Great place to stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 11 day stay overlooking the Gulf. The apartment was well furnished and very clean. Great communication from the owner and accessing the apartment was convenient. And, the view from the 17th floor was amazing. We would stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Condo and owner were amazing

We enjoyed our week stay here with our family. The owner was very responsive and available. We had a few issues upon arrival and Rob took care of each right away. The condo is beautifully decorated just like the pictures. There is plenty of space for the family to spread out and have their own space. The balcony is breathtaking looking over the beautiful blue water and beach. Having the beach chairs and umbrella daily was so nice to have. The room also had everything you needed for your stay from beach towels, extra beach items (chairs, umbrella, toys) to cooking utensils. The only downside to the resort would be the elevators are extremely slow and there was only 2 working the week we were there. The pool is on the smaller side. However, we stayed at the beach and in ocean so that didnt effect us much. Will definitely stay at this condo again and with Rob. Thank you for a great week creating memories with our kids.

Christmas at Panama City Beach

Oh gosh, where to start? The condo is stunning...absolutely gorgeous (as pictured). Although the weather could've been warmer for our preferences, as long as the wind was coming from the east, we pretty much lived on the balcony. The view is breathtaking. Don't get me wrong, we were out there daily, but the wind from the west was just too cold to sit out there long (December after all). We were there in the off-season, so things were very quiet just like we wanted. Some restaurants were closed until after Christmas day, but we had no problems finding places to eat. Post-holiday, I HIGHLY recommend Mike's (low key place with fabulous seafood dishes). Our host was super easy to work with and quickly responded to our questions. Go here! I mean it. You will not be disappointed.

Tropic Winds vacation

Amazing property, unbelievable beach and quiet location for our trip. Rob and Carol are great hosts and their condo was immaculate. We were so impressed with their communications and knew just what to expect. We felt right at home in this property and hated to leave. Hope to return again one day.

Great place!

My family and I were very pleased with this VRBO. The 2-bedroom room was spacious and we loved having 2 beds in the second bedroom. Having the room all the way at the end of the hall was perfect and nicely blocked out noises. The curtains in the master bedroom and the den did not block out light but it was fine for my family. The shower door in the master bath leaked water some but nothing a towel couldn’t wipe up. The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils. The washer and dryer were excellent and the entire room was nicely decorated. And it was so nice to have use of some beach chairs! We would most definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay 5 Stars all around

Beautiful property with the most amazing views. Nice quiet condo unit that is not overly crowded. Condo was had the perfect layout for our family of 4. Best thing was the breathtaking views every morning. We could see dolphins, turtles, fish and even manatees swimming by. Excellent communication from the owner and will want to stay here again soon.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Everything about the unit and our experience there was perfect. The owners were very easy to work with and handled all aspects of the rental with professionalism. The condo itself is beautiful, and the patio was very large with a fabulous view. The building amenities were in good repair and easily accessible, and the beach chairs made relaxing on the beach comfortable. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great beach vacation.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This condo was very clean and provided the best views of the bright blue waters of PCB! Love all the furniture options on the big balcony! The owners were communicative, very easy to work with, and extremely organized providing an easy check in/check out process. The condo was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, beach equipment, towels, etc. Will definitely book this condo again in the future!

The condo was beautiful, our only complaint was the weather wasn’t the greatest and we had one sleepless night because of the strong southerly winds rattling & banging the railings all night long and it sounded like a freight train

The condo was as advertised, the kitchen was well stocked , had a nice variety of spices. The starter supplies were more than adequate. The beds were comfortable, the bedding top quality. The beach was beautiful, and not crowded. The condo building was very clean and well maintained. The pool was clean, with lots of comfortable lounges. Unfortunately the hot tub only worked intermittently. The furniture in the unit was very comfortable both inside and on the balcony. The view from the balcony was amazing! Overall the condo unit and the building are 5 star. I would definitely stay again!

Cleanest Condo!

I’ve been coming to the Gulf for my whole life. This is by far the cleanest condo I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. It’s beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. You can tell Rob and Carol thought of everything and really care about their renters experience. We will definitely be back!
