We were without a pool for day 2 -3 days. Flying here prevents us having what we need to stay all day at the beach so with that being said it hasn't been pleasant. Yes we have towels that we brought but no we don't want to lay in the sand for hours we are older. So it forced us to buy or rent chairs. As soon as we got here we had to call maintenance due to a leak in the bathroom ceiling and mold is growing everywhere on the ceiling. Just a lot of money to spend for a nice place and all these things to deal with. I have attached pictures of the mold. First photo is the air vent with mold and second is light and ventilation fan with mold on it and drywall.. the patio furniture on balcony is falling apart. You have to sit gently in it because it's not secure. We are just disappointed to say the least. This is our second time staying here but not sure we will be back. Unfortunately

Living room tv does not stay on, the cleanliness of the unit was not up to par for new guests to stay. Dishes were dirty in cabinets, dried sticky goo inside shower curtain. I had to properly clean before I let my family get comfortable.

Beautiful view..

The view was amazing and the balcony was our favorite place to be. The condo itself is "tired" - that's the best way I can put it.We were disappointed in having one set of kitchen towels, one pack of dishwasher soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper for a week stay. We have stayed in a few rentals over the years with a much better stocked kitchen. The bolt on the entry door was broken - it almost looked like it was forced into - and there was no secondary lock. We did not like that at all. One kitchen cabinet door was mounted upside down making that cabinet unusable.The one lamp in the living room was next to the couch with a broken arm.And the fee charged by Real Joy Vacations at checkout almost doubled our price. I sure wish I would have realized that before I purchased. My mistake for sure.

Property in very run down.

Bed, couch broken, advertise heated pool. Pool heater, kiddy pool 1 jacuzzi broke. Elevators smelled of mold heavily. Wont be renting at this facility again.

7-days at The Boardwalk Resort in Panama City Beach, FL

Wonderful! We had everything we needed and the unit was clean and comfortable with excellent views of the gulf sea and the pools! We would definitely stay here again!

Vacation in PCB

Room was nice and clean, parking stinks as they had the lower parking closed off and several parking spots closed on the upper parking areas. Handicap parking is very limited. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

Ok stay

Everything was good other than not being able to go into the front entrance of the condos due to maintenance which was an inconvenience because I walk with a walker and cane so I had to do a lot of steps or walk a long distance.

Love the room- need new cleaning person

Beautiful room, updated furniture, the sectional couch was comfortable, lots of storage, good elevators and amenities. Only reason for less than perfect stars is the cleaning. I had to vacuum as soon as I got there, ALL of the furniture is really dusty- not just a little. Sand on dining room table chairs and not as many wash cloths to match the abundance of towels offered. The condo building had a wonderful full food and drink tiki bar that we liked!

Fantastic Girl’s Weekend Getaway

Property was clean and well maintained. The view was amazing and everything was perfect! I would recommend (as I believe someone prior also mentioned) new deck chairs as they were very worn.

Very Nice Place

Everything about the property is spot on. Beautiful and will stay here when we come back. Location is great and easy access to pool and beach. Kitchen is small but everything worked. My only suggestion would be to get a Keurig coffee maker. Great for a small family of four. Beds are comfortable. Was nice to have a crock pot to let it cook and come in from the beach and dinner was ready.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for my daughter and I if it hadn't been sooooo hot! (outside) lol We really did have a great time. The area that this condo is located in was perfect to do our grocery shopping and dinning. There are probably a few upgrades that could be done, like the patio furniture had some wear and tear on it and the table was coming apart so it had to stay in the same place at all time. For those wanting to stay here, here are a few things that you may wonder so I'm going to help out because I had these same questions! Condo unit DOES have luggage carts which made it very convenient to unload and load your vehicles. Some of the condos offer a free umbrella and chair service, but this one did not. Rented chairs and umbrella for $40/day. Coffee pot is a standard - using the white round filters. Supplies are provided for your condo, but bring extras because they will not last your entire stay. Realjoy Vacations was very helpful in my stay at answering all questions in regards to check in. This condo was the first on your left from the elevator so no need for a long walk. Very quiet unit. If you have a small party staying this condo is perfect. We enjoyed every minute!
