When we got there we checked in at the desk, I asked the lady if we could go to the room she said “I don’t know,” so I had to call the number on the text message and ask I was then told “If housekeeping has finished you can check in at 3:30.” We get up to the room housekeeping was coming out along with their two younger children who were eating chips. We walk in and there were Doritos on the kitchen floor. The couches were stained, two bar chairs were broken, the air wasn’t working which my husband called twice about, no one ever came to fix that. We found some fans two small white ones and a tall black fan which did NOT work. Our teens went to go to bed on the bunks and the top bunk was wet and had a yellow stain. The mattresses to the pullout couches were also stained. The refrigerator was not getting very cold until our last day there. The keurig stopped working so we had to buy a new one at Walmart for 58.00 which we left behind to help out the next group of renters. I text to let them know it had quit working and their response was “Well there is a 10 cup coffee pot you can use instead, sorry.” When I told the property management that our room was still dirty by the Doritos that were in our kitchen floor she said it was because we had checked in early and final inspection wasn’t able to be completed. Seems to us there should have been better communication with them and the check in desk. In all stay at your own risk!!
