This condo was perfect for our group. It was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the large balcony, the view from the 5th floor of the emerald green water and spotting dolphins is spectacular. Afternoons it got a bit warm, ceiling fans on the balcony would make a great addition to this unit. We loved the included beach service. Very nice place to relax.

This property was beautiful! We loved the huge balcony and the beautiful condo. It was comfortable and had ample space for us. Beach was lovely and pool was in good condition and clean. Parking spot was easily accesible.

Absolutely beautiful property! Pictures are exact- condo had everything we could have asked for/needed. Balcony was amazing - one day it rained a bit, but it didn’t matter. We stayed out on the balcony and had a great time playing cards. Scott was an excellent host- will definitely ibe back!

Incredible oceanfront balcony, great hosts!

We have been visiting this area for quite some time, and have stayed at Tropic Winds for years. This unit has the most incredible balcony space, fantastic for catching up with friends while watching for dolphins and listening to the waves. The hosts were extraordinarily communicative and responsive. The unit is spacious, great for a friend group. Be sure to pack your own beach towels, and note the early check out time, which worked out fine for us. Close to 30A and all that area has to offer.

Gorgeous Unit

This condo was absolutely stunning. Everything that we could have possibly needed was already included. The balcony alone was amazing and where we spent most of our time if we were not on the beach. This is our 5th time renting through VRBO for this building, Tropic Winds because its away from the bigger crowds, but our first time in this condo. We loved this condo and hope to rent again next year.

No swimming

The pool was closed the whole week and had been closed for about two weeks before that and we were not notified about that prior to the stay. Hot tub was like warm. Condo was clean and had adequate kitchen supplies. Check in and out was easy

Large balcony

Clean, tastefully decorated, 2 master bedrooms, pretty dishes, modern appliances. We had a plumbing issue which was fixed in 1 hour! Bad side..only one parking space for the condo, other vehicle cost was 40.00 to park across street, and loading not as convenient for that vehicle. Back to good…pool water was warm…pool not real big for so many rooms….., ocean beautiful and the balcony and furniture outside was superb! Could have used another chair inside living room area, but we got snuggly! Only a few condos had this sized balconly and we enjoyed it! Would love to stay here again.

Thanksgiving @ the Beach

The condo is amazing. Two master bedrooms each with king size beds great for multi-generation vacationing. The decor made us feel like we were at home. Not a typical rental that only provides the minimum. We will definitely stay here.

The balcony is everything!

Being from the Midwest, seeing the gorgeous blue water from every window was awesome! We loved being so close to the beach and not having giant dunes to walk over. The fifth floor balcony felt close but not too high (if anyone is scared of heights) and was used more than the living room. Three beds and baths gave everyone space and privacy. The property itself is easy to navigate. Notes for future guests: Buy bagged ice if everyone will be using ice and don't bring a giant vehicle bc parking is tight but very convenient. We brought metal water bottles and plastic cups with lids, which was handy for the beach and walking around. We also bought a small cooler bag to take lunch to the beach. During summer plan to go out to dinner before 6pm or plan to wait at least an hour.

My family and I had a great time.

The condo was great. Clean, nice, and had an awesome view. The Parking was a little nuts. You get 1 spot and it’s a tight squeeze. Consider leaving your truck at home. Other than that, A+

Nice condo with a beautiful view

This is a nice condo with a beautiful view, loved the big balcony and the view from the master bedroom. The reason I gave it 4 stars, is because we had a few issues with housekeeping. I contacted Brian and he and Patti took care of it immediately!! The patio cushions were a little dirtier than I liked, some we could flip and it was better but not all of them! The other downsides were the parking is very limited and the pool is too small for the size of the resort. The condo itself has pretty much everything you need. I would rent this condo again. Hopefully they will have a different cleaning company. Thanks for everything Brian and Patti

The room was very nice in appearance.. The cleanliness was a different story. Looked like the room was quickly and half way cleaned. The sheets on the front room bed were not clean at all. There were brown stains on the sheet that appeared to be some sort of sauce. All furnishings were very very dusty !! Other than that the stay was outstanding. Would stay again.
