Condo was exactly as described. Very clean and the location was wonderful. Beach was an easy walk and/or shuttle ride, and you could walk to tons of restaurants and shops. We did have an issue with the AC not cooling well, and they were very quick to have maintenance and an AC company out to fix the issue. They also brought us a fan to use while it was being worked on. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay at this studio apartment in The Villages. The location was perfect! It's an easy walk to both Rosemary and Alys beaches. Private beach access is a short stroll or quick tram ride. Parking was good. The unit was clean and comfortable, and the hosts were super responsive. Definitely recommended.

Recommend!

We had a great stay. Easy check in. Location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Beach was easy to get to, definitely recommend trying to get there early for a spot as it does fill up but getting there around 9 am was still perfectly fine. Would absolutely recommend!

Great stay!

Amazing little place.

Great location with just the right amenities. The unit was extremely clean and comfortable. The beach situation is different, but that’s a 30a thing. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Perfect week!

Great for couples

Perfect place for couple

We had a wonderful stay! The room got a little warm because the building it’s in does not have central air conditioning. There is a fan in the area by the bed, but it could use another ceiling fan over the main living area! It is decorated super cute, but maybe too many chairs and not enough walking room in condo! Felt a little cramped with all of the furniture for such a small space. Overall great place though. Super clean and great location! Perfect for 2 people! Would book again.

Not the best experience

Too much furniture and clutter in a very small space. The 2 kitchen table chairs feel like they are going to fall apart when you sit in them. Bathroom has no ventilation. Dehumidifier has to be emptied at least once a day. HVAC mini split is either too small or not working properly. Couldn’t keep the place cool in Oct. when it wasn’t very hot outside and the vent on it needs a good cleaning. Might make it work better. Whole place needs a deep cleaning. They need to get rid of the hot plate and toaster oven and get a microwave.

Great couples getaway property

The property is perfect for a couple looking for a getaway. The layout offers more flexibility than a traditional studio, and had all the comforts of home. The location is perfect.

Convenient and parking no problem

Leave your meal cooking to someone else- bare basics. No micro- comfortable bed 😴👍 Lighting is a bit low , glad they provided a fan . Very nice location-and parking was never a problem!

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay. Only thing is there is a leak in the roof when it rains — . The air conditioner wasn’t an issue for us, we brought a box fan and they have a small fan in the closet. There is also a dehumidifier to help with humidity. Great communication and great location. Would stay here again if the roof gets fixed.

Cute Little Bungalow

Overall my husband and I enjoyed our stay at Seacrest Beach. The location is very central and convenient and the size was perfect for just the two of us. Comfortable bedding and the condo was equipped with exactly what you need for a beach get-away. The only thing we would recommend is for the owner/manager to provide a standing fan since there is only one a/c unit and no ceiling fans in the condo. At night it did get warm and made it a little difficult to sleep comfortably due to lack of air circulation and the a/c unit having difficulty cooling down the condo adequately after the sun was coming through all day (even with shades down during the day to try and prevent). If a standing fan could be provided, we would be happy to stay here again.
