  • ****THIS CONDO IS LOCATED AT THE TREASURE ISLAND RESORT WHICH IS DIRECTLY ON PANAMA CITY BEACH.
    This condo has KING SIZE beds in both bedrooms.
    Come enjoy our beautifully redecorated 2 bedroom condo located right on the Gulf on Thomas Drive. We can sleep up to 8 with 2 bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa and built-in bunk beds that are recessed into a hallway alcove.
    The condo also features 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, a brand new washer/dryer combo, and a balcony that overlooks the Gulf. The condo is open and airy and features ceramic tile throughout. This condo is very spacious at almost 1,400 square feet, not including the balcony!
    The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest has a king also and the master has a newly installed 55 inch LCD TV on the wall with cable. The Master bedroom has its own full bath.

    The Treasure Island front office charges a $35 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.
    Treasure Island has implemented a new parking policy that affects extra vehicle parking. If you bring more than 2 vehicles, the resort now charges a $100 parking fee per extra vehicle where space is available. If you have questions about parking availability or this fee, please contact the resort directly.
    TREASURE ISLAND PET POLICY
    Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $300 pet fee upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WILL BE MADE, PLEASE DO NOT ASK.
    These charges are their charges and are not ours and are not included in our fees.

Right on the beach with a wide-open view of the gulf. Everyday from our balcony we watched dolphins, stingrays, fish, and even a shark,asea turtle and a manatee! Parking is a bit clunky, asit is in a parking garage and this unit'sspace is on thetop florr of the parking garage

Had a great stay. Only complaint was that we had older people travel with us, the beds were a little high to get up on. Everything else was amazing.

It was great having an assigned parking space in the garage, the pool was clean and heated! perfect for chilli nights. We loved the condo, it had everything we needed. My only complaint is that the bed was sooooo tall! The view from the balcony and being steps from the ocean more than made up for the acrobatics it took to get in bed!We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful week!

We had a great stay! Love staying at Treasure Island. Elevators always quick, properly clean, love the pool and snack shop, covered parking! We will be back again next summer!

Awesome beach condo

The condo was exactly as advertised, it was perfect for a month of beach living, and was large enough for additional family to visit as well. Great dining within short walking distance. Very nice ocean side pool and hot tube!

It was a very nice condo. You could easily sleep more than 5 and have room. We loved that it had two king bedrooms. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Thank you for our great vacation.

The view was beautiful! However, there were signs everywhere with rules. I know rules are a necessity but this was overkill. The unit needed a thorough cleaning.

Beautiful Views From Up High

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from the 19th floor were beautiful. Unit was good sized. 2 bedrooms/2 baths. Built in bunk beds as well as a fold out couch. We were very comfortable here. Could have used a few more kitchen items (plates, cups, silverware, etc.). One thing of note, there appears to be some form of mold in the master shower. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

Condo was appropriately clean. Was able to check in about an hour early. Love treasure island. There was black mold in both bathrooms on the ceiling. And on the ceiling in The kitchen. The guest bathroom tub did not drain and water was up to ankles by end of shower. Would not rent this room again.

Treasure Island on the whole is great. However, the unit we stayed in needs serious upgrades.

Treasure Island is great. Our unit needs a severe upgrade. Some broken furniture, old bedding, bad paint, guest bath has mold. Ice maker doesn’t work. Part of the dishwasher and microwave broken. The unit needs a thorough cleaning. I have stayed in other units at Treasure Island. They were much nicer and cleaner.

Great condo

Condo was nice and clean. Things listed before about lacl of silverware were corrected and i found it well stocked. Pans etc are as expected for a rental, nothing fancy but cookable. Maintenance guy, justin was onside to fix ice maker and when i mentioned there wasnt a hanger in the place and the remote for living room was trashed. He went out and came back with a new remote and programed it abd hangers for both rooms. I give Justin 5 stars for his attitude and help! Would rent again

The view is spectacular, and my fur baby can stay with me. 1902 is a very nice unit, although the mattresses in both bedrooms are in dire need of replacing. The first morning was little rough as the Keurig was not functional. We did find a drip pot in the cabinet. After a trip to the store, the coffee issue was fixed. We did let management know so they could replace the Keurig. Treasure Island is our go to place.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall Treasure Island is beautiful, however unit 1902 could use some major work. Upon arrival we noticed the back door was off the hinges, the remote was chewed up, there was mold in the bathrooms, the dishwasher rack was broke, the Kerig was broke. The kitchen has very little to work with. I emailed several times and was told someone would be up to fix things. We were there a week and never had anyone come to fix anything
