getting around it.

Great location

The location was fantastic! We stayed here with several friends for our 35th high school reunion. The condo had everything we needed and we were even able to check in a couple hours early. The only reason we gave it 4 stars was because we had to sweep the entire condo when we arrived.

Beautiful room and spacious

The only issue we had was because of the property rules you can only park 1 vehicle on site the rest have to be parked 3.8 miles away. Which for a group having 2 families or more could be an issue. For use it wasn't to bad but other than that everything was top notch. Ohh one more thing the bedroom locks on the second bedroom needs fixed for more privacy lol.

Bachelorette weekend

This condo was in an amazing location! From the VERY large wrap around balcony, you could see the gulf and the bay. We had everything we needed within a short distance. I love that this is on the quieter end of the beach. The only draw back to this condo is the parking situation. Our condo had 8 adults. They only allow one car on the property. If you have more than that, you have to park 4 miles away to leave the additional cars at an unattended lot.

Amazing Views, Great Facility, but make sure you bring some items

We had a great stay here. The condo was great with amazing views and all the amenities you could think of. But the floors were pretty dirty and they did not have many supplies for a week's stay, so make sure you bring plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies.

Good Visit

Only complaint: There were six of us so we came in two vehicles. However, we were only allowed to park one vehicle in the parking garage. Since Emerald Beach Properties owned our condo (#1801), we had to park our second car at their property office which was 3.8 miles away. That was VERY inconvenient. We will definitely never do that again!!! Other than that, it was a great trip.

Best view ever

I don’t know if it was the time we went, but it wasn’t crowded. I loved the location, waking up to the sunrise and watching the sunset. Also, it is convenient to many stores and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

Not a clean or well maintained rental.

Renting process was very simple. Proximity to the beach was great. When we arrived at the property, the previous tenets had left a list of this that were wrong. None of the complaints had been addressed before our arrival. There was mold in the master shower, the toilet ran constantly in the master bathroom. The door locks didn't work in the front king bedroom or front bathroom. The tub didn't drain well in the front bathroom. The sheets on the bunk bed looked like they had not been changed and looked like they had blood on them. The washer didn't work properly. The dishwasher was filthy. The floors were dirty. The legs on the chairs in the dining room were extremely loose ( we had to tighten them with an allen wrech before we could use them). I didn't contact the owner until Tuesday evening about the issues. They answered back promptly that I had waited too long to say anything about the cleanliness issues. They said they would have maintenance come the next day about the other problems. That didn't happen. We were not happy with the property or the responses received from the owner.

The room was very spacious and clean

We loved the wrap around deck and the room was very spacious. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed. The staff of the resort were very polite and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Nothing to do with the condo or the resort but the rental company right in front of the condos that rent jet skis and parasailing were very rude and I wouldn’t recommend doing anything with them. We booked parasailing at 10am in the morning and they told us it would be a 2-3 hour wait and we waited all day for them to tell us at 5pm that they were done for the day and gave us our money back. They told my 67 year old dad to go F*** himself! Again they have no association with this condo or the resort. We loved it

Family Vaca 2021

We loved our stay in this condo! Plenty of room inside for our family of six, but the balcony was our “go to” spot! The view was the best I’ve ever had while staying in PCB!! Throughout the week we saw dolphins, a sting ray, & a manatee!! The pool & beach area were amazing & offered lots of entertainment for our teenage & adult children! The banana boat was a HUGE hit for our family!! Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us!! We loved it here & plan to book this condo again!!

Enjoyed our Stay!

Condo was very nice. Only a couple of complaints, but not on the owner or condo. Website says there is a play yard for infant, but couldn't find it in room. We called about it and never got call back. We had 2 vehicles, and we were given a copy of the parking tag, then ended up getting a written warning on our car for not having the correct tag. We also rented motorcycles, and asked about parking in garage in front of our already parked vehicle, not taking up an extra space, and we were told no they would be towed. We had another run in with the same property employee at the pool. After coming from the beach to the pool, the kids made it there first, and were questioned about their age and where their parent was. Having a smaller child with us also, and having to wash his feet and mine, I got there a little slower. I was coming through the gate, as he questioned them. That apparently wasn't good enough, and they shouldn't have gotten in until I was through the gate. This employee was extremely rude and ridiculous. Other than issues with this, the condo itself and communication with the owner was awesome!
